The Ancestor of All Demons

Chapter 516: 418 Mastery of Myriad Phenomena

Shi Feiyang needed to infiltrate the Emei Sect disguised as Yue Yun, but he couldn't simply knock on their door, as that would be too obvious. Fortunately, he had calculated that Yue Wen was destined for this calamity, so he hurriedly came to Heng Mountain to save her.

Had it been Shi Feiyang's usual manner, he would have killed the Qin siblings right away, but True Master of the Jade Grotto was characteristically mild and cautious, preferring to discuss the matter first.

Qin Mo was initially very angry, yet upon seeing the "True Master of the Jade Grotto" who was also a tall and slender young man, her irritation subsided. His features were slightly less refined than Yue Wen's, but his composed aura and ethereal demeanor made her heart race with longing.

She even fantasized about capturing both Yue Family members, emitting a pink fragrant mist and then casting a Spell, furiously shaking off her excess flesh from head to toe, in waves and layers, like a raging tide.

In the midst of this tempest, ten demon markings on her skin suddenly transformed into bloodlight and flew off her body, landing and turning into five pairs of naked men and women, while her "tattoos" disappeared completely.

Known as the Fairy of Lust, she earned her moniker because of these Heavenly Five Demonic Beasts she had cultivated. Born into the Red Body Sect and having learned much of Xuanyuan Dharma King's Evil Skills from Poison Hand Mo Shen, she combined the strengths of both to laboriously craft these five demons over hundreds of years, which made them tremendously powerful.

The five pairs of demons lunged at Shi Feiyang, who responded by releasing a five-colored smoke; blue, red, yellow, white, and black, which soared toward the demons.

Yue Yun's Ruyi Five Clouds Net, crafted from an assortment of Magical Treasures, could cover an entire mountain when unfolded and was quite potent against ordinary foes. However, it could be easily destroyed by a true master, and even risked being tainted by Evil Demon techniques.

Many of Yue Yun's Magical Treasures had these flaws, which Shi Feiyang had taken some effort to re-craft.

Naturally, he used the Cultivation Technique he had derived from Yue Yun during the Sacrificial Refinement.

His Dao Level and Mana were far superior to Yue Yun's, and using the techniques he had acquired from the three disciples of Yue Yun as a basis, he deduced a compilation called "Yue Yun's Secret Manual."

This secret manual was more advanced than Yue Yun's current level, but not by much. Shi Feiyang extrapolated and created it based on his style, filling in many of the gaps and inventing some new Spells; after all, he was a hermit who often went years without meeting others, so it could just be claimed he had newly cultivated them.

The Ruyi Five Clouds Net transformed into five streams of colorful smoke to meet the attack, and the ten demons were all enveloped within it.

Qin Mo chuckled inwardly, thinking her demons, cultivated over hundreds of years, were immensely powerful; did he really think a few wisps of smoke could contain them?

But then she watched in shock as the opposing hand casually grabbed, and the five strands of smoke with the demons inside contracted into a cluster.

The demons struggled fiercely but were like fish trapped in a net. Although parts of their bodies occasionally poked through, they ultimately couldn't escape.

Startled, she hurriedly exhaled Light Energy. The pairs of demons hugged each other, bolstering themselves by embracing into a group. They spun together, first contracting inward to the size of a fist, then suddenly exploding with "bang, bang" sounds, nearly shattering the Ruyi Five Clouds Net!

Shi Feiyang frowned slightly, recognizing that the woman was quite formidable. Actually, Yue Yun's level wasn't weak; although his side-door Cultivation Techniques had many flaws, he had practiced Cultivation for many years and was even friends with Zen Master Zhi from the Qinglian Valley on Great Snow Mountain, whom he visited every sixty years when the monastery opened.

The Ruyi Five Clouds Net could vary greatly in size, from large enough to cover a mountain, to small enough to gather a needle, and it was nearly impossible for the opposition to burst it.

However, the ten demons bolstered each other with Light Energy, first contaminating the smoke, mixing the Demon Light with the smoke, and then suddenly expanding rapidly. If Shi Feiyang hadn't re-crafted it, this Magical Treasure would already have been shattered.

Indeed, such flaws are common among side-door Magical Treasures, not just Yue Yun's. Even the collection in Master Lianshan's treasure trove on Moon Island, except for the four primary treasures crafted with genuine Mysterious Sect techniques that were unlikely to be damaged, the rest of the side-door Treasures could easily be destroyed, as several were in the original work at the hands of the three sisters of Purple Cloud Palace.

Side-door Magical Treasures emphasized specialization, clearly revealing their strengths and weaknesses. If they could suppress opponents, they could wreak havoc as easily as slicing melons. If countered, however, they would be instantly destroyed and the enemy could run rampant, cutting them down as effortlessly as vegetables, even if the enemy's power was far inferior, leaving one no choice but to flee the onslaught.

Shi Feiyang exhaled Immortal Energy, trying to keep the Ruyi Five Clouds Net from dispersing. The smoke had turned to a net, full of holes, but still desperately entrapped the ten demons.

He then withdrew another of Yue Yun's Magical Treasures, the Golden and Jade Divine Blade.

This treasure, too, had been re-crafted by Shi Feiyang and once unleashed, it transformed into seventy-two alternating golden and jade-colored blades, interlocking like the great maw of a beast, constantly rotating and moving in an intricate formation, repeatedly darting to and fro.

Shi Feiyang used the Ruyi Five Clouds Net to confine all demons together, then surrounded them up and down with these light blades, stirring them at high speed.

In an instant, the ten demons were ground into wisps of scattered, blood-colored Demon Light.

Shi Feiyang fetched his White Jade Gourd, opened its mouth, cast a spell with a flick of his hand, and all the Demon Light and Demonic Qi, about to reassemble, were absorbed into the gourd.
