Just barely I dodged it in time as I noticed someone else was coming towards me in the distance. I guess it is going to turn into a 2v1 so this isn't going to be a lot of fun.

The girls are kind of preoccupied with the other enemies, one slipping away won't be something they easily notice.

I'm not entirely sure I know who it could be out of the group since I've only heard three names. The figure is definitely that of a female but their group is pretty big to begin with.

"Stop ignoring me!" He shouts with even more anger in his voice.

"Shut up already." I respond back calmly before catching his non broken arm.

As I go to break his other arm I feel my hand get grabbed out of nowhere. There doesn't seem to be something visible but yet I'm being held back.

"I came to help you Thomas." A familiar voice spoke.

"Luna? I could handle him." Thomas responds to her with a bit of irritation in his voice now too.

"Leo sent me so it doesn't matter what you think." She speaks with more of a serious tone.

So the boss definitely noticed the difference in fighting skill between us? I'm surprised he didn't decide to come fight me as well since he isn't fighting the girls.

I guess it doesn't matter as long as everyone is doing okay.

"Kind of unfair that you're going to make me kill a woman." I chime in with a bit of disappointment.

"If that's what you think, then I'm sorry to hear that." Luna replies while moving her wrist.

I could feel something tightening around my arm as the pain started to pierce through me like a dagger. Blood was starting to drip down my arm from where it was being held back.

Just barely I can see it now, some sort of wire was holding me back from using my right hand.

KRAK!!! His arm was free and punched me right across the face without me being able to defend in time. Who am I kidding... My other arm wasn't going to block in time since it was originally holding his.

I could feel the pain from his punch starting to radiate throughout my whole face as blood dripped down my lips.

Drip. Drip. Slowly it hit the ground before he threw another punch and another.

He wasn't throwing them with the arm I was holding at all... It was the broken one with each punch. Everything around me was starting to get darker with each punch that connected.

Rokuro, you need to break free from the wire or else we are going to be in even more trouble.

She's got quite the grip on my arm and these punches are taking a toll on me. It's actually becoming quite hard to focus on what you're saying right now.

You're not that weak, come back from this already.

It has nothing to do with weakness Rika. I'm just in a bad spot against the two of them with no way to get out of it just yet. Actually... Maybe there is a way.

Did the person I kick earlier die?

There's a high chance since you put a lot of power into both of those attacks. But bloodlust didn't trigger so I assumed they survived.

Bloodlust also triggered when I was almost killed last time so maybe.... Just maybe, this will be enough.

Ba-thump. Ba-thump. I could hear my heartbeat getting louder as the area around me started to fade into the darkness. Just hanging on a bit longer should be enough to trigger it right...?

A sharp, stabbing pain jolted into my chest as my vision completely came back but this time it was a dark red with a bit of a distorted haze to it.

Kill them all. Why are we waiting around like this?

Rika hasn't been around during the bloodlust triggers in a long time so it's time to utilize it to win this fight.

Suddenly the punches stopped as I noticed that the scales fully formed across my arms and something felt like it was on my face now as well.

"What is happening? Why is there a half mask of scales across his face?!?!" Luna questions with a bit of panic in her voice.

"His eyes are glowing red too. Wait, I need to finish him!" Thomas shouts as he throws another punch.

TWANGK!!! The wire around my wrist snapped and all I could notice was the outline of Thomas. He was already throwing another punch towards me but my arm was free.

THUDK!! His fist slammed against my forearm and I could tell he was surprised since it didn't move.

Take their lives. They all need to die anyway.

I didn't hesitate to throw my right hand into his chest, but it even surprised me with what I saw happen. My fist went through his chest without any resistance.

Splat!!! Blood began to pour onto the floor as Thomas fell back a couple of steps.

"It hurts..." He says while his hand overed above the hole.

My gaze shifted towards the woman who restrained me in the first place, she was the reason this had to get this bad. I could've beaten him without this happening if she didn't interfere.

She is no better than the filth who always look down on you. End her life.

You don't have to tell me, I was already planning on killing her from the moment she interfered with my fight.

Crack! Rumble!! Crack!!!! The floor around me started to break as I made my way towards her. I forgot about the amount of pressure that came from this power when bloodlust is combined.

None of that matters right now though.

"Stay the hell away from me, you monster!!" Luna shouts with fear in her voice.

She stammered back while trying to move away from me but it didn't really do her any good. Thomas was out of the fight and she'd be joining him soon.

"Is this really how you want to handle this?" A woman's voice asked from behind me.
