Archer sent the new Dragon Warriors back to the quarters deep inside the Domain and teleported back to the treehouse. Once there, the four women were sitting around the fireplace as the cold air invaded the place. He sent some fire into it, turning it a deep purple and making it even wilder.
The hot air rushed through the treehouse, making the three women shiver as smiles stretched across their faces. Malakia looked at him, a knowing smile on her face. ''Have fun out there? I could sense your magic from here,'' she teased.
''Yes, what did you do?'' Colestah questioned.
Embera nodded along with the other two women as Alexa giggled and stepped back, getting out of the way. Archer shook his head, answering. ''I was testing out a new power Tiamat granted me, and I must say, it was good.''
''Good,'' the older lioness answered.
Following that, the five of them sat down, and he offered them some sweet tea to beat back the cold, which the women eagerly accepted. Archer got up and made his way to the kitchen while the group gossiped with each other. He began making the hot beverages after using his magic to boil the water until the kettle was whistling.
As he did this, thunder boomed overhead as the Long Winter was beginning and sending Thrylos into a tailspin. The weather was bad, the wind was beating the heat, invading the treehouse walls, causing him to mutter. ''Damn winter, looks like this one will be the worst yet.''
Archer resumed preparing the tea, carefully arranging five cups. He poured the steaming liquid, the rich aroma enveloping and rushing up his nose, sending a shiver of warmth through his body. Once it was made, he handed one to each woman as Embera looked at him with glowing orange eyes.
''Thank you for this,'' she thanked him. ''It smells delicious.''
''You're welcome, Em,'' he replied, sitting between Malakia and Alexa.
The two women were surprised, but the older lioness pushed up against him, getting comfortable as Alexa did the same. Archer felt the warmth and almost grew tired, waking himself up before sipping some of the tea. The liquid warmed him up completely, beating back the cold air.
As this happened, Colestah looked at him, concern in her blue eyes as she revealed. ''Our rivers have frozen over, and the air freezes our lungs. I've ordered the people to stay inside while your soldiers deliver food to them.''
''I'll have more ships sent to your lands,'' Archer reassured. ''Also, I'll have the mages heat the villages as much as they can; it won't be much, but it'll make a difference.''
When the Water Elf Queen heard this, a beaming smile stretched across her face before she lunged at him. The brown-skinned beauty wrapped her arms around his shoulders and pressed a passionate kiss against his lips. Archer was shocked but returned the gesture and kissed her back.
The two continued like this as Colestah melted into his embrace, as Malakia and Alaze moved over, laughing at the sudden happy scene. When the older woman was done kissing, she leaned back with an even happier expression. ''Thank you for all the help, Arch,'' she whispered, resting her forehead against his own.
''Any time Colestah,'' he replied.
Soon, the five of them continued chatting as the weather outside got worse, rain began pelting the treehouse, and the wind only made it worse. After some time, Malakia was the next to reveal the reason behind her visit. ''My handsome young husband, my people may need more food for the winter. I checked my warehouses and we're low thanks to the last one.''
Without answering, he sent a message to Aisha to dispatch a fleet of transport ships full of food to the Goldenmane Kingdom. When the Dragonkin heard this, she instantly replied, thanks to their people joining the legions in droves. Afterward, Archer looked at the grey-haired beauty. ''All done, they'll be leaving in the morning.''
Malakia was shocked; her jaw fell open, and her blue eyes widened. That's when Alexa teased the lioness. ''Just kiss him already, we all can see that you want to.''
As the younger woman's words drifted through the air, they reached the older woman's fluffy ears, which twitched in response. Her eyes sparkled with affection as she leaned forward, closing the distance between them. The moment was charged with anticipation, and he welcomed it.
Moments later, the couple's lips met in a soft kiss, and he felt the warmth of her body pressing closer. Her soft curves melded against him, her breasts gently pressing into his arm, sending a shiver of warmth through them both. The air around them seemed to hum, as if the world had paused to honor the moment they shared.
When the two broke apart, Archer noticed Malakia's eyes were hazy, and she leaned in more, whispering. ''Can I stay with you tonight?''
Archer agreed with a nod. ''Yes.''
Following that, Embera and Alexa glanced at him with knowing expressions, prompting him to speak. ''You two can stay as well.''
He glanced at Colestah, whose cheeks went darker as he continued. ''Would you like to stay the night? I bet it's cold back in your palace?''
The older woman's eyes widened, and she quickly nodded. ''Yes, it is, we're burning so much wood to keep the hearths going, but it's useless.''
Archer's smile grew wide before he stood up and approached the nearby fireplace. Crouching in front of the fire, he took a deep breath, letting loose some violet Dragon flames that overtook the normal ones, turning them purple. The change was instant; hot air flowed throughout the treehouse like a flood.
When the four women felt this, they shivered as Alexa commented. ''Better than central heating, back home you'd warm up the mansion in no time.''
''I know, it's one of the perks of being a Dragon, can only feel the cold when it's at its worst,'' he revealed.
''Lucky you,'' Embera added, a smirk crossing her face. ''Us Fire Elves hate this weather; it always makes us ill.''
''Don't worry, I'll have the Draconian Mages heat places just like in Colestah's kingdom,'' Archer informed the orange-haired Elf.
Embera's face lit up at his words, and she kissed him as well, making the Water Elf giggle. ''Looks like you've gotten loads of kisses, don't you get bored with them?''
When Archer and Embera broke apart, he looked at her and answered. ''No, this is because every kiss, every time we have sex, I'm reinforcing their bodies so they can live alongside me for years to come.''
''So you're extending our lives?'' Alexa asked, eyes wide as saucers.
Archer chuckled at her reaction. ''Yes. Normal humans can live up to ninety years, but I've extended it to thousands thanks to us having sex and bonding.''
When the navy-haired woman listened, shock ran through her entire system as she was silent. Malakia noticed this and poked Alexa' ''Are you okay, sister?''
Seh shook her head and finally spoke. ''Sorry, I was shocked at the number. I didn't realize you could do that, Arch.''
Archer's smile widened as he revealed, while holding up his arm, that it had gone translucent. ''It helps when you're made out of pure mana.''
This sudden scene shocked the four; the older lioness jumped up as Colestah's gaze snapped on the see-through limb. ''Are you even a Human or Dragon?''
''I'm all three,'' he responded. ''A Dragon with a humanoid form but also made up of the world's purest mana.''
''So that's why she seems to love you,'' the Water Elf added in awe.
Archer glanced at her and nodded. ''Yes, though I haven't met her yet, Tiamat said she's there but shy.''
The four giggled as Alexa said. ''That's cute, well, if she looks after you, then she can be a friend of mine.''
''That's good to know,'' he said, standing up before letting out a loud yawn. ''Sorry, girls, I need to stretch. I was getting too tired sitting between you both.''
Malakia waved him away. ''I understand, go get some fresh air. That will wake you up, handsome,'' she replied.
Archer stepped onto the balcony, the crisp air grazing his skin, snapping him awake. He shook his head, surveying the Domain below. Rain-soaked and glistening, the landscape churned as floodwaters surged in the distance. Instinctively, he cast a spell around the treehouse.
Moments later, the torrent crashed against the tough trunk, rocking the structure. His magic held firm, steadying the treehouse as the water parted, flowing harmlessly around them. Just then, the women joined him outside, only to shiver and tremble when feeling the cold air as Alexa spoke. ''What's going on, Arch?''
''A flood hit the Domain,'' he pointed below them.
The group looked down only to see a demonic surge of water washing across the pristine green grass. They saw monsters getting swept away, which surprised Archer, but he wasn't bothered as it was life.
