Magnus had never felt such anger before.
He had experienced accusations from his brothers, but at that time, Magnus was not truly angry. In his view, his brothers simply couldn't comprehend the wonderful existence he could perceive. They were ignorant, foolish, and stubborn, clinging to the silliness of refusing to open their eyes.
They simply did not know, did not understand, so Magnus could generously forgive their ignorance.
However... however... however...
He! Magnus! The Crimson King! The most powerful Psychic!
Was being reprimanded to his face that he knew nothing of Subspace? Knew nothing of Spiritual Energy!?
How arrogant! How blasphemous! How ugly!
If that's the case, then let these ignorant fools experience the greatness of Subspace firsthand!
Magnus raised his hands, and amidst the chanting of the Wizards around him, he loudly shouted ominous Spells. Subspace responded to the Crimson King's call, and the powers of the Psychic erupted in tendrils from the fleet led by Kiriman, tightly entwining those Warships. At the same time, the once-calm Subspace began to violently surge once more, a vortex appearing from nowhere, tearing open as if a beast's gigantic maw lunging towards Kiriman's fleet.
They wanted to swallow these Warships back into Subspace!
Faced with this immense power, the Steel Battleships were defenseless—until a Jumping Torpedo whistled out from Makurag's Glory.
In an instant, destructive Magic exploded, and the unseen force shattered the Psychic tendrils encircling the Warships like a bursting shockwave. The Subspace Behemoths began to retreat hastily, and the vortex that was about to engulf the entire fleet dissipated.
"No—————! How is this possible!!"
Staring at the scene before him, Magnus widened his eyes in shock, almost unable to believe what he was seeing. The net he had woven, enough to leave Kiriman's fleet with nowhere to escape, was being torn to shreds!
How could this be!? What on earth is happening?
Magnus could swear he had made ample preparations for this ambush. He even thought his method was a bit excessive for dealing with his brother who knew nothing about Spiritual Energy.
But now... what on earth is this?
Why, his strength, that immense Psychic Power, was so easily destroyed? Broken?
Just because of one ———— Jumping Torpedo?
What on earth is that thing!
"Stop it!!"
At this moment, Magnus began to scream. Although the restraining power of Subspace began to wane, Kiriman's fleet was now beginning to retreat. However, right now Magnus was not at all concerned about his brother. His focus was entirely on the Jumping Torpedo whistling towards him. An unthinkable fear and unease rose from deep within Magnus's heart. He stared at the Torpedo, like a man floating on the surface of the sea watching a shadow rushing towards him and could only struggle helplessly in despair...!
"Stop it!!!"
Magnus now screamed like a girl trapped by a slasher in a horror movie, and with his scream, the Thousand Sons Fleet sprung into action, as countless Attacks were directed at the Jumping Torpedo.
Then, an even more unimaginable scenario occurred.
The firepower, enough to obliterate a Jumping Torpedo without a Shield, was in fact ineffective, as even after several explosions, the Jumping Torpedo remained intact, its speed not only undiminished but even faster!
A Warship blocked the Jumping Torpedo's path, its massive body enough to stop the Torpedo. But it was meaningless, as the whistling Jumping Torpedo pierced through the Warship like a cannon shell and continued to surge forward!
"No no no no no!!!!"
Magnus now was like a woman in a movie on a cruise ship, screaming in despair as a great white shark swam towards her from the sea. However, unfortunately, just as the great white shark ignored the woman's screams, the Torpedo showed no intention of stopping. It crashed through Warship after Warship amidst Magnus's terrified screams and then headed straight into the Pyramid!
"Boom—————!!!"
The immense Pyramid, named "The Vengeance of Tizka," violently shook from the intense collision. Within it, Magnus clutched his head tightly, roaring in agony—this flagship was Magnus's soul and essence, its Spiritual Energy inseparably fused with it. Now, Magnus felt as if a cold, sharp spike pierced from beneath him straight through into his throat!
For a moment, Magnus felt as if his consciousness had completely collapsed. When he regained his senses, all he saw was a scene of chaos, and the lifeless bodies of Thousand Sons Wizards lying around him.
"Damn, damn it, what the hell is going on? What on earth is that thing!"
Magnus got up, glancing around, but he could hear nothing, feel nothing. The entire Pyramid was now deathly silent, and Magnus couldn't even sense the other Warships around him. This situation alarmed him. He had never encountered anything like this before. For Magnus, Psychic powers had almost been a part of him since birth, as natural as eating and drinking.
