The Shaoyang God Monarch said, "Ever since my elder brother encountered disaster, I have been trying to rescue him but was powerless. Later, I joined the True Master Shi's sect and repeatedly pleaded for help. True Master Shi said the time was not right; my brother's true self could not be awakened yet. He promised that when the time came, my brother would naturally come to find me. It seems that day has finally arrived..."
The Green Robe Ancestor and Shang Heyang were extremely frightened when they saw Grand Elder Cang Xu regain consciousness just by glancing at the Shaoyang God Monarch.
When Grand Elder Cang Xu's mind was unclear, he had already been increasingly ruthless under their deceit. Now that he had regained his senses, they knew they wouldn't escape unscathed.
The two immediately turned and fled. Cang Xu, however, had strong mental connections with them. As he turned his head slightly, two streams of demon light surged forward, instantly sweeping them back into it.
Shao Yang God Monarch took out six beads and told Grand Elder Cang Xu, "True Master Shi said that going to find my elder brother was futile—at that time, he was demonized and lost his heart; seeing me might make him want to kill me. Only by waiting for my brother's Primordial Spirit to gradually clear and his Soul to solidify could he come to me on his own to fully recover... The True Master instructed that after meeting my brother, I hand these six over to him for him to decide."
Looking at the beads, Grand Elder Cang Xu saw they contained the Primordial Spirits of Zongdonar and the other six from the Western Sect.
"These six have made me suffer so much!"
There's a saying, "Enemies when meeting each other's eyes flare with extra hostility." All the suffering Cang Xu endured over the years stemmed from these six individuals, and he immediately crushed the beads.
Upon seeing Grand Elder Cang Xu, the six were terrified out of their wits and instantly scattered, fleeing in every direction.
Grand Elder Cang Xu coldly said, "I am your Cangxu God. If you do not turn back to me, where else could you possibly flee?"
Years ago, twelve Sect Hierarchs killed Cang Xu, making him into a demon god, using him to accept and convert followers by receiving their faith and devotion, much like cultivating a pet divine demon to do their bidding, intending to take advantage without suffering any repercussions. However, the refinement process required the natural union of human and demon consciousness. Now, with all their prohibitions over Cang Xu gone, they were "bitten back" by the so-called 'Cangxu Demon'. Two streaks of demon light immediately swept down, ensnaring them entirely in its band.
This fulfilled the return for all twelve Sect Hierarchs who imprisoned and tormented Grand Elder Cang Xu years ago: the six Elders of the West Pole Sect, Fiery Fire Ancestor, Green Robe Ancestor, Five Ghosts Heavenly King Shang Heyang, Red-Haired Ancestor, and all those who over the years had gradually been cleaved by Grand Elder Cang Xu, except for the Poison Dragon Venerable who was fighting against the demons in Red Lotus Hell. They all came back!
With his normalcy restored, Grand Elder Cang Xu assisted Shaoyang God Monarch in dealing with those soldiers from Changle Heaven.
The twelve streams of demon light behind him were extremely formidable. With the Sect Hierarchs back in position, facing an ordinary Heavenly Immortal, a single sweep of the demon light could instantly capture them out of nowhere. If it was a physical body, it would turn into a pool of pus and blood, with Primordial Spirit imprisoned within.
The Shaoyang God Monarch claimed he could handle his own side perfectly, and tasks up and down between both Heavenly Realms could support one another. Thus, he invited Grand Elder Cang Xu to help Shi Feiyang against the Blood Demon and Giant Wood God.
Without missing a beat, Grand Elder Cang Xu immediately ascended into Chaos Heaven. Just as he arrived, Giant Wood God had just used the Heavenly Wood Divine Needle to penetrate the Dragon Ball, only to be ensnared by it. Shi Feiyang, on one hand, countered the bombardment from Deng Yin and his wife's combined onslaught, while simultaneously engaging in a tug-of-war with the overweight Dragon Ball.
Grand Elder Cang Xu formed signs with his hands; the twelve divine lights behind him unfurled like a peacock opening its feathers, and simultaneously engulfed toward the Giant Wood God. At the same time, the Blood Flame Star River in his hands unfurled overwhelmingly forward, directly sweeping up Giant Wood God and his three avatars together.
The Blood Flame Star River, originally made from Taiyin Star Sand, was condensate gathered over a thousand years by Cang Xu from space, refining the fire of heavenly stars. In the original story, it easily incorporated the twelve Secret Demon Yin Thunders of the Mahayana Venerable Sikong Zhan.
After being re-forged by demonic means, this treasure was further augmented by the Will Power of the Western Sect from back then, increasing its power beyond the original. Transformed into two Blood Flame Star Rivers after enveloping the Giant Wood God, they were filled with countless dazzling crimson star auras in all directions, boundless and infinite.
The Giant Wood God dared not let these Star Fires touch him and forcefully expelled them using the Nine Qi Divine Talisman. While attempting to manifest some Divine Skills, the twelve streams of demon light from Grand Elder Cang Xu swept over his wayside again.
Within each divine light was a seated demon god, the Red-Haired Ancestor unleashed the Heavenly Demon Blood Transformation Divine Saber, Lie Baduo released the Seven Evil Black Spirit God Sword, the Fiery Fire Ancestor released the Fiery Fire Thunder Sound Sword...
Accompanied by a massive cacophony of Five Fire Divine Thunder, Secret Demon Divine Sound, Phosphorus Ghost Fire, Corpse Transformation Divine Light, and more, all unleashed in an instant focused on Giant Wood God and his three avatars!
Giant Wood God's form was not stable, still needing to ward off Grand Elder Cang Xu's Demon Light Star Sand.
It was then that Shi Feiyang knew the time had come to defeat the Giant Wood God. Pointing upwards with a finger, three small purple and green figurines appeared above his head.
The central figurine held a Spiritual Jade Divine Peak, midst of the air, shining purple and green gleams, positioned following the Array of Yin-Yang and Hexagrams, projecting over the head of the Giant Wood God.
The Giant Wood God, despite his immense Dao Level, was forcibly suppressed by this small mountain. Then, blood flame star sand surged like tidal waves toward the center while numerous Thunder Fire and Demon Lights swarmed ceaselessly.
Shi Feiyang's left and right figurines each released an Immortal Sword from above his head—one with a purple rainbow, the other with a green rainbow. When united, they formed a kilometer-long glow of rainbow light, sweeping and twining all the way towards the Giant Wood God.
While busy retrieving the Heavenly Wood Divine Needle, repelling Grand Elder Cang Xu, and exerting Mana to shake Spiritual Jade Peak, the Giant Wood God couldn't withstand Shi Feiyang's Purple and Blue union assault. His own Nine Qi Divine Talisman was pierced through by the sword's rainbow in one swift motion, sliced by the waist instantly!
Then, with the tremendous bombardment of the Heavenly Demon Blood Transformation Divine Saber, Fiery Fire Thunder Sound Sword, and various attacks, his bifurcated body was blasted to pieces.
The three avatars knew they couldn't hold off and urgently fled in three directions. The elderly avatar was captured by Cang Xu Elder with twelve demon lights brushing down, taking him away without a trace.
The child avatar was slashed by Shi Feiyang's Purple and Blue Double Swords. He hurriedly used the magical treasure in his hand to intercept and protect himself. Shi Feiyang spurted True Qi from his mouth, urging the double swords to aggressively attack forward, slicing the avatar into four pieces along with his treasure. As the two halves tried to transform and escape, they were suppressed by the Spiritual Jade Peak and could only barely piece themselves together. However, the small person on Spirit Green Divine Peak and the one holding the sword simultaneously unleashed Purple And Blue Divine Flames, burning the avatar into cries of agonizing screeches.
Shi Feiyang knew he couldn't eliminate the Giant Wood God quickly, so he used the Spirit Green Divine Peak to forcibly absorb this avatar, temporarily sealing him inside.
Only the young adult avatar fled rapidly towards Changle World. He anticipated that, no matter how fierce Shi Feiyang and his group were, they wouldn't dare to chase into Changle World; otherwise, his father would not stand idly by!
Just as he transformed into a blue aura, flying towards Changle World at the fastest speed, suddenly, a lion's roar came from across.
This lion's roar carried no anger, yet it was filled with a majestic authority that shook all the pillars of heaven and the myriad worlds, causing the entire Outer Heaven Divine Mountain to tremble!
Following this, a gigantic lion's head was shoved forcefully through the fissure between the two worlds, and there were nine of them, all at once.
The fissure shrank rapidly over time, being blasted open repeatedly by Qingmu God and then shrinking again. Now, with a diameter of over three thousand zhang, the nine lion heads squeezed the opening completely.
The long, dense golden manes clustered together, the nine heads shook wildly and looked around, quickly locking onto nine targets.
"Jiu Ling'er!" On seeing Grand Saint of Nine Spirits arrive, Giant Wood God couldn't help but be overjoyed.
He knew of Grand Saint of Nine Spirits' prowess. With him, they would have a formidable ally, enough to handle that Evil Dragon!
The nine lions did not respond to Giant Wood God's words. Instead, the nine heads opened their mouths, sucking in with all their might, and the nine targeted individuals were each enveloped in golden light, swallowed entirely into the lions' stomachs, including the young adult avatar of Giant Wood God, along with nine Divine Kings from Changle Heaven.
Upon Grand Saint of Nine Spirits' appearance, many Divine Generals from Changle Heaven abandoned their opponents and gathered towards him.
The nine lions spoke with voices like rolling thunder: "You defied the imperial command, traversed worlds without permission, and disrupted the universe. With the exception of eight individuals whose past merits were immense, whom I will take back for heavy punishment and redemption by my master's decree, the rest are stripped of the Green Emperor Talisman and exiled to other worlds, forbidden to return to Changle for thirty thousand years!"
The Heavenly Gods were bewildered upon hearing this, rushing forward to reason with the lions, looking up: "Has the Heavenly Venerate returned to the palace? We demand to see the Venerate..."
Grand Saint of Nine Spirits ignored them entirely, shook his mane again, and pulled his head back through the fissure.
The gods, in panic and fear, all attempted to fly back to Changle World through the fissure to see Taiyi Venerable. But as they reached the opening, a powerful lion's roar struck them with disorientation, followed by Gang Wind blowing them far away.
The opening soon closed, meticulously repaired by Grand Saint of Nine Spirits to its original state.
The Heavenly Gods left behind were dumbfounded, crying out to the heavens, kneeling down wildly to pray and invoke the merciful Taiyi Venerable for salvation.
But they quickly discovered that the Green Emperor Talismans on their bodies were gone.
Not only were the Green Emperor Talismans gone, but those with Heaven Talismans found their Heaven Talismans missing too!
Many of these immortals had been granted divine status and talismans by the Heavenly Emperor. Once they were exiled to the mortal realm and became human, it meant the Heavenly Emperor had retrieved the talisman.
All the mana granted by heaven disappeared with the talismans, leaving only the mana they arduously cultivated on their own.
Without the talisman, they could not communicate with the Heavenly Emperor, nor could they perform spells or arrays from the Heaven System or Green Emperor System, and they couldn't summon help...
The immortals were left in despair, knowing that this was against heavenly laws, but they thought they were doing their leader's son's bidding, risking their lives. Surely, there should be some leniency, and they didn't expect punishment for their deeds!
However, all of them were stripped of their divine status and became "Fallen Immortals."
With the Giant Wood God gone, continuing to fight held no meaning for them.
One thoughtless individual even suggested killing Shi Feiyang, destroying the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain to make amends and then plead for leniency, but was immediately shot down by others.
