The King of Black Fog

Chapter 326: Infiltrating Another World

Without bringing the Imperial Mecha, which wouldn't fit in the Storage Bag, I only carried a fifteen-meter Military Mecha.

This reminded Li Qianxia of her first trip to Cangqiong Star and 'Little Red' sinking in the water.

Little Red, I will definitely come back for you!

Secretly swearing in her heart, Li Qianxia, accompanied by Beia, Zheng Qing, the Central King, and Zhou Ying, took just a couple of steps from the Moon to outside Earth's atmosphere.

Yang Qinglan was chatting with someone from Turquoise Pool—after all, for an Immortal, as long as they wish, they can always find a way to talk in the vacuum of space.

When Li Qianxia emerged from the Fiery Fire Flying Smoke, the two had already stopped to look at her.

Yang Qinglan wore a white dress woven from Mi'er metal, and Turquoise Pool was in a purple gown; the two looked like Heavenly Palace Fairies from the depths of the universe.

"Remember to use Divine Will, if anything happens call your brother," Yang Qinglan reminded gently.

It was precisely because of Li Qianxia's convenience with Divine Will for infiltration that she was tasked to scout the situation, but there was another main reason: Li Qianxia was just playing on the Moon anyway.

Unless necessary, they usually wouldn't convert their "Ability" into 'Divine Will', as Li Qianxia would rather endure some bad smells than do it; nobody would willingly turn themselves into a blind person, a cripple, or a deaf person.

'Divine Will' had a particular advantage over 'Mana' in one aspect, but overall, it was far inferior.

'Mana' was almost a universal ability that could enhance physical fitness, heal injuries, create, destroy, and so on.

"Yeah, I know," Li Qianxia nodded, ready to lead the other four through Earth's atmosphere when she suddenly turned back and said, "Qing Lan, did you know my brother only has 230 Money in his card?"

"230?" Turquoise Pool laughed.

Yang Qinglan closed her eyes, refining Qi to restore her Mana, and slowly said:

"Calmness cultivates character, frugality nurtures virtue. With simple relationships and a simple material life, those two simplicities grant your brother a vast space and beautiful tranquility for his soul, which I think is very good—Do you have anything else?"

"...No, that's all," Li Qianxia quickly made her escape.

She didn't land in Japan first but went to Tsarist Russia instead; how could she not bring Bi along for such a fun adventure?

With Bi absent and after obtaining Mi'er metal and Qi, she and the five best players from Tsarist Russia (not necessarily the strongest fighters) triggered the 'Tribulation Immortal' event and left.

I hope she makes it smoothly.

Japan, Shinagawa Prefecture, Kawasaki City, Miyamae-Plaza Station North Exit.

This is the entrance to the other world.

"The Japanese Player at that time pretended to enter the subway, but actually snuck in here onto a ship, supposedly in search of ancient Japanese Prostitutes to satisfy a morbid curiosity. In the end, when the ship's mission finished, the other world inadvertently locked onto this spot… Is it really okay to talk about this?"

Zheng Qing looked around; their surroundings were like a camping site with tents set up, if one could ignore the military green of the tents;

The crowd was as dense as a Japanese fireworks festival;

Moreover, at each street corner, there were rows of Heavy Machine Guns, organized as neatly as teeth.

Armed helicopters hovered and roared in the sky, the propeller blades creating gusts of wind.

And there they stood, brazenly in the center of the crowd.

"My brother couldn't even find out," Li Qianxia signaled for them to be at ease.

Beia was the most composed of the four, usually surrounded by tens of meters tall Mechas, so what was Earth's firepower to her?

The Central King wasn't concerned about the weapons either; she was interested in the Japanese players—Monks, Samurai, Onmyoji, Witches, Pokemon Trainers, and so on.

"Shall we just go in?" Beia surveyed the subway entrance but couldn't see anything unusual.

"Wait a second," Zheng Qing said, "Japan has set up a Barrier here, we'll follow them in when they enter and exit."

As she was speaking, a player dressed as an Onmyoji opened the Barrier.

The previously normal-looking subway entrance suddenly turned into a wall of light, glowing dimly.

With a rumble, dozens of Tanks entered in a line and the ground trembled slightly; Li Qianxia seized the opportunity and Instant Teleported with the others.

Everything went dark then bright.

Blue sky and white clouds, it was a sunny day.

They were amidst ruins, with broken walls and remnants scattered among the wild grass, it was apparent that this used to be a small city.

Eighty percent of the city had crumbled, almost all buildings collapsed, leaving only a few walls standing lonely like dead soldiers, solemnly erect among the ruins.

The environment was good, or rather overgrown with weeds, the only downside was the skeletons visible everywhere.

The Central King pushed down some weeds to reveal the ground, where half-decayed swords or lances were lying.

Some weapons were stuck directly in the weeds or rocks.

"It seems we've been Randomly Teleported," Li Qianxia observed the surroundings, noticing no sign of the Japanese tank squad.

"Japan has a Special Skill; they've already established a base on this land, their Support Department will appear at the base," Zheng Qing explained, turning to Zhou Ying.

Zhou Ying tapped her toes twice on the ground, and invisible ripples spread out.

As the ripples extended, a grey fortress rapidly took shape in her mind, punctuated by some red dots cropping up midway.

"People are heading this way," she reported.

"Already locked on." Beia had already deployed her Mecha, her voice emanating from the pure white Mecha, steadier than usual.

"Let's see what happens first," Li Qianxia said, in no hurry to act.

The Central King's hand rested on her Longsword.

"####!"

"####!!"

Unintelligible language.

A group of Goblins (exactly like those from some works) with crude weapons was chasing a small party of adventurers dressed humans.

Their bizarre cries echoed all around.
