Chapter 3876 - Good Boy Eighth

Chapter 3876 - Good Boy Eighth

"At sixty meters, the world has shrunk for me once more." Tianming looked at the landscapes in the distance and saw that they appeared somewhat smaller, though he still couldn't quite feel how large he had become. Frames of reference were weird like that. "Though I do feel less invisible compared to before. My size does give me a better sense of presence."

"Not bad! You've grown from a speck of dust to the size of a tiny egg!" Ying Huo said.

"Hmph, let me break through two more times and I'll be a hundred meters at least." At his current size, he looked like a teenager compared to most 'adult' astral giants.

"Myriadpath Valley’s already well served by the springwater of the Source Progenitor. After sending a few cosmic god bodies to the Lower Star Ruins, Auntie and the rest should have enough to break through like crazy when coupled with some overflow fragments. The blood of cosmic gods is no joke." They would also be incredibly useful to the flameyellow descendants on the Sun and Starmoon Haven.

At the end of the day, the key to breaking through was order and overflow fragments; cosmic god blood could only stabilize one's order during the process. The production of order and overflow fragments was still limited.

"Wait!" Tianming had a sudden bright idea. "Even though I can't bring the ships or the ten billion flameyellow descendants to the Ancient Oldgod Domain, I can bring Male Mo's divine wonder with me. Can't I just rely on the wonder of a cosmic god to cripple Sixth?!"

"Hey, what's that about crippling me, you little shit!" Bai Ye popped out of his head after giving Meow Meow pleasant dreams.

"I hope the other two are more reliable than you," Tianming sneered.

"Keep dreaming. Even though we’ve split up into three individual entities with our own wills, our essences are tied together. Apart from two more higher-level techniques they like to show off so much, they aren’t that different from me," Bai Ye said.

"One has twenty-seven infant souls while the other has forty-five. Even if their personalities are similar, they're still stronger than you!" Xian Xian said, getting straight to the heart of the matter.

"Lay off it, girl. You're my younger sibling, so you shouldn't say something like that! If you hurt my feelings, I'll cut ties with you," Bai Ye pouted.

"Younger? Hahahahaha! Delusional much, Little Bro?!" Xian Xian said, shaking with laughter.

"This little brother of ours is always lost in his little delusions," Ji Ji added, rolling its eyes.

"Come on!" What Bai Ye couldn't take the most was Ji Ji calling it the younger sibling, which drove it insane. However, something clicked in its head. "So what if they have more infant souls? Chronologically, I'm the big brother!" It would be fine if it hadn’t brought the matter up; one Bai Ye was annoying enough, so imagine how infuriating it would be to have three of them bickering nonstop.

"Eighth, you're a good boy, right? You eat the ghouls like I tell you to," Tianming lamented. Hearing what he said, the gray coffin in his lifebound space shook. The dead-fish eye on its cover seemed rather cute.

"When are we going to the Ancient Oldgod Domain to catch the other two Sixths?" Ying Huo asked as it preened its wings. With its wingspan reaching a hundred meters in its full form, Ying Huo had indeed started looking more elegant than before. It was a change they were all not too used to.

Tianming gave it some thought and said, "We can't exactly depart from here at a crucial time like this. We have to finish saving all ten billion of our kind. Then again, I should at least check if the maniverse-class ships of Starmoon Haven are able to reach Saturatia-49 through the wormhole expressway!"

Just as they left the divine tomb, Yin Chen informed Tianming that Starmoon Haven had been emptied of its treasures! The flameyellow descendants were spread out across six maniverse-class ships, which would also transport all the goods they had pillaged to the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb. Long Xing had mostly finished transferring the cargo.

The reason that needed to be done was the risk that the Starmoon Haven astralships might give away the Sun's location. It would be much easier to track the location of a ship using the Worldgazer Skyeye rather than a single person. In the end, the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb would ship everything back to the Sun. It would be a cramped ride, but not a long one.

Tianming had taken over one of the maniverse-class ships. He proceeded to open the star map, causing it to illuminate the entire bridge of the ship. "Saturatia-49! Found it!"

The architects of the wormhole expressway were the wonderians to begin with, and Saturatia-49 was a world they ruled. It was unlikely that it wouldn't be in any star maps. Qingyu and Wudi back on the Sun breathed a sigh of relief when they heard the news.

"Feng, hold on!" Lingfeng was quite a tough one, unlike the flameyellow descendants of Wargod and Wondersky Havens. Thus, Tianming would have to prioritize.

He returned to the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb once he had confirmed that it was possible to go to Saturatia-49. "Alright, let's head home." His heart was filled with warmth at the sight of the expectant, moved expressions. That was the reason he had come to the Upper Star Ruin, after all.

The ship left Starmoon Haven, the astralguard formation opening to let the lord of the world out. Then the ship began accelerating. Tianming turned back and looked at the beautiful star behind him.

"I've moved away most of the goods from this world. All that's left is the nova source of a fortuna-class world...." Tianming gazed at the world with burning eyes.

"What? Do you want to suck it dry using the Sun's pillars?" Ying Huo asked.

"The Eightpart Pantheons will be so scared they piss themselves if they see that!" Meow Meow said.

"Far from just that, they might actually die from the shock! I'd like to be there to see that, though," Bai Ye excitedly said.

They all turned to Tianming.

"There's no rush to wipe them out," Tianming said. "If we take action now, we might be revealing the uniqueness of the Flameyellow Imperial Star too early. We have to wait for the right opportunity before going all out, lest we attract the attention of the true elites of the Upper Star Ruin. Even if the Sun swallows up the Midsky Tristars, it wouldn't get enough nova source to become a maniverse-class world, so we can afford to wait. We've already taken control of the Starmoon Guard Formation, anyway, so Starmoon Haven’s ours now." It would still be there for him to consume when the time was right.

Tianming went to the chamber in the ship that was tightly packed with tombstones, upon which the most elite maniverse and imperial-class battle techniques were recorded. They were among the most important things from the two divine tombs.

"I have some 9000-aperture manna prepared for you all. Time to evolve." Starmoon Haven didn't have manna that exceeded ten thousand apertures. Manna like that could only be found in maniverse-class worlds. There was no way the paupers of Starmoon Haven could afford something like that.

If one considered the Upper Star Ruin a large nation, fortuna-class worlds were like small towns. The real cities were the maniverse-class worlds. All cosmic gods aspired to move to those worlds and compete for rare resources. Anything that was left over wasn’t nearly as desirable. While maniverse-class worlds only appeared to be ten times the size of fortuna-class ones, the gap was much wider than the eye could see.
