The Twins went into great detail about the whole event, not missing a single detail. There was nothing to hide for them.

Once he heard everything, Shi showed minimal expression despite his true feelings on the matter. He wished to pursue the matter further, but would the Heavenly Demon Queen tell them anything?

There were many questions in his mind, questions he wanted answers to. However, he knew where to draw the line. 

Still, he had confirmed the major matter. So, now, it was time for the Twins to receive their punishment. 

Since it was the first day, typically, Shi decided to be extra harsh. After all, he had to show the authority of the Discipline Council.

However, he soon received a message. No, multiple messages. Divine Senses keep bombarding him, advising him what to do.

Naturally, who else could that be from? They were from the Twins’ Parents plus Yang Xue.

He could not help getting annoyed. Could they not let him do his job?

Why did they not step in when he was checking the Heavenly Demon Queen? Why did they only step in when it came to the punishment? 

In the end, Shi scolded them back before turning to the Twins and deciding on his own punishment for the.

“You two are going to take care of Lei Ao and help shuttle your classmates from the dorm to the class for a month. Also, you two will be helping me in the Disciple Council.” Shi stated with his the blood vessels on his head bludging.

[Seriously, some complain about not using physical violence. Some want me to hit them harder. Some wonder if it would really hurt them. But all of them want me to help them make friends!? Are all of you mad? This is not a childcare centre! I’m running the Disciple Council!]

Still, it was not like Shi could ignore the rallying cry from ten women. In fact, he could feel Yang Kai’s pain as the Father himself just kept silent throughout this ordeal.

When the Twin heard this, they immediately agreed to it. After all, it did not sound like much of a punishment to them.

They had been hiding themselves in another room, one which was far off from this one. They had been able to hear the conversation and watch the scene from that room.

“From my experience, if you want kids to obey, you need to make them fear.” Shi said with nonchalance. Though, it was doubtful if the whole design of the Disciplinary Hall was actually to his liking or not.

“Well, I’ve lost. Really did not think your kids would cause so much trouble on the very first day.” Shi admitted as though surrendering.

“So, what have you uncovered so far?” Yang Xue could not care less about the frivolous bet these two men had agreed upon. Ten years, twenty years, when their lifespans reached over a million years, do those small digits really matter?  

“Though I said that she has taken them hostage, it’s more like they are coexisting together. Any harm to them would also be detrimental to her. I have honestly never seen something like this before. Those two kids of yours are truly eye-opening.” Shi said. They might have Soul Clones or Avatars, which might damage the main body when destroyed, as they are intrinsically linked, but this being was a foreign body that happened to ‘connect’ with them.

“Her very existence is tied to them. I can only attribute this to the strange cultivation technique that they use. Regardless, from the way things are, I doubt she will bring any harm to them.” Shi shrugged, truly certain of this one point.

“She was also very wary. I do not know but I get the sense that she was aware of everyone watching.” 

“Anyways, have you figured out what she did to your Arrays? How did it not prevent those kids from using their Qi?” Shi snapped his finger and the Viewing Orb now showed an underground space, deep within the earth. This was where the Grand Array had been laid out. Furthermore, to prevent anyone from accidentally damaging it, there were Protective Arrays surrounding this pace as well.

The Grand Array they were now viewing was the structure keeping everyone from using Qi at common areas of the school, unless one had a Token like the teachers.

At the moment, those mysterious marks on the Grand Array were glowing, showing that it was operating. However, the layout of the Array had changed slightly from Yang Kai’s memory.

“After looking through it, there are Principles implemented that I do not understand.” Yang Kai shook his head while sighing.

This shocked Yang Xue. After all, her Older Brother had already mastered the 3,000 Daos. What kind of Principles did he not understand? If he did not know it, who did?

Yet, Shi remained completely calm, as though he had anticipated this.

Despite his long years, there were still mysteries of the world he did not know about. Since that being was a mystery itself, was this really that shocking?

“Big Brother, we can’t just leave her like this!” Yang Xue pleaded. If the Heavenly Demon Queen fears him, surely he must have some way to remove her, right?

However, it was no use. Yang Kai refused to do anything. If there was a risk to the Twins, he would definitely do something about her.

It might be risky for his children, with Shi’s and Little Eleven’s assurance, he was more at ease. Furthermore, this was an opportunity to uncover certain mysteries of the world. He simply could not let this opportunity slide.

Even if Yang Kai remained oblivious to most things, he could keenly tell that there was something in the world preventing others from finding out the truth about the world.

“It is not like we can Soul Search her. Since she is not willing to speak, then we can only keep a close eye on her for now. Just leave the Grand Array as is. If she is adamant, I doubt we can really stop her from changing the Arrays. But, you’d best check all the Arrays to see if anything else has been tempered with.”

Yang Kai naturally gave a firm nod as he took control over the Viewing Orb and switched the focus to the male student who had caught the Heavenly Demon Queen’s eye. Then, he took out a scroll.

The bright scroll rolled open, seemingly capable of containing an entire world of its own. There were no words written in it. It was just empty. However, the moment Yang Kai injected his Divine Sense, he was able to see the name list of all the students, including a portrait of them.

In an instant, Yang Kai was able to uncover all the details of the boy.

Still, his origins were mysterious.

Wu Lun, 14 years old, male, River Ocean World, Orphan, No Master, No Sect, Separation And Reunion.

The River Ocean World was one of those relatively newly restored Worlds within the 3,000 Worlds. It was nothing special or noteworthy. Furthermore, the child had no backing: no parents, no nothing. At only fourteen, to reach the Separation and Reunion Realm showed that he was mediocre.

Yet, how did someone like this attract the attention of the Heavenly Demon Queen and escape from Yang Ji and Yang Xu?
