The King of Black Fog

Chapter 267 Unfulfilled_3

He leaned in, whispering softly, "Just a little while longer, okay?"

Yang Qinglan's lips curled into a smile, her body trembling, warm, soft, delicate, and her firm chest pressed against Li Changzhou's chest now and then.

Li Changzhou struggled to breathe, his mouth slightly open as his hot breath blew on Yang Qinglan.

"Is it okay?" he asked in a hoarse whisper.

Yang Qinglan pushed the book that was blocking her lips onto his face.

Li Changzhou's vision went dark, and he heard her shy voice by his ear, ".....put the book away first."

His breathing suddenly grew heavy, his heart beating like a drum.

No sooner had Li Changzhou tucked the book inside "Honey Pot World" than Yang Qinglan took the initiative, hooking her arms around his neck and kissing him.

Yang Qinglan's room was so cluttered with books that it took them until seven in the evening, nearly eight, to finish tidying up.

They didn't have dinner at "Honey Pot World," even though ordinary food, no matter how much they ate, couldn't replenish what their bodies needed. Whether it was for nostalgia, cravings, or convenience, they decided to eat out.

Ming City University's second cafeteria, a large pot, three bowls of rice, and some milk and Sprite.

After ordering, Li Qianxia looked around curiously, finding the long-missed university quite novel.

There weren't many students on Saturday night; most had gone out to have fun.

"I wonder if I'll meet anyone I know." She was somewhat hopeful.

Suddenly, she turned her head to look at Li Changzhou sitting beside her.

"What are you looking at?" Li Changzhou asked, puzzled.

Li Qianxia furrowed her brows and suddenly, like a little dog, she lunged forward, burying her face in his chest, sniffing vigorously.

"What are you doing?!" Li Changzhou held his sister's head and pushed her away.

Li Qianxia stood up, walked over to Yang Qinglan sitting across from her, leaned down, hugged her, and started sniffing wildly—hair, face, neck, chest...

"You two," she remained standing behind Yang Qinglan, hugging her and scrutinizing them, "what did you do? Confess!"

"We did nothing, what could we do?"

"Why are you grinning like an idiot? So dumb." Li Qianxia was very disdainful.

Yang Qinglan held Li Qianxia's hand that was resting on her, smiling at Li Changzhou as he tried to deny it, saying, "Where am I grinning?" all the while smiling himself.

"Number 11, spicy hot pot!" the cafeteria auntie called out.

"Go get it!" Li Qianxia commanded Li Changzhou fiercely.

"Number 11, whoever's single should get it." Li Changzhou started to show off, such modest ambitions.

"Qing Lan, look!"

"I'm not single." Yang Qinglan said seriously to her sister, looking up slightly.

"Neither am I." Li Changzhou laughed triumphantly in agreement.

Li Qianxia let go of Yang Qinglan and gritted her teeth, making a twisting gesture at them.

"Number 11, where is number 11!" The auntie was getting impatient.

"Coming, coming!" Li Qianxia hurriedly jogged over.

Li Changzhou watched his sister rush over and when he turned back to see Yang Qinglan, he laughed again.

"What are you laughing at!" Yang Qinglan playfully scolded him, her white sneakers kicking him under the table.

Li Changzhou took a quick glance at his sister returning with the tray and took the chance to grab her seat, sitting across from Yang Qinglan.

"You?!" Li Qianxia considered whether to kick her brother from the second floor of the second cafeteria to the fourth floor of the third cafeteria.

Yang Qinglan turned to look elsewhere, her ears turning red, and then she got up and changed to a different seat.

"See, Qing Lan still likes me." Li Qianxia sat down opposite Yang Qinglan, giggling in the spot Li Changzhou had just occupied.

During this long-missed university cafeteria dinner, Li Changzhou kept holding the small rice bowl with the hand that once wielded the Divine Crown, looking pitifully at Yang Qinglan.

Embarrassed by his gaze, Yang Qinglan's face turned red whenever she spoke with Li Qianxia.

"Eat!" she said, serving Li Changzhou a floret of broccoli.
