Chapter 2574 - 2575: Matsuo's New Strength

The witch's eyes widened after seeing what Frank accomplished! Not only did Frank tricked Elfina making her think he died by using a Poison Clone Technique he stole from a Mythical Spirit, but he even fully Traced Ginnungagap, obtaining a near perfect copy! Although he couldn't channel the full power even at 100% tracing, his version should at least be 90% its original power.

That was more than enough to completely change the tides of battle… Especially if Frank could create more than one at the same time. The witch, who has lived for over a thousand years, was unable to believe her eyes, however. In her long life where she confronted many magicians, fought divine monsters, and even met in person with Heroes of Mythology, she never saw someone with such immense proficiency over Tracing and Projection like Frank ever before.

"That boy, it is as if everything he is has been concentrated towards those Skills!" She thought. "Whatever power he's manifesting, it seems capable of helping him learn many techniques or spells regardless of if they're compatible with them at all… And above all, it seems that through intensive training, he can concentrate on a few of these skills at once and make them ridiculously strong within a short frame of time…!"

What Frank had accomplished seemed to be simply and utterly impossible, and yet he once more defied all logic with his abilities, making the one that came after his soul frustrated.

"No matter, those puppets I secured are still plenty strong…!" She thought. "Sol, Fiere! Stop messing around! Continue attacking without end! Don't let them make the formation to escape my sealed domain!"

As she issued orders, Fiere and Sol looked at one another, their empty eyes shining brightly as their Auras exuded their full power at once.

FLAAASH!

"Ugh?!"

Matsuo was pushed back by the sheer blazing aura generated by the two, as the barriers he had created began shattering and falling into pieces.

Crack, crack…!

CRASH!

"The barriers! Shit!"

As he was about to put them inside of them again, Sol reached him, swinging his sword not against him but…

CLASH!

The formation right beneath him, as its runes were burned by his divine sword's flames, and the entire formation Matsuo worked so hard to make in the last minute shattered.

"No, the formation! You motherfucker!"

Matsuo lost his patience, releasing his powers as he unleashed a combination of Yin and Yang Ki from his body at once.

"{Heavenly Yin & Yang Martial Arts}: {Ascending Palm of Heaven}!"

TRUUUMMM!!!

"Ngh?!"

Sol was shocked of the immense power Matsuo was packing out of nowhere, his entire armored body was sent flying away with an explosion of erupting Ki, as the internal energies in his body started colliding with each other, his meridians were greatly damaged.

"Fine, if we have to defeat you to get out of here, so be it!" Matsuo roared, as he threw away his shirt, revealing his muscular frame, no longer looking as skinny as he was before. He noticed Sol's shock, smiling cockily at him. "What? Do you even cultivate?"

"NGAAAHHH!"

Sol roared furiously, charging towards Matsuo as the young priest managed to avert his attention from Harumi, the one they had to protect the most against his divine power.

CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!

He swung his divine sword against Matsuo, who enchanted his staff and made it into a huge golden hammer made of light, clashing against Sol as the two released explosions of divine power.

"You're not the only one capable of wielding Divine Power, you know?!"

"HAAAHH!"

Sol roared back without any thought behind his actions, like a mindless berserk beast, he swung his sword constantly against Matsuo, each of his attacks was a small technique of its own.

A whirlwind attack, a spiraling step, a descending slash, a cleaving blow, an ascending slice, a vertical swing, a horizontal cut, constantly and without end!

But that wasn't all, as the power of each blow came accompanied by divine flames from Sol's sword, making each of his blows even stronger and more impactful.

Matsuo infused divine light into his attacks and channeled the power of his new techniques and physique, which he obtained from what Frank taught him these two weeks.

"You're damn strong, I give you that…!" Matsuo gritted his teeth, barely making Sol miss a deadly cut to his stomach, his body was constantly burning, but his physique kept him from dying. "But you're sluggish with all that armor!"

He gathered Yin and Yang Ki within his body and released it out from his hands, as his hammer changed, becoming a pole!

"{Heavenly Yin & Yang Martial Arts}: {Infernal Heavenly Punishment}!"

With his pole-shaped magical weapon, Matsuo unleashed a relentless barrage of blows, covering the entire body of Sol and stopping him from swinging that dangerous weapon!

CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!

"UUGGHH…!"

Sol gritted his teeth, as he saw his armor gaining cracks and beginning to shatter into pieces. His eyes widened, growing panicked, he swung his sword furiously against Matsuo, stopping him.

CLAAANK!

After that, Sol charged, encompassed by flames, he pointed his sword at Matsuo and then…

FLUOSH!

Manifested a miniature sun out of its own flames and plasma…

"W-What is that technique?!"

The miniature sun rushed towards Matsuo, and Sol continued conjuring more of these constantly, unleashing several dozen against him.

"I have to evade before- Ugh?!"

BOOOMMM!!!

Matsuo leaped into the skies and used magic to temporarily fly over the skies, realizing the explosion left a giant crater, putting a stop on Frank's moving island of stone.

RUMBLE!

"You have to be fucking kidding me, that's already plenty strong!" Matsuo said. "And you're spamming them on me?!"

As he looked at the incoming Miniature Suns, Matsuo quickly knew this became a magic against magic fight over again.

"I'll simply have to do the same!"

He threw his staff into the skies as the Miniature Suns approached, and he placed his palms together, generating a loud clapping sound.

Suddenly, his Aura erupted from his body, as dozens of Paper Charms emerged out of his own equipment, hundreds of them actually!

Each Paper Charm boosted Matsuo's power even further…

And then.

"{Amaterasu-no-Kami's Radiance}: {Heavenly Sunshine}!"

FLAAASH!
