Chapter 125 - S.e.x-men: First Class
Despite the chilly overcast weather, Ben walked up to the building that housed his first class with great enthusiasm. His face was the paragon of a serious student, the future of the nation. His footsteps were eager, radiating excitement to learn. 'I need to hurry and cheat…'
This class was the one he placed the most focus on. It concerned him because this course was unlike most where tests determined most of the final grade. In this class, the major criterion was a student competition that was starting today. Yet, Ben was woefully unprepared.
The building he was entering housed the media department—Ben's scholastic major. He chose it because he grew up as an otaku feeding off media. Reminiscing for a moment, Ben recalled the enjoyment he gained from all his media-related hobbies: games, movies, manga, anime, novels, henta--
It was a long list…
So, Ben figured he might enjoy working in some part of the media industry. When he first considered it, he eliminated the possibility of working in an audience-facing role due to his lack of looks and charisma. His original target was a position in the background, in production. He wasn't sure which specific role though.
Right now, the class Ben was going to was an elective for his media major, a course shared with several other schools including the prestigious business school. The name of the elective was Strategic Marketing. Its core focus was on competitive branding and marketing, something fundamental to both companies and media products.
It was an interesting class, but Ben wasn't ready to compete in anything except a d*ck measuring contest...
Not since he missed over two weeks of lectures, about half the total so far…
Walking through the halls towards his classroom, the chatting of passing students reminded Ben of his prior time here. Now, it felt like a distant deja vu, another lifetime…many nuts ago…
'It's only been two weeks. I'm sure it won't be that bad…' As he stepped into the large classroom, the smell of books and chalk singed his unschooled nose...
He gazed around, familiarizing himself again. It was a wide and long space, with several chalkboards at the front where the teacher lectured. Extending out from there were many concentric semi-circular rows of beige wooden counters which functioned as desks. They spanned the entire width of the room save breaks in the middle and ends for foot traffic, and accompanied nearby rows of black chairs bolted to the ground. This was a modern lecture hall.
As Ben entered, he observed the dozens of students scattered in groups amongst the chairs. Although there were many people, they failed to fill even half this large space, a consequence of this class being an elective and not a mandatory course.
Although Ben recognized a few of the students, he didn't know any of their names, but there was a good reason; The professor didn't take attendance in this class, and they spent the first two weeks listening to introductory lectures. However, it didn't matter, because Ben wasn't here for the students, but for the professor, who he needed to speak with to straighten out his situation.
Yet, before he could even spot the professor, someone else caught his eye, the teacher's assistant, but a different one than the one he remembered.
It was Miyuki…
When he saw her, she also saw him, both of their eyes growing wide as they stared at each other...
The university only transferred Miyuki into this class over the weekend, because the prior T.A. encountered a family emergency and needed to drop the course. This was her first class. As a result, she didn't know any students in it, let alone that Ben would be here. Still, since they both were in the same Media department, both understood that running into one another was bound to happen sooner or later.
Her thoughts were full of concerns. 'Will this be a problem?'
His thoughts were full of connivances. 'Will she help me cheat?'
…
Miyuki walked over to Ben with somewhat unsteady footsteps. As she approached, her face grew red when she recalled their last night together. They hadn't seen each other since then...
However, they had spoken. Ben called her the next day to touch base, which was important after any date, let alone after such a substantial hook-up.
He found out that the reason he couldn't reach her phone after she left his room was that she was in the laundry area in the dormitory's bas.e.m.e.nt, where there was no cell service. She was trying to wash the c.u.m off her dress…
When Ben heard that, he almost rage-punched his d*ck's head off!
...
He couldn't believe he almost jizzed himself into oblivion!
...
Even thinking about it now was frustrating, but he'd already gone through the stages of grief...
He sighed. 'Forget it… It is what it jizz…'
As Miyuki reached Ben, she read the student roster and saw his name on it. "Benjamin-san, I didn't know you were in this class or I would've told you they transferred me here as the T.A…"
Ben nodded in understanding. "So that's what it was…" Then, after making sure no one was watching, he stepped in and whispered into her ear. "All right, for not informing me, I won't punish you this time…"
When his hot breath hit her ear, Miyuki's heart sped up, thinking of that unforgettable night…
He continued. "But for running away that night, I still owe you a spanking…"
Miyuki raised her papers up in front of herself, just under her eyes to cover her crimson face. "Ok…"
"You should get back to work. I need to speak with the professor." Ben left her and strolled over to the front, where the professor was typing, hidden behind a laptop screen.
In his impression, this professor was the most serious of all he'd encountered. Most teachers preferred to seem approachable to students, so they would crack jokes or engage in light-hearted banter, but not this one. It was all academics, all the time. The other unusual thing was this wasn't an easy class to get an A in.
When most students selected their electives, they tried to choose ones that would help raise their GPAs when averaged with the more demanding core classes. Yet, in this course, the professor didn't budge with grades; no extra credit, no makeups. You either knew your stuff or you didn't. As such, to the hard-working students, the above factors made the class unappealing. So, there were only two reasons anyone took this elective.
First, the material was useful and interesting, unlike any other class available. Second, this particular professor possessed abundant prowess.
As Ben glanced around the room at the dozens of nerdy males who stared at the front of the room with focused expressions, he could only confirm his conjecture. In captivating the audience, this professor was without a doubt--a tremendous talent.
He also remembered the endearing nickname the students made for this professor and couldn't help but agree in its perfect accuracy. He smirked with anticipation when he thought about it.
As the professor pressed down the laptop screen and prepared to begin class, one student muttered the nickname to those nearby. 'There she is. The milf of marketing…'
…
This was another reason Ben placed the most focus on the class—the teacher was an insanely s.e.xy, stacked, female professor.
As he approached her, he couldn't deny the popular sentiment. 'Yea, her talent is undeniable...'
