Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 4041: Oh Order! IV

Chapter 4041: Oh, Order! IV

Thinking of this reminded him of the Primarchs and Masters of Existence of the Veiled Sunfolds. Entanglements and connections. He wouldn’t entirely forget them as there was much to do!

Noah refocused on Sigrid.

He wished he had the seconds to count everything as Sigrid’s complexity exploded beyond comprehension.

Each heartbeat that passed represented billions in advancement, each breath she took rewrote the glory of what power meant.

But even as a few seconds passed...three billion, four billion, five billion with each tick of time, his expression shifted from wonder to something heavier.

Without warning, he disconnected from Sigrid’s forehead, the loss of that intimate connection leaving a cold space between them. His gaze turned outward, piercing through the twisted corridors of the Doorway toward the distant exit that lay beyond the winding pathways.

Something was wrong.

Or rather, something was about to become very complicated.

---

In another region entirely, within the Transcendent Origin Battlefront Folds, deep in the protected depths of Aeternitas Concordia, space tore itself apart to admit Duke Gwendolyn’s form.

She materialized within the domed garden with such haste that reality hadn’t quite caught up, her edges still blurring as she solidified before Noah’s merchant body.

"What happened in the Doorway?!" Her usual composure had cracked, revealing genuine alarm beneath. "The Young Miss awakened?! You all must make a quick exit...the white rays of Order have spread across the Doorway and towards the entirety of the Transcendent Paradoxical Folds!"

...!

She moved closer, her stellar dark hair whipping with the force of her urgency.

"Teleportation or warping across Folds isn’t possible from within a Doorway...you must exit first. Turn back as quickly as possible! My clone will try to keep the commotion around the Doorway covered as much as I can, but..." Her expression grew heavier with each word. "You must exit the Doorway!"

...!

Noah’s eyes flashed with sharp understanding. Order had permeated across the Transcendent Paradoxical Folds as a consequence of Sigrid’s awakening.

Such a phenomenon wouldn’t go unnoticed. It couldn’t go unnoticed. Every Paradox in existence would feel Order reasserting itself, even if they did not fully know or understand what it was!

"I’ve already alerted Duke Whisker and others..."

Duke Gwendolyn’s words cut through his calculations, and Noah’s gaze turned sharp enough to cut dimensions.

His voice emerged with distaste that he didn’t bother to hide.

"Of course you have." The words dripped with contempt. "You truly like to talk and share absolutely everything, don’t you?"

HUUM!

Duke Gwendolyn’s expression turned stern, her diplomatic mask reasserting itself with visible effort. "For the sake of the Young Miss, yes. I will not play word games with you."

She straightened, authority radiating from her form. "Take her out. Reinforcements will come toward the entrance of that doorway. What I know for certain is that soon it will be surrounded by Paradoxes, and I alone cannot ensure her safety against multiple Dukes of Paradox."

She paused, letting the weight of the situation settle before continuing.

"With reinforcements, we shall take the Young Miss back here or to the Heart of Origin where the Kleos Council is. There, we can ensure her protection."

Noah gazed at Gwendolyn with eyes that had grown colder than the space between stars.

Internally, his mind rejected every word she spoke. Sigrid taken by them? Brought back here to be protected like some fragile treasure? Taken to the Heart of Origin to be displayed and discussed and controlled?

Like he would allow such a thing to happen.

His mind buzzed with possibilities, plans forming and reforming at speeds that would have been impossible if doubt still clouded his thoughts.

Duke Gwendolyn rose into the air, and in the next moment, reality acknowledged her authority as multiple tears in space unfolded within the domed garden.

Powerful Duke-level existences stepped through...Duke Whisker among them, his tiny form radiating power that belied his size.

Duke Pyralis emerged in flames that froze the air. Duke Valen tapped through with his cane, blind eyes seeing more than sight allowed!

Others followed, more than a dozen Dukes answering her call with speed that suggested prior preparation.

Duke Gwendolyn looked over the assembled power with satisfaction that she couldn’t quite hide. "The mission is a dangerous one...venturing into the Transcendent Paradoxical Folds for the retrieval of something too precious to lose. I will act as the anchor to take you all directly there at thr shortest possible time."

Her existence erupted into white-gold light that formed a massive arched gateway. She stood at its center, her very being becoming the pathway that would allow traversal across countless distances between Folds. The gateway hummed with authority that made space itself bow!

Duke Whisker scurried through without delay, his small form disappearing into the light...but his gaze was cloudy. Before he disappeared, he turned towards Noah, and Noah stared back at him calmly as this little mouse of a Duke...seemed contemplative!

Others followed quickly, understanding that time was not their ally in this matter.

Noah watched this phenomenon with cold calculation, his own plans already forming in the spaces between their assumptions.

---

Meanwhile, in a place that existed perpendicular to normal reality, inside a certain mountain surrounded by Living Conceptual Authority.

In the Ethereal Summit of Unspoken Truths...Duke Valen’s other body stroked his beard thoughtfully.

"Gwendolyn seems to have boldly taken the Vessel of THE Living Order into the Transcendent Paradoxical Folds," he announced to the gathering of beings whose power transcended normal classification.

"She is now undergoing an awakening inside a Doorway."

His blind gaze fixed on Schrodinger specifically, seeing him in ways that eyes never could.

"You will soon have visitors in your Transcendent Paradoxical Folds."

Schrodinger’s smile bloomed like a paradox...both genuine and calculating, warm and terrifying.

"Oh, I was just about to begin tracking the origin of the white rays of light spreading across the Paradoxical Folds. Since you’re going there now, give me the exact coordinates. I could use this to our advantage before the Kleos Concordat."

The casual way he spoke of manipulating events that could reshape existence made even these ancient beings pause!
