Nine Star Hegemon Body Art

Chapter 6520 Barbarian God Descendant

Chapter 6520 Barbarian God Descendant

“What... what kind of monster is that?!” countless experts shouted, jumping in shock.

Now, Wilde was completely covered in blood-colored runes, and faintly visible through the markings were thick chains wrapped around his arms and thighs.

After transforming, Wilde’s Blood Qi erupted. That swing of his club had torn the space in front of him apart.

Space itself twisted and collapsed, while Grand Dao runes shattered and reformed only to break again, as if some mysterious law suppressed the world’s ability to recover.

With one swing of his club, Wilde annihilated seven to eight hundred thousand experts of the dragon race. The sight sent shivers through every onlooker.

Among the fallen were more than a thousand half-step Sovereign Lords, including two wielders of legacy Divine Sovereign magical items.

The divine items flew from their hands, while their owners were blown apart.

“AHH! You dare to harm my brother Long?!” Wilde howled.

His eyes flared scarlet. As the chains on his limbs tightened, his aura swelled. He had entered a berserk state.

“The Barbarian God’s bloodline? How is that possible? The Barbarian God died with the Nine Star Master, and the Blood Barbarian’s emperor line fought to the death! There should be no trace of the Barbarian God’s bloodline left!” Long Wu exclaimed, staring in shock at the giant god-like Wilde.

The Barbarian God was a figure of worship among the Barbarian races, famed for an unmatched physical body. In the primal chaos war, rumors of that name would send outsider experts fleeing.

When the Nine Star Master fell, the Blood Barbarian emperor line supposedly perished with him. The Barbarian God’s lineage ended there. Although there were some remnants of the Blood Barbarian race, they did not possess that divine bloodline, and so they could not inherit the Barbarian God’s legacy.

As a result, the Barbarian God’s lineage had become a matter of legend, existing only in some ancient legends. Still, ancient records and murals of the Barbarian God’s line survived in a few great ancient factions, and those depictions made it easy for them to recognize their form—giants with chains coiling their bodies. The likeness was unmistakable.

Having participated in the primal chaos war and slain descendants of the Barbarian God, the vile dragons even had some corpses of the Barbarian God line in their treasury.

The Barbarian God line’s bodies were even more terrifying than a dragon’s. The vile dragon race had studied them for countless years without learning anything significant. However, their bodies were still incredibly precious and rare. Amongst the vile dragon race’s experts, only Long Wu had seen their bodies, which was why he was so shaken.

“I’ll kill you, and I’ll kill you all!” Wilde roared, swinging his bone club crazily.

His movements looked clumsy, but the power behind that club was unmatched.

The dragon experts who couldn’t dodge his club were dead instantly. Not even those with legacy Divine Sovereign magical items dared to clash with him.

“Wilde, good job!” Guo Ran shouted his encouragement.

Wilde was single-handedly holding back countless enemies—a feat possible only because Guo Ran had wisely let him sleep after devouring so many demonic beast corpses earlier.

Even when danger loomed, Guo Ran hadn’t dared to wake Wilde. Whenever Guo Ran felt like he had to, he thought of Long Chen’s words. For Wilde, eating was cultivation, and sleeping was seclusion.

Once Wilde fell asleep, they shouldn’t wake him. Waking him prematurely could waste all that energy—or even injure him.

So Guo Ran had endured. Now, Wilde had awakened on his own—and what emerged was a monster.

“A living descendant of the Barbarian God... interesting! That’s a living treasure! I’ll deal with him!” Long Wu sneered, flying over.

Wilde’s bone club randomly swung toward him.

Seeing Long Wu actually meet the blow head-on, the outsider dragon experts cried out in alarm. The club crashed down like a heavenly pillar, unleashing a ripple that annihilated everyone nearby. But Long Wu slowly raised his arm and let that bone club meet his arm just like that.

At the very center of the impact, Long Wu didn’t budge.

Guo Ran and the others’ pupils contracted in disbelief.

“It’s his armor!” Xia Chen shouted, immediately pointing at Long Wu’s black armor.

The black armor covering Long Wu shimmered and rippled like dragon scales. It had blocked Wilde’s terrifying strike.

“A barbarian truly does have brute strength,” Long Wu mocked. “But in the end, it’s all brawn, no brains.”

Light flared from Long Wu’s arm, and an immense force blasted Wilde’s club aside, sending Wilde staggering backward.

“What’s so great about a descendant of the Barbarian God? You can’t even break the basic defense of my vile dragon race’s Ten Thousand Dragon Armor!” mocked Long Wu.

“I’ll kill you!” Wilde roared, once more swinging his club toward Long Wu.

Long Wu simply raised his arm, smirking. “As expected, an idiot with only one trick. Let’s see how long you can burn your Barbarian God blood. Even true descendants could only last an incense stick’s time. Once you—”

BOOM!

The club connected. The sound of shattering bones echoed across the battlefield as Long Wu was sent flying like a shooting star, tearing through the ranks and blasting apart everyone in his path.

“Out of the way!” shouted Xia Chen.

Long Wu happened to be flying in the direction of the High Firmament Academy’s people. It was too fast for them to dodge. Before they could get out of the way, Long Wu would blow them apart.

All of a sudden, a flash of rainbow light streaked across the sky.

Cloud shot over, her divine radiance enveloping all the High Firmament Academy’s experts in his path. She spread her wings and transformed into a rainbow that flew away.

Cloud had barely escaped with them when Long Wu’s body flew by her. It was incredibly dangerous. Gu Yang and the others were sweating for Cloud.

Fortunately, Cloud was fast enough. Otherwise, countless experts from the High Firmament Academy would have perished.

When Gu Yang and the others turned back, they saw that Wilde’s bone club was now wrapped in blood-colored chains, releasing a terrifying aura.

In response, a tide of black qi erupted.

Long Wu’s sinister voice echoed once more, carrying an aura that made the entire world tremble.

“Yes, this is the power that the legendary descendants of the Barbarian God should possess..."
