"A golem with blade for arms."

"A armored golems with hammer arms."

"A golem with crossbow and single blade."

"A golem with a giant appearance, with big arms that are also equipped with spikes."

"And a golem with four legs and four spear like arms."

"I think that every single one of these, right?" – asked the bear beastman as he was surrounded by the group of differed golems.

"You need a help there?" – asked beast-human soldier.

"Nah. This time I want to fight these guys on my own. I want to see what they got." – said the bear beastman before catching a crossbow bolt that almost hit him.

"Well, just so you know, if you fuck it up, we won't help you." – said the beast-human as other soldiers started laughing.

"Ha-ha. Fuck you." – replied general before then equipping a large morning star.

Two blade golems rushed in at the bear beastman, trying to attack the bear beastman who just used his giant morning star to block both of the attacks while only wielding his weapon with one hand.

After blocking the attacks, the bear swung his weapon, hitting both of the golems sending them flying with their entire bodies bended, crashing against the trees.

However, right after dealing with the blade golems, the things golem pair were the hammer golems as they swung their fist, forcing the bear beastman to step backwards, dodging their attacks, before then using his weapon to block another crossbow bolt.

(The hammer fist ones are bit slower than blade ones, but they seems to pack way more punch than them.) – thought the bear beastman as he stared on the shattered ground that was struck by the hammer golems attacks, before then noticing a large shadow covering the beastman entire body.

"[Earth Skin]!" – the bear beastman quickly turned around and coated his body with magic, before then using his weapon to block the giant standard type golem spiked punch.

"!"

"Oh! This one really does pack a 'PUNCH'!" – shouted the bear beastman before knocking away the standard golem first, before then counter attacking with his morning star, landing a solid hit on the golem front.

(Oh? This guy defense seems also be quiet good!) – thought the bear man before then getting approached by multiple armed golem from behind, before then the creature thrusted forward all of its spears, stabbing the man in the back.

"…"

"Hm?"

Or so it seemed.

None of the four spears were able to even make a dent of the bear beastman armor.

"Piss off!" – said the bear beastman as he smacked the multy limbed puppet, knocking it away with backhand with ease.

However, right after knocking away the multiple limbed golem, the bear beastman noticed a golem reinforcements consisting of the crossbow golems, all aiming at the bear.

"[Earth Wall]!" – but the beastman managed to create a small wall of earth in instant as the bolt were all unleashed at the same time, managing to easily block all of the attacks.

"Hey! Having hard time there boss?" – asked dog beastman.

"Nah. If anything, these things are way more interesting than I thought, now that I can properly fight them on my own." -

[Meanwhile – Dungeon]

(Hm... The flow of miasma from sacrifices is barley there…. Did all of golems had hunted every single creature inside the forest?) – thought Thauma.

(This is quiet bad.)

(I thought I would be able to obtain way more miasma…. I've had left the forest completely unbothered all this time….. Did maybe soldiers hunted a lot of monsters and beast back when they were staying here?)

(Or maybe the monsters here just hunted each other down? I did saw sometimes some wolves hunting down animals or horned rabbits….. Damn.)

(…. There is also a chance that the soldiers outside may had hunted down animals and monsters to prevent my dungeon from expanding…. Which is also bad.)

(But still, I've managed to obtain a large amount of miasma in the end.)

(The new dungeon monsters were already born and at this rate they will fully manifest.)

"…"

(But I'm still worried.)

(Back then when I've was exposed, I've killed all the intruders and then released all of my monsters that I've had been storing, brining a destruction to the outside world and ordering my golems to hunt down anything they can find, bringing me sacrifices that I would use to create miasma.)

(And honestly speaking?)

(The current situation is exactly the same.)

(It is currently playing the very same way before.)

(But very differently right now.)

(The current me is nothing alike to my previous version when it comes down to the power.)

(I know how to use magic properly AND I can now even use it in combat.)

(Not only that, but I've managed to understand how to use effectible all 6 arms my current body possess.)

(Honestly, I was thinking about adding another pair, but after thinking it thoroughly, I would need to change up design of each of my current arms, possible making them lighter and reducing their power…. But I don't want that.)

(And I wasn't the only that changed.)

(Each of my new golems are nothing like my previous golems.)

(These new ones all specializes in each respective area.)

(But I can't stop worrying.)

(So before they get here, I need to strengthen my dungeon and prepare for their attack.)

That was Thauma plan.

It realized that the current situation is a repeat of the past, the repat of its first dungeon break….. And the end it almost experienced if it wasn't for Ariava saving it.

However, this time Ariava won't save Thauma. It is alone this time.

And Thauma understand its situation way more clearly.

It understand that somebody strong will sooner or later come, in order to either exterminate the dungeon or tame it, brining the end to Thauma future.

Thauma wants to make sure that the current situation won't be a full repeat of the past.

….

But…. Unfortunately for Thauma, there was a massive problem.

Thauma dungeon was way more valuable to the outside world compare to the before.

It didn't knew how big of a "treasure" the dungeon has become... And because of its value skyrocketing, it obviously ended up catching attention of somebody.

Somebody high ranking.

Somebody in power.

Somebody that can understand the true value.

And unfortunately for the Thauma? It ended up baiting a biggest fist out there.

General of the Garmfon marched the forest with his own forces, leading them as extermination force that has went around and hunted every single golem in the forest.

"…"

(Something is off.) – thought nervous Thauma.

(There was not a single new sacrificing coming in for sometime now…. Are all living beings outside the dungeon really hunted down?)

(No…. This isn't it.)

(But-)

"!"

(Soldiers!) – thought Thauma as while using dungeon core to look outside and a group of soldiers from afar.

(I can't get a proper look, but I can tell! Those are not my golems there! They must be soldiers!)

(Crap!)

(It was other way around!?)

(My golems couldn't hunt anything because they were hunted?!)

"…"

(No wait…. Something is off.)

(Whenever my golems fought these soldiers, they would come back with at least some corpse….. And the golems would have visible damage all over their bodies.)

(So why there wasn't a single golem coming back to the dungeon!?)

"Huh…. Say, where exactly is this dungeon?" – asked bear beastman as he stood on top of demolished standard golem remains.

"According to the map…. It should be in the area somewhere in front of us." – said human soldier with map.

"There should be a cave hidden in small hill, that is the dungeon entrance."

"Welp, even without a map, we could probably tell that the dungeon is here." – said the dog beastman.

"Eh? Ho-….. Oh. I see why." – said human soldier with the map as he saw a large army of golems infesting the entire area in front of them.

"Welp, this time we are not on our own, so don't worry." – said the beastman general as a large army of soldiers appeared from behind.

"YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO BOYS!"

"EXTERMINATE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE FUCKERS!"

"…"

(H-hey…. This isn't normal.) – thought Thauma as it saw number of enemies entering its dungeon sight just keep increasing nonstop.

(There is no way there could be THAT many soldiers all at once getting so deep into the forest?!)

Thauma instantly understood that the situation is extremely abnormal….. But it didn't understood yet how really screwed it us.

However, it wouldn't take long for Thauma to see the soldiers pushing forward.

Thauma gave order to his golems, to hunt.

But it also knew that the dungeon would end up getting attacked sooner or later, so it ordered 1/3 of its golems to be stationing right next to the dungeon.

That means that the dungeon wasn't defenseless and it had troops ready nearby to fight….. But…. But- "

"HAHAHA! COMMON! COMMON! COMMON!" – shouted the bear beastman as he ripped apart the golems left and right with his giant morning star.

"Ah, he is going on the rampage again." – said the human soldier before then unleashing a sphere of fire that blew up multiple golems.

"Well, he always does that, so why the hell are you surprised?" – asked beast-human as he ripped off hammer golem arms with his own bare hands.

"Ah, screw you. He was supposed to play it safe, but now look at him!" – said human mage before dodging a blade golem attack from behind, before then putting his hand on the golem chest, unleashing his spell and blowing away the creature.

*Sigh*

"He will definitely die extremely stupid death in the future, won't he?"

"…"

(W-what is going on?!) – thought panicking Thauma.

(H-how?! No! This shouldn't be possible!)

(How are my golems are getting one sidedly beaten?!)

(Why there is so many soldiers here?!)

(And how are they so strong!?)

(They are nothing alike to the ones I saw my golems fighting before?!)

(Especially the guy with big hammer weapon!?)

(What is going on?!)

"…"

(Wait…..This….. No. No. No.)

(NO!)

(This is exactly the same as back then?!) – thought Thauma as it recalled the adventures extermination squad from before as they easily conquered the dungeon, slaying each and every dungeon monster… Before then defeating Thauma.

(It is exactly…..How….. Exactly every single thing as back then….. But…. How is everything repeating perfectly like this?)

(This…. This doesn't make sense? But then-but-how-what?!)

"…"

(No….. No! NO! NO!)

(This isn't it either?!)

(Instead it is far worse?!)

(They are destroying my monsters far easier than people from back then?!)

(HOW?!)

(THESE GOLEMS ARE NOTHING ALIKE!)

(THEY SHOULDN'T BE LOSING!)

(NO! THEY SHOULD HAD KILLED EVERYSINGLE ONE OF THOSE BASTARD!)

(SO WHY ARE THEY NOT DYING?!)

(WHY IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE ONE OF THOSE BASTARDS DYING?!)

(BUT THEY ARE NOTHING ALIKE! THEY ARE NOT...Not…..Not.)

(Just as back then…..My improve golems…. They were able to destroy and cause chaos…. But as soon as they brough a strong reinforcements…. The one that Ariava was part of…. The situation instantly changed…..)

(This a complete repeat of back then….. But far worse....)

(I think.... I think there was one sentence that Ariava taught me that would describe this situation perfectly.)
