Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon

Chapter 1053: 1050: How Did He Make?

"I heard you call that Clown we faced a 'clone', what does that mean?"

When Corey asked this question, Divine exhaled softly. He looked around, and then he gestured to the ground.

"Let's go down. It'll be better if everybody hears my words so that they can also be informed about the Clown."

Corey nodded, and then the three of them slowly fell to the ground.

A few moments later, Pamela, Jeremy, and his companions approached them. Meanwhile, Queen Nerith and Thalos knelt side by side while staring in the direction of the world tree with blank expressions.

Corey, Pamela, Jeremy, Elizabeth, Rorik, Mathias, and Caesar looked at the duo with varying expressions, but they didn't say anything.

They understood that the mother and son were in so much pain and disbelief, most especially, Queen Nerith who had lost not only her people but her daughters.

An Immortal could reverse time and revive mortals, Astral Beings, and Mystic Beings at a great cost definitely, but a Tier 7 could not revive another Immortal by reversing time.

The cost was far too great, and the Immortal would die before even half of the body was revived.

Queen Nerith had lost her family and people, and she felt that there was nothing left for her to live for.

"I've seen this scene so many times. It's a scene the Clown always leaves behind at places he chooses to... perform."

Divine's words drifted into the ears of everybody, and they all looked at Divine with confused expressions.

"Perform?" Pamela asked with raised brows.

Divine nodded with a deep frown. "The Clown is a sick bastard with a very deep plan and goal. I've been trying to figure out what his plan is, but I'm not completely certain. However, I've been disrupting his plans for years now, so I believe that it'll be extremely difficult for him to accomplish it."

Everybody frowned because Divine's words were not exactly helpful, but they didn't think too much of it because they knew that the Clown was an insane individual who could not be understood.

Divine looked at Corey. "You asked what I meant when I called that Clown a clone, right?"

Corey nodded slightly.

"Well, the Clown you faced was a clone. That was not his true body."

Everybody aside from Corey had a drastic change in their expressions, and they could not believe what they had heard.

"That's just a clone? But how's that possible? A clone is usually not as strong as the main body, but that clone was extremely powerful and the clones he created were also powerful, so how powerful is the main body? This makes no sense." Pamela asked with an extremely baffled expression, not understanding Divine's words.

If the clone was so powerful, then was the main body and Immortal?

Such a thought sent a chill across the bodies and souls of those who had this thought. A Tier 6 Clown was already so dangerous and powerful, but a Tier 7 Clown?

They could not even imagine just how powerful he would be.

How would they even defeat him?

As Corey and the others had these thoughts, Divine shook his head and spoke.

"I can guess what most of you are thinking, but I'm about 99% certain that the Clown is not a Tier 7 yet. He's still a Tier 6."

Everybody's frown eased slightly, and Divine continued speaking.

"From what I know, the Clown has a skill that allows him to have twelve true clones. These clones are perfect copies of him, and they have everything he has. His personality, his aura, his skills, and even his soul. The clone you saw, and the abilities you saw are the same thing the true body would show. Think of it as you guys facing the true body of the Clown."

"I've destroyed six true clones of the Clown, and I know that whenever I do this, I cause immense pain to the Clown especially because of my unique flame."

Divine snapped his fingers, and a tongue of golden fire flickered above his palm.

"The main body of the Clown can decide to kill or recall his clones back to his body at any time in an instant. The first time I killed one of the twelve true clones, the Clown recalled the clone back to his true body, but my flame followed him."

"Through my connection with my flame, I know that the main body is currently in immense pain because my flames were attached to the true clone's soul, so the main body's soul is currently in immense pain."

"There are six more true clones of the Clown, and I plan on finding them and killing them."

Everybody went silent for a moment, and then Jeremy asked a question.

"How do we know the difference between a true clone and an... inferior clone?"

Corey looked at Jeremy with a slight frown of confusion at first, but then his eyes flickered with surprise and realization.

"If you have soul perception or an ability that can make you to see souls, you'll be able to know the difference between a true clone and an inferior clone. But at your current level, I'll advise that if you ever encounter the Clown, run away as fast as you can."

Jeremy looked at his sword, and then he clenched it tightly with a determined light. He shifted his gaze toward Queen Nerith and Thalos, and he inhaled and exhaled deeply.

'I need to train more. I need to get stronger quickly.'

As Jeremy had these thoughts, Corey asked a question.

"Have you seen the Clown's face before?

Divine shook his head.

"Unfortunately, I have not. His mask is most likely a peak divine artifact or maybe even higher, because no matter what I did, I've not been able to see at the Clown's face."

Corey nodded slightly since he was not surprised by this. He then asked another question.

"The Clown can turn people into his puppets with his blood. Everybody that came to the royal palace of the Silver Elves became puppets, do you have an idea how he did it? How did he make so many people consume his blood?"
