Some stared at Li Qiye, wondering how he would stop such an incredible body.

“Sacred Teacher, if you let go, what body will be left behind?” Taichu asked.

This interested the immortals as well since they couldn’t see the core of his body.

“What else but a mortal body?” Li Qiye smiled.

“A mortal body?” The two immortals found this surprising despite Li Qiye having no reason to lie.

“What type of mortal body is it?” Taichu humbly asked like a student asking his teacher.

In reality, a battle to the death was inevitable between them. Nevertheless, they still sought after knowledge and the dao while maintaining respect instead of gritting their teeth and cursing.

“Mortal Heaven Suppression Body.” Li Qiye said.

The trio wondered if a mortal body could somehow suppress the high heaven.

“Which is stronger, yours or my master’s body?” Taichu didn’t give up.

“The high heaven is still the high heaven in the end. Using it as a base means that the best-case scenario is an even match, not replacing.” Li Qiye smiled: “That’s why he abandoned this body and roots.”

All three wanted to learn because if they were to win, they would have to walk on this path. The two farthest on this path were none other than Li Qiye and him.

“This body belongs to the mortal world so I must return it.” Li Qiye smiled.

“I see.” Taichu stared at him and smiled: “Sacred Teacher, what if I wear your mortal body and control the primordial will?”

“Interesting.” Fiendish Ground remarked.

“Will that be stronger than your current state?” Evil Transformation added.

This realm was too high for normal cultivators. Only overlords had a good gauge of its potential.

Everyone saw how mighty Li Qiye was. What if Taichu wore his body on top of having the primordial will? All three immortals were interested in this ultimate potential.

“This is where your master and I differ.” Li Qiye shook his head: “He was born in the primordial and I came from the mortal world so this body will be given back to the mortal world.”

“What a shame, what a shame.” Evil Transformation said.

They understood what he meant and found it regrettable. Any immortal adorning his body would become unstoppable.

“And yes, it is true that this body with the primordial will is excellent.” Li Qiye said.

“Not inferior to the high heaven.” Evil Transformation said.

“The new high heaven.” Fiendish Ground said.

“We are enlightened just listening to you, Sacred Teacher. Of course, you are doing yourself a disservice by boosting our ambition and morale.” Taichu said.

“It depends on whether you have the potential to grasp its true meaning. You can hold the same blade as I do but can only kill a pig with it.” Li Qiye said.

Reaching the shore was not enough. They needed to let go as well before walking to the end where the high heaven awaited.

“How difficult.” Fiendish Ground sighed.

“Have to do it step by step to realize the goal.” Li Qiye said.

“Thank you, Sacred Teacher.” The group bowed.

“I know my steps, defeat you and my master first before the high heaven.” Taichu declared.

“For me, just reaching the shore is good enough. Of course, being equal to the high heaven would be nice as well.” Evil Transformation lacked the same ambition.
