Since it's a spar, no one pushes it, but Rangsan made sure to tell fighters not to go easy on Adam.

Adam got hit multiple times by these fighters, and since all of them had different fighting styles, Adam had to adapt.

But as the sparring continued, Adam adapted to it. He started fighting back more effectively, with sharper and more fluid movements.
