Apocalypse: My Talent Is Infinite

Chapter 83: Royal Wedding

Aron blinked as light returned to his eyes.

What he saw next made his heart skip a beat.

He was standing in the middle of a massive hall filled with thousands of silent spectators.

In front of him stood a man frozen in shock, his hand hovering over Aron's forehead as if mid-ceremony.

To his right stood a beautiful woman in a wedding gown, staring at him with wide eyes.

On the floor behind him sat another man in a suit on the floor, the unfortunate soul Aron had apparently just replaced.

Above them, on a raised platform, sat four figures wearing crowns, two men and two women, each of them gaping at him like their entire worldview had just been reset.

The groom in a suit, with a crown on his head clearly a prince, had been pushed to the ground by Aron's abrupt appearance.

He looked at the man standing beside his bride-to-be in utter shock, confusion, and disbelief, his gaze fixed on the stranger's back.

The entire hall was silent.

Aron was just as shocked.

His eyes darted between the spectators, the system notification in front of him, and the woman beside him in a wedding gown.

(...F** me.)*

Just as he was about to step away from the altar to avoid any misunderstanding, Aron danger sense sent a warning and through his sense ability.

The groom who was on the ground had his hand morphing into a claw as he tried to sneak-attack Aron from behind.

"Noooo!"

One of the two beautiful women on the platform stood up, her long hair swaying as she shouted at the top of her lungs.

Her robe, embroidered with golden dragon patterns, flared as spiritual energy burst from her body.

Beside her, the man wearing a similar robe with dragon embroidery, and a crown atop his head, stood abruptly in panic, ready to move.

But before either of them could take a step, the other royal couple seated beside them, wearing robes decorated with the emblem of a Leviathan, rose to their feet, blocking their path.

The man in dragon-embroidered robes glared at them furiously.

"Rokan Divina! What are you doing?! You know if he dies, my daughter dies with him! They're soul-bound! Move out of the way!"

But neither of the Leviathan-robed royals budged an inch.

"If my son can't have her," Rokan said coldly, "then she can go to hell along with that man."

His eyes were ruthless, completely devoid of sympathy.

--

Meanwhile, Aron had already sensed the incoming attack.

He wasn't surprised or offended.

After all, he had just crashed the man's wedding.

He turned sharply to intercept the claw strike, intending to defuse the situation before it spiraled further out of control.

Unfortunately, things did spiral.

Aron's hand met the groom's, but instead of stopping it, his strength completely overwhelmed the man.

His palm pushed through the attack, through flesh, and connected squarely with the groom's skull.

Pop!

The head burst like an overripe tomato.

Aron didn't even look at the notifications.

He just stared at his blood-covered hands in disbelief.

He hadn't meant to kill the man, he simply couldn't control his strength.

And now, he had made the already chaotic situation even worse.

The two royals from the Leviathan side, who had been blocking the path a moment ago, froze as they saw their headless son fall to his knees.

Blood spurted from the stump of his neck as his body collapsed sideways, twitching a few times before going still.

A faint black smoke rose from his corpse and vanished into the air.

Their faces twisted in horror and disbelief.

The spectators, who had been whispering nervously before, now stared in utter shock at the scene before them.

All eyes were on Aron, whose expression hadn't changed since he arrived.

He just stood there, blankly staring at his own hands.

"What have you done?! You killed my only son!" the man roared, voice trembling with grief.

Beside him, the woman in royal robes turned pale.

Her eyes darted between Aron and her son's lifeless body before she fainted on the spot.

The man's teeth clenched so hard they could have cracked.

His eyes burned with unrestrained rage as his aura erupted, his killing intent flooding the hall.

He took a step forward, about to lunge at Aron...

...but Raim moved, blocking his path.

"Move, you moron!" the grieving man bellowed.

Raim shook his head grimly. "You know I can't do that, Rokan. I sympathize with you, I truly do… but I can't let you kill him. I can't lose my daughter, too."

Henry's eyes went bloodshot with fury. "You bastard! I know this... is your doing! Get out of my way!"

Dark smoke began rising from Rokan's body.

Moments later, a giant Leviathan manifested behind him, its serpentine form so massive it blotted out half the platform.

Its head loomed high above, exuding a dreadful aura that made the air itself tremble.

The spectators gasped in horror.

"Run..!" no one know who shouted it.

But the sound broke the dam.

Panic swept through the hall as millions, of guests fled in blind terror, surging toward the exits like a tidal wave.

The once-celebratory wedding turned into utter chaos in seconds.

Aron, meanwhile, stood watching the escalating scene in speechless surprise.

Beside him, the bride, her groom's blood splattered across her dress and face, could only stare at Aron in shock, unable to process what was happening.

Raim, still facing Rokan, stood his ground.

The enormous Leviathan towered over him like a mountain, yet he showed no sign of fear.

Black smoke erupted from his body as a terrifying aura burst forth, and within a split second, an enormous Dragon appeared behind him, dwarfing the Leviathan in size.

Its presence radiated overwhelming dominance.

Raim's voice was low but firm.

"Rokan, I'm deeply sorry for your loss. I can give you anything you want as compensation… but I can't lose my daughter. Not at any cost."

The two titanic beasts glared at each other, filling the hall with oppressive spiritual might.

By now, the countless citizens from both kingdoms who had come to witness the royal wedding had already fled, leaving the grand hall empty, save for the trembling bride, the stunned intruder, and two enraged kings locked in a deadly standoff.
