Chapter 4514: High-Level Shard Region

A woman who wore a crimson-azure robe scowled at him with narrowed eyes. A semi-transparent layer of crimson mouth veil hid her empire-toppling beauty, her azure-golden pupils staring at him with intense emotions.

"You’re finally here..." She spoke with excitement, clenching her fists as though she couldn’t wait to exchange fists.

Davis noticed the change in her aura.

His brows raised as he recognized that she was no longer a King-Tier Fey since she was releasing Emperor-Tier undulations. Consequently, her prowess also soared. She was stronger as an Empyreal Sovereign, her base prowess hovering at eight levels higher.

Davis was honestly surprised.

As far as he knew, there had been no Emperor-Tier Azure Dragon in the Azure Dragon Upper Realm. Perhaps they were hidden, but for one to appear now, he could only think that this expedition to this secret realm was a great boon to them.

The resources were flourishing here. He was sure nearly every major power got what they wanted, except the Primarch Grade resources, which Isabella and the others were going crazy about. Of course, they could not be everywhere, so splitting into three groups certainly helped in the race to collect Primarch Grade resources.

Although it was a decision he didn’t support, it was a logical one. In terms of resource procurement, Isabella made the right choice.

"Ralaza..."

Ralaza Heavenshade bravely flew towards him. Her brother Rath Heavenshade called out to her, but she didn’t stop. He warily gazed at the Divine Emperor of Death, unsure of his current mood.

"Took you long enough to come here. You were suppressed miserably by the Supreme One, eh?"

Ralaza Heavenshade quickly tried to provoke him, alarming those who barely managed to hear it while they were escaping.

"I suppose so." Davis shrugged, "Can’t say for sure who was suppressing who in the Lower Realms. Regardless, you are still alive. It’s good to see a woman who can survive despite not being right in the head."

"..." Ralaza Heavenshade raised her fists, "You’re looking for a beating."

"Try me." Davis chuckled, "I’ll turn and flip you around as I did before."

Rath Heavenshade finally arrived beside Ralaza Heavenshade and pulled her back, throwing himself in front of her as he wryly smiled.

"Good to see you, Divine Emperor of Death. I suppose you aren’t here to kill us, right?"

"..."

Davis stared at Rath Heavenshade. This person, who was once full of arrogance and dared to challenge without any fear, was now careful. He sighed, "You lost a bit of your confidence. I suppose it’s my fault."

"That’s right!" Ralaza Heavenshade yelled out, "Because my brother didn’t hunt you with his full capability and disallowed the others to interfere with the battle, he lost the chance to gain the Realm Pill. The elders gave it to Riaz Heavenshade."

The rise of Riaz Heavenshade, the current winning candidate to the throne of the Azure Dragon Upper Realm, was a famous one. He would become the Azure Dragon Emperor, the Patriarch of the Azure Dragon’s Heavenshade Clan, and eventually bind the Realm Core after becoming an Autarch someday and soar into greater heights.

Davis turned to look at the man behind them. He didn’t have the aura of a fey but sported features similar to the Azure Dragon’s color tone he had seen from them. His aura was that of an Emperor-Tier Azure Dragon.

"Raquaz Heavenshade." He cupped his hands while adopting a cautious expression.

"He’s our clan’s Azure Dragon who helped us soar." Ralaza Heavenshade appeared prideful as she explained.

"I see."

Davis was more interested in seeing what a real Azure Dragon looks like, especially an Emperor-Tier Azure Dragon.

Nonetheless, his gaze was more on the fairy who remained the furthest, the serpent pupils of her eyes exuding a complicated gaze.

Her entire figure drove the aspect of mysteriousness to the extreme as she possessed twin pupils in both eyes, shimmering with a hidden jade light. At the same time, she wore a black silk dress with intricate jade embroidery, and her outfit was completed with a jade serpent hairpin and matching jade earrings; her absolute beauty was only hidden by a piece of purple veil.

"Fairy Xiu Juili, I hope you have been well."

Davis nodded at her.

Fairy Xiu Juili, one of the last Celestial Fairies of the First Haven World, nodded at him without saying anything.

Davis saw that she was reserved. Perhaps she was already married since he didn’t think a Celestial Fairy would be left alone in the Upper Realms, considering she didn’t belong to their power in order to be protected. Still, her eyes possessed a dreamy, attractive force as before.

The Twin Emerald-Eye Serpent possessed extraordinary illusory prowess. He could also feel that she possessed Emperor-Tier Blood, probably procured by the Azure Dragon Clan, since it would be easier for them to contact the Twin Emerald-Eye Serpent Clan and demand that they give her blood through recommendation alone.

She definitely had the qualifications to stand amongst the supreme geniuses here.

Davis removed his gaze from her. He was about to ask Ralaza Heavenshade what was going on here since they appeared to have gathered at the entrance and not exploring this Shard Region.

Judging by the starry skies and the rich spatial energy looming in the atmosphere, he supposed this was a full-fledged space-attributed High-Level Shard Region. It didn’t have a name yet, so he supposed it hadn’t been long since it was found, maybe not more than two years.

"What’s with your dragon? It’s... powerful..." Ralaza Heavenshade spoke before he could.

Davis blinked. He turned to look down at his lower body, wondering if he had a massive boner that he didn’t realize from watching Fairy Xiu Juili a bit longer than usual. He lacked bodily control after each reincarnation, so he wouldn’t be surprised if he had a boner right now.

"You-!" Ralaza Heavenshade stamped her feet on the air, causing a tremor to spread in the space.

"I’m asking about the black-gold dragon!" She clenched her fist and raised, looking like she was going to hit him, while her brother blocked her again.

"Ah, you mean, Mira? I haven’t seen her since she changed, so I wouldn’t know."

"Oh..."

Ralaza Heavenshade saw that he wasn’t teasing her but genuinely didn’t know. How could he have known that there was a black-gold dragon when he had just entered after the infamous ten-year period of the Covenant?

She imagined that he had nothing to do with this matter and sighed, "Mira, you say? She’s way too powerful, even more than a Five-Clawed Imperial Dragon. She faced one and sent one of them flying like they were nothing. Too scary..."

She shook, making Davis’s brows raise.

He was naturally curious about Mira, but he was also interested in seeing the majesty of the-

"Is a Five-Clawed Imperial Dragon actually here in this Shard Region?"

"Yes, we faced a King-Tier Five-Clawed Imperial Dragon, and because of bloodline suppression, we had a hard time facing it. Even though we had the edge with numbers and our multitude of Emperor-Tier aura, we were unable to overcome it. It was just too strong- likely also gaining prowess from progeny inheritance, meaning that its parents were likely Empyrean Beasts or even Exalt Beasts."

"Where is it?"

Davis had already clenched his fists, wanting to face the Five-Clawed Imperial Dragon in a battle. If it was close, he supposed he could exchange fists before leaving quickly.

Ralaza Heavenshade’s gaze flashed. She supposed it wouldn’t be cheating to get the help of an Anarchic Divergent to defeat their foe from another galaxy. Besides, this person was her acquaintance, so she didn’t feel like it was unfair.

She quickly led him to the area where the King-Tier Five-Clawed Imperial Dragon guarded, a place where a unique space-attributed Primarch Grade Treasure was growing.
