"Huh? Wha-? Uh? What time is it?" Ethel muttered, her thoughts in disarray and her face completely unaware of what was even going on.

Clio, on the other hand, just flopped back asleep, causing a chain to form and drag Ethel's head down with her, forcing her asleep as well.

After I finished brushing my teeth, I went to exit the bathroom, but Mia quickly blocked the path and slowly pushed me back into the white room.

"Shall we have some fun?" She lightly smirked before closing and locking the door behind her.

And, to match her energy, I smiled back at her, excited to release some more stress.

After a while of having fun, we finally came out of the bathroom at the crack of dawn, seeing both Ethel and Clio still completely knocked out.

"Ugh… I can barely stand," I muttered as Mia helped my wobbly legs across the floor and onto the bed.

We had both cleaned up in the shower while we were at it, but she also began to tease me once again, so we had yet another round that almost made me pass out.

"Lucy… you wanna see something funny?" Mia asked while removing her loose and oversized shirt.

She showed me her back, and from there, I saw various scratches that had dug pretty deep into her skin, nearly making her bleed.

"S-Sorry, I should've cut my nails," I quickly apologized as it looked pretty painful, but as she turned around with her bra still on, she moved over me and bent down to where her lips nearly grazed mine.

"No need. You can keep your pretty nails… these scratches are proof that you're mine, but just to make sure…."

All of a sudden, she bent down to my neck and gave me a quick hickey before I could even react, but even when I did, the work was already done.

"W-What the hell!" I stuttered as I felt my bruised neck already create a mark.

"Don't hide it, sweetie. That means you're mine, okay? And you don't mind being me keeping you to myself, right?" Mia asked as she lay on top of me, grazing her soft, warm hand under my shirt and teasing my stomach, which was very sensitive.

I winced slightly upon her touching it, and my body shivered as she slowly made her way up, her lips giving me a quick kiss.

She quickly retreated with a soft and loving smile, and I couldn't deny her words as I slowly nodded, blushing deeply from embarrassment.

"Don't be embarrassed, honey. Be proud that you're mine… and of course, I'm yours as well. Nobody is better in this relationship,"

She slowly tucked me into the sheets of the bed and cracked open the large window, a perfect lullaby that slowly put me to sleep.

When I awoke, I found nobody in the room but myself, but at least I hadn't slept through the entire day as the sun had hit the very top of the sky, preventing any snow from falling down as of now.

As I quickly changed into some more approaches attire befitting of my status as a commander, I quickly left the room, running into a maid who was swiftly walking down the stairs.

"S-Sorry! I apologize!" She quickly shouted and bowed several times as she picked up the papers she was assumably bringing to the queen.

"Ugh… is she overworking herself yet again?" I asked.

"N-No, your friends have decided to help out with her work while she has gone on vacation… a-and they're quite demanding and fast. They're pretty experienced," The maid awkwardly chuckled before waving me goodbye and rushing down the stairs.

"Cute… like a puppy," I muttered with a small smile creeping onto my face.

I followed her trail and saw her pass by me once again just as I had arrived at the queen's office, three chairs lined up against it.

"Seems you all have been working hard," I chuckled, and they all let out a long and deep sigh before glancing at me.

"How was the queen doing all of this? We're struggling with three people, and though we're getting through it quickly, the content is stressful as hell… all of these alliance papers with several random tribes. Even a few requests to allow traitors into this kingdom… geez… this place really is fucked," Mia sighed.

I decided to also help out with the work for the rest of the day before just Mia, and I went out for a nice dinner date.

It was fancy and beautiful, and I couldn't stop staring at Mia, who had actually applied makeup for the first time in what seemed forever.

She was just always naturally beautiful like yours truly, but upon using makeup, she was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

We talked about various things and about all the new things we began to like over the years, which wasn't much since it was pretty stressful, but the things I began to treasure surprised Mia quite a lot.

"Oh? You picked up a weapon?" She asked while slicing up her steak and placing a piece of that soft and juicy meat into her mouth.

"Yep, the sword. And it's pretty nice, to say the least… It's easier to control the flow of the battle, especially with the properties of a mage,"

"So you're a magic swordsman, am I correct?"

"Yep, pretty much. I'll teach you a few things after dinner, and give me a few pointers as well since you've been using a weapon much longer than me," I explained before also taking a bite of the juicy meat and letting all the flavors coat my tongue.

I knew this wasn't the right word, but the taste, texture, and quality of this dinner were… orgasmic?

I quickly shook out that little thought before looking up at Mia, who had just taken a sip of her wine, and from what I could tell, she, of course enjoying this dinner as well.

"I can try, but the halberd is much different from the sword. Though, if you're trying to keep a distance between yourself and the opponent, I can definitely help out," Mia smirked before calling out to a waiter.

"For what do I have the pleasure of serving you today?" He asked in the most over-the-top polite tone I had ever heard.

"What's for dessert? Do you have a dessert menu, or is it a day special?" Mia asked, seemingly already experienced with this type of restaurant.

"Well, for dessert, we have…."

The dessert he listed off all sounded amazing, and of course, Mia knew my tastes. She got the melted cookie with vanilla ice cream on top.

But, just to make sure, he stopped the waiter just as he was about to leave and turned towards me, "Wait, you still like that, right? Or, do you want something a bit warmer?"

"If you would like something warmer, I could offer you a cup of hot coffee or some hot chocolate, if you will?" The waiter suggested.

"Yeah, I'll take what's already been ordered and a cup of hot chocolate, please,"

"As you wish… Everything shall be prepared in about ten or so minutes, so please enjoy the rest of this complimentary wine," The waiter said, placing a whole new bottle of wine right in front of us.

"O-Oh, thank you very much," Mia stuttered, a bit shocked by how generous they were.

"If you're wondering where this came from, then well, we're truly grateful for everything you've done for the kingdom," the waiter bowed toward me before quickly walking off with our order.

"Damn, you're really a hot shot here,"

After we had finished up and paid the check, which had actually been cut in half due to my title and notoriety, we did some late-night shopping.

We even did a fun little game where we both picked out clothes that would look cute or cool on each other, and it seemed Mia went over the top as she also got me some lingerie.

We shared a changing stall together and showed it to each other only, making sure nobody would see them beside us.

We were both very possessive of each other, and that only strengthened our bond as we tried on the various clothes, which Mia really found cute on me, but I thought were too… girly? I don't know. Dresses aren't for me.

But eventually, our night began to wind down relatively quickly as neither of us was horny or begging for attention, so we just cuddled in our bed in our nightgowns until we fell into the land of dreams.

"I love you," I whispered as my face dug into Mia's chest, feeling her warmth spread throughout my entire body.

"I love you too," Mia whispered back before licking the lobe of my ear teasingly and then pulling me into her embrace once more.

Our day was just as peaceful and cute as our nightly routine…
