Then he absorbed the energy into his energy range. He used little Jin-Tian as the channel to transfer the dark energy into him. However, he managed to leave two portions to little Jin-Tian. He took only eight portions of the dark energy…

Zheng-Fu's energy range started to be filled up slowly. Endless energy flowed into him continuously. Not long after that, Zheng-Fu went up to the mid-level of the fifth level of the Golden Core stage. It looked like the improvement was not going to stop too…

As Zheng-Fu was excited about his new energy level, another explosion occurred next to him. It was the sign that showed that Jin-Tian had moved to the eighth level of the Foundation Building stage now…

Jin-Tian's body started to expand further as its energy moved up. The fur around its neck grew longer too. The white fur looked completely shinier…

After half a shichen, the dark energy started to die down. When Zheng-Fu noticed that, he quickly pulled Jin-Tian out. The reason why he did that was that he did not want to destroy the magical trap. If he did so, the monsters would be let out and hurt the people in his clan. Zheng-Fu decided not to absorb all the energy from the giant rock…

This magical trap helped improve Zheng-Fu's energy level to the higher level of the fifth level of the Foundation Building stage. Another tiny step, he would entirely move up to the next level.
