A long-haired man walked out of the flames, holding a sword shining with five-color light. It was this sword that had knocked Long Chen back.

This man’s Heavenly Fate Disk was filled with thousands of azure whirlpools, each radiating a Doyen pressure so intense that Long Chen’s body ached as if blades were cutting into him.

Long Chen took a deep breath, slowly suppressing his wounds as he stared at the long-haired man. “It seems you’ve been waiting for me for a while.”

The long-haired man still pointed his sword at Long Chen, exuding a powerful pressure that instantly locked onto him. Not in a rush to attack Long Chen, he said, “That’s right. “You fool. Since you don’t know what’s good for you, then die!” The long-haired man’s eyes turned icy. He raised his sword, and his Heavenly Fate Disk spun. With a slash, his sword cut through the air, splitting the sky with its power.

Long Chen calmly formed a series of hand seals, and lightning and flame wings emerged from his back. They transformed into two colossal hands that slammed together, preparing to meet the attack head-on.

BOOM!

The long-haired man’s sword was caught between the lightning and flame hands, and he seemed startled.

Long Chen sighed. “I gave you a chance, but you didn’t grasp it. Well then, sorry about this!”

Long Chen’s hand seals changed, and black runes suddenly poured out from his hands, extending through the lightning and flame hands into the man’s sword.

“What is this?!” the man cried out in terror. He tried to pull his sword back, but it wouldn’t budge. He attempted to let go, but his hands seemed glued to the sword. Helplessly, he watched as the black runes infected his sword and then crawled up his arms.

When the black runes appeared on his hands, his Heavenly Fate Disk exploded. Following that, his eyes turned dim, and he collapsed on the ground.
