I Made The World Mutate

Chapter 454: Stay for Me!

"Huh?"

The one called Chen Yuan, a member of the Greenfin Clan, glanced at Xiao Mu. His face instantly darkened.

He didn't expect someone to dare challenge him, provoking his anger on the spot.

Soon, he discovered something and stared at Xiao Mu, speaking frostily, "So it's a human mutated being who doesn't know how to stay in their place."

He turned his head and glanced at the three human mutated beings in the distance as though he understood something.

"So, you're standing up for those three pieces of trash."

"By the looks of it, the Zombie Clan didn't hit you hard enough before. You clearly don't know your place."

"Very well, I will assert my dominance once and for all, starting with you!"

Suddenly, he made a move, his entire body enveloped in golden energy. A giant sword appeared in mid-air.

"Slash!"

With one loud shout from Chen Yuan, the massive sword abruptly crashed down toward Xiao Mu.

The golden light was dazzling. This gigantic sword seemed to possess a subtle hint of the power of Five Elements True Gold. It exuded an aura reminiscent of a True Realm Flying Sword Immortal, albeit faintly.

Xiao Mu stayed unfazed. Although Chen Yuan was strong, he was still far from the top warriors in the Fourth Realm.

This level of strength wasn't enough to warrant Xiao Mu's concern.

"Boom!"

Xiao Mu made his move, shaking his hand, and the Door-God Painting unfolded, expanding outward.

The Door-God Painting turned into a sky-covering giant curtain. As a massive black shadow spread out, it seemed to cover the entire sky, instantly enshrouding Chen Yuan below.

"What...what's going on?"

Chen Yuan was taken aback, his face visibly pale.

The Might of the Door-God Painting was genuinely immense. As soon as it descended, an overwhelming pressure washed over him, making him sense the threat of death.

Without a moment's hesitation, he turned and attempted to retreat in the distance.

Boom!

How could Xiao Mu let his opponent escape? With a shake of his hand, the Door-God Painting suddenly trembled with a massive rumble, like a surging tidal wave.

An intense tremor came through, covering Chen Yuan's entire body. Under the quake of the Door-God Painting, he was instantly reduced to dust.

"How...how is this possible?"

The other alien species were dumbfounded, their faces filled with intense fear.

Chen Yuan had been a strong opponent; they didn't expect him to be slain in one move, his body reduced to ashes with not even a single bone left behind.

"Let's get out of here!"

One of the mutated beings recovered and promptly decided to escape, running as fast as he could.

Boom!

Xiao Mu's Door-God Painting unfolded again, like a massive tidal wave extending out to the farthest reaches.

Those mutated beings that hadn't escaped in time were caught in the mix. With a shake from Xiao Mu, they, too, were reduced to dust like Chen Yuan.

Among them were formidable Evil Ghosts and Zombies.

Notification sounds continuously rang out: Power +35, Power +35.....

As for the escaping alien species, Xiao Mu didn't bother to chase.

"Greetings, Mr. Xiao! My name is Qin Rui."

"Nice to meet you, Mr. Xiao! I'm Qing Yang!"

"Thank you for your help, Mr. Xiao! I'm Huai Gu."

The three mutated beings from the earth quickly came up to Xiao Mu and saluted him.

"Whom are you with? Why do you look so haggard?"

Xiao Mu nodded and casually asked the three mutated human beings.

They should have entered the Realm of True Nothingness earlier than the mutated beings of the human world aside from Xiao Mu himself, who had been delayed by his journey to the Desolate Ancient Mountain Range.

"Sigh!"

Qin Rui, wearing strange armor and carrying a long halberd, shook his head and sighed, "The deep area of the Realm of True Nothingness is too dangerous, and we're too weak. No one wants to ally with us, so we can only explore the periphery."

Qing Yang and Huai Gu both nodded, agreeing with what Qin Rui said.

Xiao Mu furrowed his brows slightly. After a moment, he said, "I intend to cross the Land of Five Elements and head to the deeper part of the Realm of True Nothingness. If you aren't afraid of danger, you can follow me. However, I must warn you, in the face of great danger, I may not be able to protect you."

Qin Rui, Qing Yang, and Huai Gu looked at each other and all showed delight.

Finally, Qin Rui said, "Thank you, Mr. Xiao, for being willing to take us under your wing. We three are eternally grateful and are willing to follow you."

Then he asked, "May I ask where you are going, Mr. Xiao? Will you be stopping at the Land of Five Elements, or going deeper?"

Xiao Mu replied: "The Land of Five Elements is just the starting point. I want to venture deeper, maybe to the Pure Yang Stream, Extreme Yin River, Fallen Canyon, Fortunate Mountain, even perhaps as far as the Rebirth Canal, the Death Relics."

The faces of Qin Rui and his companions changed.

Aside from the Land of Origin in the Desolate Ancient Mountain Range, the other areas of the Realm of True Nothingness became increasingly dangerous the deeper one went.

The Land of Five Elements was located on the extreme outskirts and could be considered the safest place in the Realm of True Nothingness when compared to the rest.

The subsequent locations, Land of Yin and Yang, Good and Evil Land, and Life and Death Land, became progressively more dangerous.

Of course, ultimately, the Desolate Ancient Mountain Range was the most dangerous place where people generally dared not venture.

Xiao Mu's entry into the Land of Origin and his subsequent return alive was largely due to luck.

It was mostly thanks to his prompt withdrawal when he sensed danger. Otherwise, even if he didn't encounter any True Realm beings, he would have been eternally trapped just by the spatial fragments alone.

"We won't go to the deep area, we just need the Power of Five Elements. We will stop at the Land of Five Elements, please understand, Mr. Xiao."

Qin Rui's face was filled with guilt.

"Suit yourselves!"

Xiao Mu waved his hand nonchalantly. Given their capabilities, even if they followed him to the deep area, they wouldn't be of much help to him.

In the end, if he wanted to reach the deepest area of the Realm of True Nothingness, he would have to rely on himself.
