It goes live tomorrow.
When it goes live, there will be an update explosion. If nothing unexpected happens, there will be five chapters updated at midnight, over ten thousand words, so please subscribe!
If there are only four chapters, then I've been blocked and single-slain by a writer's block. My typing speed is quite slow, and I might only write over six thousand words in front of the computer in a day.
Then the update time the day after tomorrow will be adjusted to eight in the morning.
To be honest, it took me a while to get used to the writing style here.
It was only when I got here that I realized single stories seem to be more popular.
However, light-heartedness is the tone of this book, and all future character cards basically revolve around this core, so no worry about the change in taste.
It's all about revolutionary friendships so strong only you would do!
I believe everyone can tell that the world-building of this book has drawn inspiration from things like the Moon Cycle and Warhammer, leading to some exaggerated plot settings.
Like bullets being more expensive than guns, for instance.
I don't like restricting my imagination to a clear-cut framework. I prefer the kind that offers ample room for imagination, a romantic, operatic, whimsical worldview.
Therefore, the construction of this book's world will be very large-scale, not so rigorous, and some world-building settings shouldn't be taken too seriously. Just let your mind flow with my words, and I will gradually unveil this operatic, magnificent world, displaying the world in my heart on the stage, vividly before you.
The subsequent storyline will lean more towards an infinite flow, with each Nest City resembling a dungeon, having its own segmented worldview, setting, and background, centered around the current character pool's characters to unfold the story.
There won't be that many character pool roles, perhaps only four or five character cards until it concludes, with each one being written with a distinct personality to make people like them.
As for the world-building's combat system, this book's entire narrative will be restricted to a relatively low-combat world. After all, it is still a somewhat eerie kind of novel. The deterrent power of hot weapons will persist throughout the book, and stuff like a bare body charging seventy-five hundred miles won't be seen in this book. Later on, it will also be like a glass cannon, calculating against each other.
And then there's Anya's character card, as it involves a spoiler throughout the whole book, it can only be revealed when the Star of Art arrives alongside new character pool figures.
Finally, finally, the newbie village's storyline is about to wrap up, thanks to the big players for following along till today!
Tomorrow, big players, hit that subscribe button, let's go for that first subscription!
