The women nodded in unison, their eyes sharp with determination, their grips tightening around their spears. But my gaze swept over them, searching. "Where are Veronica and Mary?"
Ravina's lips twisted into a smirk, her arms crossed over her chest. "They're with Agatha. They are taking care of her."
I nodded, satisfied. "Good. Choose your strongest fighters. The rest stay here and guard the camp." My voice dropped, low and deliberate, my eyes locking onto Ravina's.
"And Aunt Ravina—" I stepped closer, my tone leaving no room for argument. "No killing. We don't want the Kronos Tribe to hate us. We want them to fear us. To respect us."
Ravina's eyes gleamed with understanding, a slow, cruel smile spreading across her face. "Then what's the plan?"
I leaned in, my voice a dark murmur. "Capture the men. Tie them to the trees. Let them watch as their world crumbles around them."
My gaze swept over the group, my tone hardening. "But leave the women untouched. We don't want to make enemies of them. We want them to see who's in charge now."
Sabina, standing nearby, smirked, twirling her spear in her hand. "And if they resist?"
"Then you break their resistance," I said, my voice cold. "But you don't kill them. Not yet."
Ravina nodded, her eyes sharp with anticipation. "And the women?"
"Leave them be. For now." My gaze swept over the group again. "But make sure they understand who holds the power here."
With a flick of my wrist, the Magical Tool hummed to life, the runes glowing blue as the jetpack flared beneath my feet. I activated the elevator function, lowering Ravina, Sabina, and the other fighters down the cliffside in a controlled descent. The women's eyes were wide with excitement, their spears gripped tightly in their hands, their bodies coiled and ready for battle.
"Wait for my signal," I ordered, my voice cutting through the hum of the jetpack. "I need to get back to the tribe first. Give them a false sense of security. Let them think they're safe."
Sabina grinned, her eyes gleaming with anticipation. "And then we strike?"
"And then we strike," I confirmed, my voice low and deadly.
They nodded, their bodies tensed and ready. I could already see the chaos unfolding in my mind—the Kronos men, tied and helpless, watching as their tribe was dismantled piece by piece. The women, wide-eyed and fearful, realized too late that their world had already fallen.
And I'd be right there to see it all.
I ran back to Kronos camp, slipping into the shadows as Kerry's sharp eyes caught mine. She pulled me into her hut, her voice a frantic whisper. "Dexter… yesterday, your Uncle Mitt was asking for my pussy… but I denied him, saying I wasn't feeling well. He didn't take it well."
I grabbed her ass, my fingers sinking into the soft flesh, pulling her against me. "You did a good job, Aunt Kerry." My voice was a dark purr, my lips brushing her ear. "I'll reward you with my cock later."
Kerry's breath hitched, her body trembling with anticipation. "Really?"
I inhaled her scent—sweet, musky, hers—just as a loud voice cut through the camp.
"We're under attack! Everybody, stay alert!"
Kerry's eyes widened in panic. "Dexter, we should hide—especially you! They must have attacked to capture you since they know you're the healer. Wait for Mitt and the others to come back—maybe we can negotiate—"
But before she could finish, a familiar voice rang out behind us, sharp and commanding.
"You are not allowed to talk!"
Sabina stepped forward, her spear pointed at us, her eyes sharp but her tone gentler than it should've been. She was playing her part well, but I could see the act in the way her grip on the spear wasn't as tight as it should've been, in the way her eyes flickered to me with something like recognition.
"You…" I feigned surprise, my voice laced with false alarm. "What are you doing here? Why have you attacked us?"
Sabina's lips curled into a smirk, her spear never wavering. "You'll know soon enough."
She herded us forward, pushing Kerry and me into a circle as Ravina's warriors surrounded us. Ruth, Ada, Kina, and Vera rushed toward me, their faces pale with fear.
"Are you okay?" I asked, my hands quickly checking them for injuries, my voice low and urgent.
Ruth's voice was panicked, her eyes wide. "We—we're fine… What's happening, Dexter?"
Ada clutched Ruth close, her own fear evident in the way her fingers trembled against her daughter's arm. "Dexter, what's going on? Why are they here?"
I pulled them all behind me, my body shielding them as Ravina stepped forward, her voice ringing out over the chaos.
"From now on, you belong to our tribe. There will be no Kronos Tribe… only the Overlord Kingdom."
Hina was dragged forward by Helen, her legs unsteady, her face flushed with anger and fear. "Ravina…" Hina's voice was sharp, her eyes blazing as she struggled against Helen's grip. "What is the meaning of this? You attack us when our men are away? You're a coward!"
Ravina's expression didn't change; her voice was cold and final. "I do what is necessary, Hina. Your men are weak. Your tribe is weak. You needed a leader who could protect you."
Hina's eyes flashed with fury. "Protect us? By sneaking in like thieves? By tying up our men and terrifying our women? You call this protection?" She struggled again, her voice rising. "You're no leader! You're a coward who attacks when no one can fight back!"
Ravina's lips curled into a smirk, unfazed by Hina's outburst. "And yet, here we are. Your men are tied to trees, your tribe is ours, and you—" Her gaze swept over Hina, dismissive. "—are nothing but a voice in the wind."
Hina's breath came in ragged gasps, her fists clenching at her sides. "You'll regret this, Ravina. When Ryan returns, when Mitt and Tusk come back—"
"When they return," Ravina interrupted, her voice smooth and deadly, "they'll find their tribe already fallen."
Hina's face paled, her voice dropping to a whisper. "You can't do this…"
"It's already done," Ravina said, her tone final.
Ravina stepped closer to Hina, her voice a low, dangerous purr. "Now you are a part of our tribe…" Her fingers traced the line of Hina's jaw, her touch mockingly gentle.
