Chapter 3144: The Toilet’s Clogged

Ning Shu didn’t dare relax and pulled the thread even harder as the monster screeched in pain. Meanwhile, her spiritual consciousness detected people approaching the restroom.

“Someone’s coming,” Ning Shu warned as she tugged hard. The thread was now entirely embedded in the monster’s body, causing it to spray even more blood.

To be honest, using this golden thread felt like trying to cut through a tire. She felt utterly powerless.

The footsteps grew closer, so Ning Shu shouted at the door, “Don’t come in! The toilet’s clogged, and the floor is covered with dirty water and sewage. I’m cleaning it up!”

The footsteps hesitated, and a girl outside asked, “Really?”

“Yes, it stinks in here.”

The girl outside was skeptical but eventually turned away and left.

“Hurry up! Someone else will be here soon,” Ning Shu urged. She focused her spiritual energy and struck the monster with it.

The monster thrashed violently, pulling both Ning Shu and Wen Xing along as it rampaged through the restroom.

“Damn it, can’t you give me a glove!? If this keeps up, the thread will slice clean through my hand before that thing gets sliced!” Ning Shu shouted. Sweat was dripping down her face.

Her strength barely kept her from being dragged along, but her hands were badly injured. If her tendons were severed, she wouldn’t let Wen Xing off easily.

Wen Xing had veins bulging on his forehead and his gums were on the verge of bleeding from how hard he was clenching. Panting heavily for breath, he said, “Sorry, I forgot.”

The monster rampaged like a mad bull, dragging Ning Shu and Wen Xing around the restroom.

Ning Shu was internally screaming profanities, and in a fit of desperation, she unleashed a blast of fiery spiritual energy that caused the monster to shriek in agony.

“More people are coming,” Wen Xing warned again. This time, it seemed like a group, likely the bar owner responding to complaints about the clogged restroom.

Both Ning Shu and Wen Xing were getting anxious. There was a dead body inside, so it would be hard to explain.

Suddenly, the monster broke free from the restroom, dragging Ning Shu and Wen Xing along. It charged straight into the approaching group.

What the hell?

Everyone froze in shock and stared at the massive, basin-sized sperm.

Ning Shu yelled, “Help us catch it!”

It was better to have everyone see the creature than be accused of murder. Blood dripped from Ning Shu’s hands as the thread cut deeper into her flesh, splattering drops of blood on the ground.

However, fear outweighed curiosity, and no one dared to attack the monster. The bar descended into chaos as people screamed and fled in terror.

The monster dragged them through the bar, knocking over tables, chairs, and bottles, spilling drinks everywhere.

The bar owner’s heart convulsed with pain. “My booze! My booze!”

Ning Shu was astounded by the monster’s resilience. Its exterior looked like soft-boiled egg whites, something easily cut, but in reality, she felt like she was trying to slice through thick rubber as she attacked it. This attack felt completely ineffective.

Its strength was immense, and Ning Shu felt like she was being pulled by several tractors. Even though her strength was greater than that of a normal person, she still couldn’t hold this creature back.

No wonder this creature ended up growing bigger and bigger until it was able to take down buildings by just bumping into them.

It had extreme strength and defense which enabled it to survive. Right now, it was only wrecking this city, but if it got even stronger and crossed the sea, it’d cause even greater destruction throughout the entire world.

Wen Xing’s face was grim as he pulled out three copper coins. The coins shot toward the monster at high speed, creating a buzzing sound as they tore through the air.

The three coins pierced the monster’s body, making three small holes from which blood gushed out. The monster’s size shrunk considerably, and Ning Shu and Wen Xing used all their strength to pull. Finally, they sliced the monster’s body in half.
