Chapter 260 The Fall of the True God The Collapse of the Divine Kingdom_2

The Land of the Gods could escape the crisis of destruction, not only due to its strong foundation, but also because Lu Yan vaguely sensed a will beyond the mundane world.

Lu Yan gazed upon the shattered sky above, as if several gazes were attempting to descend upon the Great Collapse version across boundless worlds.

Great Divine Power!

The source behind the Land of the Gods, representing This World's Only One in the gods' version.

The Great Collapse Celestial Dao further awakened, preventing Their gazes from fully descending.

Yet, as This World's Only One, even a faint thought could use the faith system as a medium, crossing versions to descend upon the Land of the Gods, like a miracle stopping destruction's arrival.

"Indeed, trying to destroy a version force with multiple This World's Only Ones, there are too many variables behind it, one must not place hope on possibilities."

Lu Yan pondered secretly.

However, faced with the current situation, Lu Yan did not panic too much.

Using that slight thought that crosses versions to create miracles, to preserve the last foundation of the Land of the Gods, is already the limit of what the Great Divine Power can achieve.

If the Great Divine Power were to forcibly intervene, the Great Collapse Celestial Dao is not to be trifled with.

This means Lu Yan only needed to deal with the last foundation of the Land of the Gods before him.

Countless ripples arose in the void, with Dao Rules fluctuating invisibly, beyond mortal comprehension; it was a reshaping of world essence.

The Power of Faith flowed like countless small streams, converging into a fathomless ocean.

Beneath the ruins of the collapsed Divine Hall, a great consciousness gathering all faith of the Land of the Gods was awakening.

This was a being transcending a Demigod, an embodiment of the essence of the Land of the Gods.

In the original faith system, each Divine Kingdom corresponded to a True God, and the Land of the Gods could naturally elevate a demigod to True God status.

But due to the special rules of the Great Collapse version, even True Gods could not escape the limitation of a centennial lifespan, making forcibly nurturing a True God an unprofitable venture.

Thus, the deities of the gods' version chose to grant the Land of the Gods intelligence, allowing it to self-generate Spiritual Wisdom.

When necessary, the Land of the Gods could use this bit of intelligence as a medium, forcibly manifesting a True God from itself.

And now, the time had come.

Underneath the ruins of the Divine Hall, the ancient being that had slept for millennia finally opened its eyes.

The void trembled, Dao Principles were in disarray, and a pressure beyond the mortal realm spread from the depths of the ruins; subject to the near-collapsing state of the Land of the Gods, this True God was also weak.

The Divine Body that could originally suppress a realm was at times clear, at times blurred, like an unfinished painting lacking the final touch.

Yet even in this state, the underlying strength exhibited by this weakened True God far surpassed that of a Demigod; it was a mysterious force woven by faith and rules, a manifestation of the aspirations and awe of all beings.

Above the sky, a colossal hand materialized out of thin air, carrying an indescribable might as it descended.

The hand was so large it almost covered the broken sky of the Land of the Gods, with patterns on its palm flowing like torrents of faith, millions of beings floating within, continuously chanting sacred hymns.

As if the entire broken Divine Kingdom became a part of this divine hand, pressing down upon Lu Yan.

In the void, the divine hand solidified it, time halted before its divine might; within the Land of the Gods, no one could withstand the suppression of this divine hand.

Faced with such a scene, Lu Yan finally moved.

The Supreme Divine Techniques Seed within was fully activated, and Celestial Spirit augmented spells were unleashed without reservation.

But Lu Yan's target was not that divine hand above the sky which couldn't be resisted by mere Magical Power, but rather the World-Ending Mill suspended in the void and held by faith.

"Merge!"

Like a mighty command falling, the two World-Ending Mills frozen in the void were shaken by the Celestial Spirit Position of the Supreme Divine Techniques Seed, beginning to turn slowly.

The two mills drew closer, their outlines gradually overlapping, and the World Destruction Rules which were originally one began to actively merge, transforming into a more solid World-Ending Mill.

This merged World-Ending Mill emitted an even more terrifying aura of destruction, making it difficult for even the previous Power of Faith to suppress the descent of World Destruction Power.

Each turn of the mill sent the world trembling, each bit of power was enough to wipe out one realm, as the World Destruction Rules continued to spread under the mill's operation, shaking the world once more to utterly destroy the Land of the Gods.

The True God in the Land of the Gods finally sensed this threatening power and had to allocate a large portion of his strength to suppress the World Destruction Rules.

The giant hand above the sky paused slightly, then changed direction towards the World-Ending Mill.

Divine Power clashed with the World Destruction Rules in the void, erupting with energy waves that made one's heart tremble.

In an instant, the world changed color, and the entire starry sky plunged to the earth, while the already nearly-collapsed Land of the Gods crumbled once more, revealing a profound void.

But ultimately, the World-Ending Mill remained too weak to fully integrate the three strands of World Destruction Rules, still far from being complete, unable to shake the deeply rooted version fragment of the Land of the Gods.

Even as Lu Yan activated the Supreme Divine Techniques Seed, the World-Ending Mill still slowly stalled before the True God that fully controlled the Land of the Gods, as if time were frozen in an eternal moment.

The light of the World Destruction Rules dimmed down, the mill's rotation became increasingly difficult, and finally ceased entirely.
