A Journey That Changed The World.

Chapter 1616: Let Me Show You

Archer winded Amelia, causing the little white-haired girl to let out a big burp, making Selina giggle until it was her turn. He made sure they wouldn't be sick before building a pillow fort for them in the corner of the room and slumped down in it, cuddling the pair who reveled in his attention.

Just then, Elara rushed into the room and revealed. ''Arch, we have a army of sea monsters coming at us from the west.''

His eyes widened at the news but sensed Teuila joining Demetra and Kassandra who were already heading toward the monsters. Archer stood up, placing the babies in the nearby cot so they'd be safe before teleported above the Demon Shark, she was cutting through the water but grinned as he unleashed his new monsters.

A portal opened above the water just as Blood Shark and Deepsea Crocodiles rushed out and followed the women. The horde grew even large thanks to even more monsters joining in on the fight. Archer trailed behind, readying his magic to attack the monsters from above, while getting closer to the enemy he spotted a massive turtle leading the charge.

''Terravians!'' he muttered, annoyed.

The monster was being controlled by a Pesudo God that was riding it's back. Deciding to deal with the person in control Archer teleported to the enemy, materializing behind the Terravian who didn't sense him. He drive his fist through the humanoids back, destroying it's heart as he pulled its body back.

''Thanks for the new creature,'' he hissed before tearing the being in two.

Just then, the giant turlte stopped as a voice echoed in his mind. 'Did you kill the master?'

'Yes, you're free now but won't grow into a Primordial monster like you wish,' he responded, sitting on a chair he created. 'There's too many strong beasts in the sea, how about you join me? All I ask in return is to serve me during fights and when I summon you.'

When the monster heard this, it thought for a few seconds as his horde tore through the enemy one. Archer noticed the giant Blood Piranha's tearing through sharks as Kassandra crushed the stronger ones. Demetra was hunting the bulkier creatures and bit a whale in half, causing blood to flood out.

Just then, the ginat turtle finally replied. 'Okay. Let me show you what I can currently do.'

Following that, the beast let out a roar that froze all the enemy monsters before it began biting down on the stronger ones, cracking . After ten minutes the swarm was annilated and every creature eaten or dumped into the Domain. Archer was still standing on the turtle as he nodded.

'Very good! Now enter your new home and grow stronger just by living there,' he ushered the giant monster through the violet gate.

Once that was settled, Archer teleported back to the bedroom where he surprised the busy Aisha, she was keeping Amelia and Selina entertained by pulling silly faces at the two girls who burst into a fit of giggles. He leaned against the wall and began watching the older acting different from her usual stern self.

Her hands shot forward and began tickling the little girls while exclaiming. ''My two beautiful daughters! If you think you can give me attitude then you have another thing coming.''

Seconds later, the sound of excited giggles erupted as the baby's tried to flee from Aisha but she had them pinned. Archer couldn't keep the smile off his face when seeing this before teasing the older woman. ''Want a baby in your stomach by the time we get back home?''

The Dragonkin jumped in fright, she scrambled to not fall over, prompting him to move to catch her. When Aisha ended up in his arms the baby's pointed and smiled at the duo. He let her go, speaking. ''Thank you for looking after them, the swarm is gone and the others should be heading back soon, they're tracking the other leaders down.''

''Good,'' she replied, sighing in relief. ''And no need to thank me, they're are my girls after all. You know how us women think about the little ones.''

''The more mothers the better,'' he teased, chuckling.

Following that, Archer approached the happy girls and kissed each one of the forehead as Teuila appeared in the room. When Selina saw her she squealed in happiness just as Olivia appeared, making Amelia do the same thing. He handed them to their mothers for some alone time as they were dragged off.

Aisha watch this with a warm smile, answering his previous question. ''Not yet, husband. I have much to do for you and Draconia, I need to improve and become a better wife, unlike my mother or grandmother.''

Archer leaned against the wall, his violet eyes softening. The weight of her resolve to be a better wife, unlike her mother or grandmother, stirred something deep inside him. He felt the urge to show her, not just tell her, how much her tireless work meant to him, to their family, to their people.

His head tilted when sensing the stress deep inside her and stepped toward the older woman and wrapped his arms around her waist. Aisha was shocked but accepted the gesture as she melted into his embrace as he spoke. ''Sorry I don't see you much, Aisha. I don't mean to neglect you, unlike other husband who shower thier wife in love.''

As soon as those words left his lips, the older woman looked up, big blue full of emotion as she responded. ''They may have that but I have an Archer, a man who loves so hard but rules a world to bring in something better. And he doesn't realize that everything he's done has looked after me and my tribe.''

''What has he done?''

''Allowed us a life, gave us power and trusted us with his empire and now look at the situation? They worship you like you're a god, you've been looking after us for years, my love,'' she revealed, beaming. ''I don't need a normal husband, I need you Archer Wyldheart.''

''I promise I'm not going anywhere,'' he said, a bright smile crossing his face.

Aisha looked at him, concern written on her face as she hit his chest. ''Why do you have to be so selfless? Don't promise something you won't be able to keep, especially when it comes to our children.''

Archer grew confused but she continued, revealing a truth the harem had hidden from him. ''You'll die protecting our Freya from a force that threatens Thrylos and Earth.''

His eyes narrowed as a deep growl echoed out. ''I'm not dying, Aisha. I'll crawl my way out of the underworld.''

''Let me show you,'' the older woman interrupted him.

She placed her hands on his cheeks and he was shown a scene that shocked him to the core as he found himself on a battlefield. Archer glanced around only to see a young woman who he instantly knew was Freya, who was beaten and battered. A Terravian stood over her until a older version of himself crashed into the enemy.

He stood frozen, eyes wide, as the older version of himself fought a brutal battle against the Terravian. The creature lashed out, its fist punching clean through the older him's chest. Blood sprayed yet the older him didn't falter. His face twisted into a snarl of defiance, and with a roar, he clamped his jaws down on the Terravian's arm.

Muscle and bone crunched audibly as he tore the limb free in a single tug, casting it aside like a discarded rag. The Terravian howled, its unearthly wail shaking the air, but it refused to relent, its remaining limbs flailing in a frenzy of aggression. The fight unfolded like a storm, chaotic, blinding, and impossible to track.

Blows blurred into one another, a whirlwind of violence that seemed to bend reality around them. The older him moved fast, his body a weapon honed by years of battles. The ground beneath them cracked and splintered, scorched by the heat of their clash, while the air grew thick with the acrid scent of blood and burning earth.

By the time the scene changed, as if time itself had skipped, the older him was soaring into the sky, his silhouette against the roiling clouds. His chest heaved, blood streaming from the gaping wound, yet his eyes burned. Below, Neoma and Kela knelt beside their elder sister, their hands moving with urgency as they tended to her wounds.

Their movements practiced but frantic. The elder sister lay pale and still, her breathing shallow, her armor dented. The air around them hummed with protective energy, a barrier created by the older him. It pulsed softly, a dome that shielded the women from the chaos beyond.

Suddenly, the horizon erupted in a blinding violet explosion. A wave of power surged across the landscape, consuming everything in its path. Trees disintegrated into ash, rocks melted into slag, and the very ground seemed to scream as the energy tore through it. Yet the barrier held firm, its surface rippling like water under the onslaught but refusing to break.
