"You are so damn persistent," I muttered, as even after squeezing every last piece of Soul Stone from my inventory, Drathion covered them all in its black poison.

The abyss once again engulfed the arena, and Drathion's body disappeared into the darkness.

"Vivi, activate Eyes of the Fallen."

"Initialising Host's request..."

"Eyes of the Fallen activated!"

The moment I activated the skill, a small golden wave appeared in front of me, emerging from my eyes and moving all the way into the darkness before me.

"Huh! What is this strange wave?" I murmured, confused.

In an instant, one of the serpent's heads lunged at me from the location where the golden wave was moving to.

At its end, the wave rose upward and appeared to be in the shape of two vertical arcs crossing each other at the centre, clearly indicating what I had to do.

I pushed off the ground, leapt upward, and swung my sword in two consecutive vertical slashes.

The moment Cross Impact released from Vajra, the lightning lit up the cave, revealing the enormous eyes of Drathion's left head just half a metre away from me.

My words sent shivers down the snake's body. Its eyes widened, its body trembled as it stared into my eyes.

It immediately tried to retreat, but I clutched its fang with both hands, moved my body sideways, and catapulted the giant snake like a javelin.

While it was still airborne, I raised my foot forward and—

The ground beneath me broke apart as I bolted towards Drathion's flying body, breaking the sound barrier.

"Go," I ordered in a low voice, flicking the ball upward as I reached just below Drathion's flung body.

The ball rose with a ringing sound and struck the point where Drathion's three heads were joined together.

Tempestuous lightning erupted from Drathion's entire body, breaking apart every scale from its skin.

The black poisonous blood erupted from its body like a volcano and, the next moment—

A catastrophic thunder echoed through the cave, exploding Drathion's body into pieces.
