Chapter 4467: A Stop

"Darzan Marsh," I said, looking at the vast marsh in front of me.

It is the most colourful marsh I have seen. It is a light land of beautiful colors.

These aren’t just pretty colors, but the signs of battle that happened thousands of years ago between the golden princes and powerful foreigners called fasvers.

Golden Prime has died; that’s how intense the battle had been.

The world is pretty good at recovering fast. It didn’t take more than a thousand years to whittle away, marks of even Golden Prime, but here things are different.

I thought it would take me late at night to reach, but I reached it sooner, an hour and a half sooner.

I am going to travel through this region; it’s dangerous, and it would take me a month or even more, but it is much better than the outside.

It had been two weeks since I had revealed myself, and I saw countless Primes searching for me.

Most just want to trade, but a few didn’t have good intentions. Some of them wanted me to join their organisation, while others wanted me to give my resources to them for free.

Well, due to them, my collection is greater than before.

My purpose isn’t just to avoid them, but also to visit a few places that will help me increase my strength further.

I had made good progress, thanks to the Isis, and even after that, I am making steady progress, but more is always welcome.

I looked around before descending on the group. A few seconds later, I took out my abode and went inside.

I quickly showered, and when I came out of my room, I had brought dinner. I usually cook, but today is late and I want to maintain my schedule.

I am travelling toward my destination, but not aggressively.

There is nothing waiting for me in Taurus; it is just a destination for me. I have many places to visit and explore. So, it might take some time to reach it, but I don’t mind.

I sat down and began to eat the dinner alone once more.

Jass had stayed with me for four days, and it felt good, but he had to leave. I can’t take him with me everywhere, and he doesn’t want to come with me.

He wants to explore the world without any shackles.

I hope he will be safe; he should be as long as he is careful. His face-changing method is good enough, and he is powerful enough to deal with most of the threats.

The only thing he has to look out for is the unexpected.

I finished the dinner and washed the dishes before lying on the couch and closing my eyes.

A moment later, I appeared in my verdant core. Isis helped tremendously in growing many plants. The time dilation is helpful, too.

Every month, I am harvesting a large number of resources from my core.

I used some, but most of it goes to the repository. I wish I could sell them. Most of them are very rare, and I have a large number of them.

I turned to bees, which are getting more powerful and faster with every batch.

The main reason for that is the plant.

Its domain has one of the most desired plants in the whole core, filled with delicious nectar that the queen wants and bees risk their lives for.

Until now, hundreds have died for it, but they still go despite the risk.

Even now, there are over fifty hovering around it. Looking for the chance, they have even started coordinating, which is surprising.

I stopped interfering after the bees reached sufficient strength.

It helps both of them; the bees get stronger and nectar, while the plant gets a special type of forbidden energy that bees have.

It is absorbing vitality and soul crystals even now, along with forbidden power.

Every day, it gets closer and closer to Silver Prime, but the way is long. It would be a while before it reaches that level, and seeing the changes that are happening, I am up for the surprise.

It is making me so excited that I wish. It would happen sooner, but it’s good that it is taking time.

I am confident that my core will be able to bear it, as it has become an integral part of me.

When I first brought it here, it had created weight, but as time passed and it became part of the core, the weight began to decrease.

Now, it is not much, but still, Silver Prime is a powerful level, and with the changes that will happen.

Things could turn tricky, then.

I looked at the plant deeply, checked its progress, before walking to the library.

My clones are scattered across the library; some are studying while others are working on the inheritance. I didn’t start immediately and sat down on the mat.

Since I came back, I haven’t stopped my twice-daily comprehension meditation.

The gains are much less compared to the realm, but that is to be expected. It is still a surprise that I am making progress in my laws, small as it may be.

The session lasted for over an hour before I opened my eyes, with some tiredness.

I wrote the runes I had comprehended before resting a while. Once I had felt good enough, I went to my desk and started working on the inheritance.

It’s very difficult, but I love the challenge. I know, if I am able to do it, I will gain an immense strength.

Currently, a very few Primes could contend against me, and there are even fewer that could kill me. Once I break through, there won’t likely be any.

If I could use my laws right now, I would have that strength.

I pushed those thoughts away and focused on the formation. I worked on it till it was time to leave.

Usually, I work much longer, but today, I travelled longer than usual to reach the marsh. It happens. Tomorrow, I will stop in the evening, as I have been doing for the past few weeks.
