Jimmy: "Azte's boss, Barrio, isn't in the country, he seems to be in Mexico, but his exact location is uncertain. Also, we have a slight clue about their behind-the-scenes boss, named Borsa, an old man, but there are no photos. Right, this Borsa is in New Mexico, but his exact location is also uncertain."
Hank nodded, "Thank you."
After chatting casually for a bit, Hank and Steven got up and left, taking their suitcase with them.
Jimmy then headed to a Mexican restaurant to fill his stomach and returned to the hotel. Around midnight, CIA's Tony gave Jimmy a call and arranged to meet him the next day.
Early next morning, Tony came knocking and Jimmy welcomed him in.
Tony: "The issue has been taken care of, it won't affect you."
Jimmy: "Are the bodies and the car cleaned up?"
Tony: "Yes, you can rest assured."
Jimmy: "OK, how long will it take to get the information on Barrio?"
Tony: "A few days should be sufficient. We had some intelligence before, but it's a bit old and needs to be verified."
Jimmy: "No problem, just remember to prepare the route and supplies in advance. I'll be waiting here."
Tony: "No problem." After saying that, Tony turned and left Jimmy's room.
With nothing urgent to attend to, Jimmy now had his time completely to himself. He thought about it and decided to practice some boxing, having found it quite interesting the first time.
There were many boxing clubs, Jimmy didn't go to the one near Hank's place, but instead chose one downtown; after all, it was just temporary learning, so there wasn't much of a problem.
After two days of learning boxing and experiencing the basic skill training, the rest was mostly practice. Jimmy already had combat experience and was not new to physical training, so generally speaking, he picked it up quite easily, especially considering his strong learning ability, at least in mimicking the movements perfectly.
Of course, good things often come together. During this time while Jimmy was learning boxing and feeling a bit bored, he unexpectedly received an invitation from Hank to observe a DEA raid on a drug lab and experience a DEA operation.
Actually, Jimmy didn't understand why Hank had invited him. This raid seemed mundane and didn't appear to have anything special.
A DEA tactical team surrounded a residential house from front and back and, after confirming each other's positions through the radio, they broke the lock with a shotgun and stormed into the house.
It looked similar to FBI's SRT or SWAT, the only difference being that the assault team all wore masks.
Jimmy: "Steven, why do they wear masks?"
Steven glanced at Hank, turned his head to Jimmy in the back seat: "These drug makers aren't all very professional. If something goes wrong, there could be a lot of toxic gases inside, so the assault team wears masks. After they confirm everything is safe, we will follow in to deal with the situation."
Hank: "Another important reason is to avoid exposing identities. Drug dealers are ruthless, and it's easy for accidents to occur if they find out who we are."
Jimmy nodded, "Indeed, your job carries a higher level of danger."
Hank: "What about you? What cases are you handling?"
Jimmy: "Murder and terrorism cases, like bombing, hijacking, things like that. They can't compare with yours; mine are somewhat safer."
Hank and Steven were speechless, their work was just catching drug dealers, while Jimmy was dealing with bombings and hijackings, which were of a far more serious nature.
Jimmy: "FBI deals with all sorts of messy stuff, not as specialized as you guys. To me, drugs are not much different; it's easier to just take out the dealers."
Hank smirked, everyone knew that taking them out would be easier, but various regulations and protocols made it impossible as long as you were in this job.
Steven seemed a bit troubled, it was apparent that Jimmy and his uncle were cut from the same cloth; killing seemed like no big deal to him. It seemed clear he was FBI, but he might very well have CIA connections too.
Through the radio came the word "secure," Hank: "Off the car, we're going in."
