Fury Immortal Doctor

Chapter 96 The Angry Germ

Boom!

When the last large wolfhound collapsed stiffly in the villa's courtyard, Shen Qiang glanced dubiously at the room on the third floor of the villa.

Faintly, he seemed to hear the cries of a girl, but the music that followed soon drowned out everything else.

He stepped toward the inside of the villa.

Shen Qiang clearly saw that four or five burly men were playing cards on the first floor of the villa, and two scantily clad women were chatting and laughing on the side.

But before Shen Qiang could get any closer,

he inadvertently noticed that the villa's underground garage door was open, and on a chair, there was a pack of cigarettes, a lighter, next to a large teacup, but there was no one sitting there.

Right beside the chair was a repair ditch that looked very ordinary, but at that moment, under the light, Shen Qiang could clearly see that where the bottom of the ditch should be, there was a staircase leading underground.

Shen Qiang frowned and then stepped inside.

After descending two flights of stairs,

the tainted air mixed with the smell of urine and blood made Shen Qiang frown.

But then, Shen Qiang, entering the basement, froze.

Under the dim light,

a man with his trousers around his ankles was thrusting forcefully beside a table in the middle of the basement.

On the table was a girl in tattered clothes who looked about fourteen or fifteen years old, one of her legs was missing, and both of her arms had only a little of their bases left.

Shen Qiang's gaze moved from them in shock, and then he was horrified to see that, in the row of iron cages at the far end, there were more than a dozen little girls aged from three or four to eight or nine.

They were huddling in fear, not even daring to look up.

Only one girl, who looked to be about seven or eight years old, stared at Shen Qiang with teary eyes.

And in a row of iron cages on the left side of this huge basement,

there were more than a dozen little boys of ages ranging from three or four to eight or nine years old.

Almost without exception, they were all disabled!

"Who are you?"

At that moment, the bare-bottomed man was startled to see Shen Qiang.

Whiz!

A flash of silver.

A white line appeared instantly on the man's neck.

"The one who's here to take your life!"

Spurt!

Blood gushed, opening the white line on the man's throat.

The disabled girl, drenched in blood, still had a grey and lifeless gaze.

There was no fear, no sadness, no shyness—she just looked at Shen Qiang woodenly, her large, beautiful eyes mysteriously reminding Shen Qiang of the dead fish at the fish market!

Thump!

The man's corpse fell to the ground.

The entire basement was silent.

His gaze passed over the girls trapped in iron cages, too frightened to cry, then onto the boys.

Little ones only a few years old.

Shouldn't they all be the apple of their parents' eyes?

Shouldn't they be happily studying, sneakily buying snacks, and cuddling with their parents?

But it was all for money.

They became the prey of those human traffickers.

The boys were disabled and sent to beg on the streets.

The girls, if disobedient, were not only disabled but also subjected to inhuman humiliation!

And all of this, just because those traffickers wanted money!

So they treated these young, powerless members of their own kind as livestock in a pen!

This ignited a suppressed rage in Shen Qiang's heart, erupting like a volcano that had lain dormant for thousands of years!

"I'm going to kill you all!"

With these words filled with murderous intent spoken,

not only did the short hair on Shen Qiang's forehead flutter in the wind,

but also a maelstrom of Fury's True Qi began to swirl around him.

"Daddy, daddy, daddy!"

Almost at the same time,

within the depths of Shen Qiang's Sea of Consciousness, the three leaves of Plague Source waved about like little hands.

It was almost instant.

Shen Qiang was terrified to feel countless strains of a crazily evolved flu virus spreading out like a foggy haze.

But unlike ordinary viruses, they didn't diffuse aimlessly in the wind,

instead, they covered the entire villa in an instant like well-trained soldiers!

Achoo!

On the first floor of the villa, a man playing cards suddenly sneezed violently, and then he seemed to feel cold, frowning, "It's so late, turn down the air conditioning."

The woman next to him glared at him impatiently: "The air conditioning has been off for a while. Achoo!"

At this moment, a man at the card table burst into a severe cough.

Not only did his complexion turn crimson, but the corners of his eyes also began to bloodshot; after a violent coughing fit, he got up shakily and said, "I'm done playing, my throat hurts, and I have a severe headache."

The woman beside him, who was running with a clear runny nose, touched his forehead with the back of her hand in astonishment, "You're so hot, you must have caught a cold."

And it was almost at this same moment that another woman, shocked, looked at Shen Qiang, who walked in with an indifferent expression, holding a small Surgical Knife in his hand, and screamed, "Police, get your gun!"

The people beside the table immediately became chaotic.

A young man with quick actions pulled out a large machete from the crevice of the sofa cushion and struck at Shen Qiang.

Whoosh.

In an instant, using Wind Walk, Shen Qiang flashed past him.

Leaving only a fiercely bright red line on his neck.

The young man didn't even have time to scream before he was horrified to see that Shen Qiang, ghostlike in motion, had already reached the staircase, while his several accomplices likewise stared in terror, clutching their throats that gushed with blood.

Click!

A burly man armed with a five-shot firearm rushed out from the next room, only he had just raised the gun to aim at Shen Qiang when an itch in his nose made him let out a violent sneeze.

Achoo!

In an instant, he felt tears running down his face and a torrent of mucus coming out.

He forcefully opened his eyes, only to be terrified to discover that what sprayed out was not mucus, but blood!

And it was in that moment of shock that Shen Qiang's hand flicked.

The Surgical Knife in his grip flashed with a silver gleam.

It became a streak of light, not only piercing his heart in an instant but also, with a whoosh, pinned to the door behind him.
