Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method

Chapter 181: Arden Goes Full Nature Mode

Arden grinned widely as he looked at his own body, which began to change a bit.

"To think that I'm actually about to get it."

He turned to Asro and laughed hard.

"Asro... this time, you're the one who's going down."

Asro frowned as he controlled the thorny roots to swirl around Arden, cornering him.

"You're the one who's going down, Arden. My thorny roots really surround you and also..."

He pointed at Arden's body, who was full of cuts but had soon healed.

"I don't know why you can heal so fast, but it's useless, as sooner or later, all of your mana will be absorbed by me. What makes you think you can still win?"

Arden chuckled lowly, lowering his stance.

"Because, old man... I'm about to reach it... the goal of the second realm of my path, the [God Physique Path]."

Garion's eyes lit up instantly as he glanced at the floating screen in front of him.

[Transformed Mana Core Cells: 99.9%].

He clenched his fist and shouted. "It's time!"

The moment he shouted, green mana burst out from Arden's body.

They then spiraled violently around him, gathering faster and faster until they condensed into a massive green sphere that swallowed him whole.

Asro froze, eyes widening in disbelief. "What the?! What the hell is happening to him?!"

Inside the glowing sphere, Arden's scream echoed through the entire arena.

"ARGH! DAMN IT! IT REALLY HURTS LIKE HELL!"

His voice cracked as he clutched his chest, his body trembling violently.

The mana inside the sphere churned wildly as if tearing him apart and rebuilding him at the same time.

Asro's expression hardened. "I don't know what kind of trick this is… but I feel if I let him finish, I'm finished!"

He raised both arms, roots bursting out from the ground around him. "I won't let you complete whatever you're doing!"

Dozens of [Thorny Roots] shot forward, wrapping around the green sphere and striking it from every direction.

But the moment the roots made contact... something strange happened.

The thorny roots began to rot. The bark turned gray, then crumbled into dust, fading away completely as if being devoured by the sphere itself.

Asro was completely shocked, seeing the situation.

"What?! How can this be?! My roots... are destroyed like this?!"

He tried again, summoning even more roots, thicker and sharper than before, but the result was the same.

Every single one that touched the sphere disintegrated instantly.

Garion laughed from the sidelines, folding his arms.

"You can hit it all you want, Asro, but that sphere isn't something you can break."

He smirked and leaned forward slightly. "Just sit tight and watch. You're witnessing a new power being born."

Asro clenched his fists in frustration, his forehead dripping with sweat.

"Damn it… just what the hell have you done to him? What kind of monster did you make?!"

Garion only chuckled, his tone amused. "A special one."

Meanwhile, inside the sphere, Arden's screams grew louder.

His body pulsed with green veins of light, his bones creaking, muscles tensing, and mana surging uncontrollably through every cell.

"AAAAH! MASTER! YOU DIDN'T SAY IT HURT THIS MUCH!"

Garion grinned wider. "That's part of the training, kid! Just hold on a little longer!"

Arden's voice cracked again. "A LITTLE LONGER?! I'M GONNA DIE IN HERE!"

Garion laughed even harder. "You'll thank me later!"

Suddenly, the green sphere pulsed violently, the light inside growing brighter and brighter until it shook the ground beneath them.

Then... BOOM!

The sphere exploded outward in a massive burst of green light and energy, shaking the entire arena.

Everyone instinctively raised their arms to shield their eyes from the blinding light and flying debris.

For several moments, no one could see anything but the swirling green haze.

When the air finally cleared, all eyes turned toward the center of the arena.

Arden stood there, but there was something different about him as his entire appearance had changed.

His once-dark hair was now a vivid emerald green, and glowing green tattoos spread across his body.

The spectators and elders around the arena gasped.

"What... happened to him?"

"His aura… It's completely different!"

Even Aveline widened her eyes slightly, unable to hide her surprise.

Meanwhile, Garion, still grinning, flicked his wrist, and a glowing screen appeared before him.

His eyes scanned the details quickly, his smirk growing wider by the second.

[Unique Physique: Nature]

[Description: A physique that is deeply attuned to the essence of life and nature.]

[Note: All incoming nature-based attacks have their power reduced by 90%, as the physique instinctively harmonizes with natural mana, making it nearly impossible for such forces to harm the user.

[Abilities:]

[Natural Harmony: When within a natural environment such as forests or areas rich in life energy, the user's overall power is amplified severalfold.]

Garion whistled softly. "Well, I'll be damned… that's one insane physique."

Dahlia turned toward him, her eyes still wide. "Master, do you know what kind of physique that is?"

Garion smirked, crossing his arms.

"Just a hunch. He's from the Avenora Clan, after all. I expected something connected to a calm nature… but this?"

He looked back at Arden, who still radiated quite a frightening aura.

"This is on a whole different level."

Dahlia nodded, her tone serious now. "Indeed. That aura... It's terrifying. It feels alive."

Garion chuckled. "That's because it is alive. That's the power of nature itself flowing through him."

He tilted his head slightly, watching his disciple stand tall amidst the fading mana storm.

Aveline quickly turned toward Garion, her tone mixed with confusion and disbelief.

"Sect Leader Garion… what's happening to my nephew?"

Her gaze shifted back to Arden, her expression tense.

"Why do I feel… both terrified and calm at the same time? His presence feels dangerous, but… peaceful."

Garion smirked, his arms folded across his chest. "That's because he just awakened the [Nature Physique]."

Aveline blinked. "Nature Physique?"

Garion nodded.

"Your mana path awakens mana traits while our path awakens something much deeper. A [Unique Physique]."

Aveline frowned slightly, curiosity flickering across her face. "Unique Physique?"

Garion smirked. "Let's just watch the fight. You'll understand it better."
