The Ancestor of All Demons

Chapter 489: 400 Blood God is Born_2

But everyone involved openly schemed, the two old nuns were aware of this as was Monk Po Tou. Even if he had not been, Shi Feiyang would have made sure he knew. Since they were aware, they had to prepare and resolve the situation in advance.

While Tian Can and Di Que attacked, they snuck underground attempting to blow up Kongtong Mountain and then move the entire Spiritual Stone Mountain of Western Tianzhu, which contained the "Shell Leaf Zen Scripture".

When Divine Nuns Fen Tuo and You Tan intervened to stop them, they fell into a passive position. In their haste, Tian Can and Di Que detonated a Mixed Element Qi orb, forcing the nuns to cast a spell to send the Mixed Element Qi orb into outer space... They were caught off guard.

Unable to retrieve the Conch Leaf Talisman in their rush, Master Ren knew he couldn't wait any longer and rushed to Qiao Mountain personally, intending to join forces with Xin Ru Nun to eliminate Shi Feiyang as quickly as possible.

Although Shi Feiyang was far weaker in mana than they were, he had achieved "Harmonization," and was not inferior in terms of realm. They estimated that even if Shi Feiyang could summon Deng Yin, it would take some time, especially for Master Ren who believed that as long as she was ruthless and fast enough, she could eliminate Shi Feiyang before he had time to call Deng Yin.

However, contrary to everyone's expectations, Shi Feiyang managed to pull Deng Yin over in just a few seconds!

Blood God Deng Yin still retained his appearance from years ago, tall and handsome with a golden crown on his head and dressed in a red robe. He had been imprisoned by Master Changmei at the sea bottom of the Star Constellations for over three hundred years and now that he was finally out, he looked curiously around: "So this is what Xuanyuan Holy Tomb in Qiao Mountain looks like!"

As soon as he spoke, Master Ren arrived and was also startled to see him. She suddenly felt inside that coming to Qiao Mountain might have been a mistake but then she remembered that if she hadn't come, either the Heavenly Mirror or the Nine Suspicions Tripod would have ended up in Shi Feiyang's hands, which would have brought endless trouble later on.

She steeled her heart, deciding that since Deng Yin was already here, it didn't matter; today she would join forces with Xin Ru to settle things with Deng Yin and Shi Feiyang once and for all, clearing up future troubles!

Deng Yin, however, didn't play according to her expectations. He looked up and saw the treasure mirror hanging above the remnants of Emperor Xuanyuan: "Is that the Heavenly Mirror?" He swung his body, turning into a Blood Shadow and in an instant dashed toward the treasure mirror. In front of the relics, three Golden Buddhas were sitting beside each other, simultaneously shouting as they extended their hands, releasing large quantities of Buddha Light to block between him and the Heavenly Mirror.

When Deng Yin was obstructed by the Buddha Light and targeted by two streams of Golden Buddha Seals, he didn't confront them head-on. He laughed heartily in the air, turning into a blood-colored lightning bolt and shot out the front door: "I couldn't care less... I'm off first! You continue fighting..."

He knew Shi Feiyang was competing with Buddhism for the Xuanyuan Two Treasures. He was not disinterested, but felt he couldn't win, and didn't want to suffer on someone else's behalf, so he simply turned around and left. What did Shi Feiyang's fate have to do with him?

However, he was recognized by Buddhism as a Great Demon, an even more dangerous figure than Shi Feiyang. Shi Feiyang at most endangered the human world, bringing danger to it, but he could bring calamity!

Master Ren had just come outside, already on guard against either him or Shi Feiyang trying to escape. Seeing his action, she immediately raised her hand to cast Buddha Light to block his path, Deng Yin, infuriated, exclaimed: "You disgusting nun! I have neither grudge nor grievance with you, and yet you dare to block my way! You're asking for death!"

He stretched out his hands, shooting ten streams of Blood Flame Divine Light straight forward, targeting Master Ren and piercing through the Buddha Light that was blocking between them!

Master Ren also did not hesitate, waving his hand and emitting the Buddhist Formless Divine Light.

The golden Buddha Light that people usually see is the Visible Buddha Light, but there is also the Formless Buddha Light, which is shadowless and formless, invisible and intangible. By the time one perceives it, it has already illuminated one's heart. In the blink of an eye, like looking into a mirror, the various obsessions in one's memories are reflected back in the mind, extremely powerful.

This kind of Formless Buddha Light specially counters all kinds of Formless Divine Demons and Yin Demons.

Master Ren's mana was remarkable, merging Formless Buddha Light within the Visible Buddha Lights. First, he intercepted the Blood Evil Demon Light emitted from Deng Yin's ten fingers, then swiftly expanded it, surging forth like an overwhelming force.

Deng Yin was taken aback. He knew Xin Ru, who had not yet become a nun and was known as Xin Ruyu when he first met her. Back then, he was with Shen Wugou, and the couple had just started on their Dao, going out to accumulate good deeds. Xin Ruyu was already ranked among the Cosmic Six Strange, a predecessor among the Sword Immortals, and even specifically called Shen Wugou over to... speak poorly of himself, telling Shen Wugou that he would one day follow the Demon Path and so on.

Deng Yin hated Xin Ru, but back then many people spoke of following the Demon Path, so Xin Ruyu was not the only one. Moreover, he was wary of Xin Ru and did not want to confront her, so he planned to leave first.

However, he hadn't expected that a random nun he encountered on the road could emit the most profound Formless Buddha Light of Buddhism!

He truly did not want to linger here and planned for a quick decisive battle, no longer holding back. He shook his head, and three blood flames emerged from the top, the flames as large as bowls pulsing like three hearts. Each shot out a stream of Blood Flame Demon Light, firing at Master Ren.

Master Ren also saw the seriousness and brought his hands together, using the Buddha Light with all his strength to defend. Bursts of golden Buddha Light erupted from within her body, instantly transforming her into a figure cast in gold. Then, above her head appeared the image of a Vajra Bodhisattva.

Buddhism considers males to have the Seven Treasures Body and females to have the Five Leaks Body.

Also, because women are more defiled, and Brahma King is pure in conduct, women cannot become Brahma King; women are more desirous, Emperor has less desire, so women cannot become Emperor; women are feeble, Demon King is strong, so women cannot become Demon King; women are prone to jealousy, King of the Wheel is greatly benevolent, so women cannot become King of the Wheel; women are full of afflictions, while Buddha is perfected in ten thousand virtues, so women also cannot become Buddha...

The "Wonderful Dharma Lotus Sutra" records that when the Dragon Girl attains Buddhahood, she must first transform into a male, embody the virtues of a Bodhisattva, and then she can become a Buddha.

Master Ren also aspired to Buddhahood; although her body was female, her Primordial Spirit had already transformed into a male, embodying the Seven Treasures Body. It was for this reason that she dared to declare that worshipping her was akin to worshipping Buddha.

The Vajra Bodhisattva stood several meters tall, clad in golden armor, radiating light, holding a massive gold Demon-suppressing Treasure Mallet in his hand, inlaid with various gemstones, flashing with myriad colorful lights. He lifted it, and from above, smashed it down toward Deng Yin like Taishan crushing down!

Deng Yin had practiced the Dao for a thousand years and had encountered experts from all walks—righteous, evil, Buddhist, and demonic—but had never seen such a high-ranking Buddhist before. Caught off guard, he was struck on the head by the Demon-suppressing Pestle, immediately flattening his body and dispersing it into a pool of blood-red Demon Light. Even the three blood flames scattered into the Demon Light, only casting a blood-red hue across the ground.
