My Bottle Cosmos

Chapter 75: Our Family Is Becoming Extraordinary!

About an hour later.

Wadon Keller, along with two elderly men, arrived at a villa belonging to the Keller Clan.

The three people present were so influential that their slightest action could cause an upheaval.

The Keller Clan, led by Wadon, was a tycoon in real estate sales, amassing a fortune over decades. Some national landmarks were even constructed by their hands. Though the real estate market has been sluggish in recent years, they have long since retired after achieving their successes.

The Koben Clan operates an oil company with business in more than 30 countries and holds a 3% to 4% market share in this country. They have recently ventured into the medical field.

The Nunes Clan, on the other hand, specializes in manufacturing civil aircraft, a sector closely tied to military industries, and keeps much of their other business information under wraps.

"All of you, stay by the door."

Elder Wadon spoke with a cold gaze, exuding the intimidation of someone accustomed to power. After dismissing the servants, he returned to his chair and displayed a gentleness unseen by the staff.

"It's truly wonderful, the admission letter from the Elf Academy."

At this moment.

The three elderly men, dressed in impeccable suits with snow-white hair, sat silently.

Wadon revealed his arm, which bore a magical tattoo stamp, and connected it with those of the others, enabling them to communicate through some sort of electromagnetic signal.

"This magic academy's apprentice badge possesses such an ability, allowing us to communicate silently."

Though they did not open their mouths, they exchanged looks of amazement.

"It seems to be bioelectric waves."

The elder from the Nunes Clan, ever the professional, immediately analyzed:

"Perhaps it's similar to radio waves, using bioelectricity as a power source... In my view, this magic badge acts like a parasitic life form, a miniature biological laptop capable of receiving and transmitting signals... as if a brain of flesh and blood is growing inside your body."

To him, all magic adhered to certain laws.

He did manage to discern some principles.

However, Wadon quickly interrupted him, saying, "Stop probing! Don't force your aircraft-making mindset into this; we non-experts aren't interested, and we have no interest in hearing it!"

"Aren't there enough stories of wizards conducting evil experiments with biology?"

"This magic stamp might be monitoring us. As students entering the Sylph Dark Night Elf Academy, we must memorize the school regulations thoroughly."

The school rules, remarkably, were inscribed in the student identity badge.

To this day, it still seemed unbelievable as they recalled the mysterious and fantastical abyssal world.

Whether registering in the office, encountering powerful abyssal tutors, or seeing various magical buildings on the way to the dormitories.

Skeleton Mages draped in black robes, fluid Slime Demon Monsters, Naga Witches with beautiful fish scales, and stately and elegant Demon Dragons, all strolling in groups along the verdant streets, conversing and laughing heartily.

Some chatted by the fountains.

Some played around, waving their magic staffs.

Some sat quietly on benches, reading.

In this top-tier magic academy saturating with an academic atmosphere, there was a distinct sense of medieval rusticity, far from lofty, with even the smell of rural cow dung.

Occasionally, there was excrement on the school's streets. It seemed some Beastman Race students weren't paying attention to hygiene, perhaps going days without bathing, thoroughly engrossed in their research, and exceedingly untidy, with magic robes stained with feces.

The Slime students were even greater adversaries to hygiene, leading everyone to suspect they were transformed from slugs.

They left trails of slime on the ground they passed.

Some buildings and walls were turned into sticky green lumps by them, looking quite disgusting, and were ordered to clean daily.

The primary problem of the entire academy: environmental sanitation, offered a sense of reality among the comedy and tragedy, tinged with the flavor of a fantastical epic.

The most marvelous thing was.

Despite differences in languages, the magic badge offered some basic translations.

Though simplistic, it was sufficient for rudimentary communication.

They overheard some chaotic quarrels, with the Skeleton species looking down on the Slime species, the Demon Dragon species looking down on the Skeleton species. Each had their own domains, debating over who were the true nobles of the Abyss, clinging together in groups, and discussing in high spirits about launching a counterattack on the Elf World after a period.

They also caught bits of certain topics.

The ignited World Tree, the Battle of the Abyss, Herodotus the Elf King, Ancient Demon Monarch, Demon's Hand... listening to the engrossing discussions, the three seniors dared not approach to inquire further.

In the end, they were issued a set of academy mage robes, given a private room in the Special Admissions Dormitory, and arranged various matters for attending classes before returning here.

They replayed the previous scenes in their minds.

"Perhaps on this earth, there are many hidden great families who have studied at the Elf Academy."

"No, perhaps some time was interrupted. We are the first batch in a century!"

"Undeniably, it might have been possible during the medieval period, when alchemy was prevalent, along with various witchcraft and witch hunts. Perhaps they didn't learn well, like us with no aptitude, couldn't master it, and eventually fell victim."

It would be the following weekend when they could attend school, yet at this moment, they were itching with anticipation, unable to resist unveiling the magnificent curtain of that mysterious world once more.

"This academy must be ancient and terrifying; don't be fooled into thinking we can act freely. We three old fellows attending that school must be cautious, discreet, and avoid offending any student!"

"Indeed, each of them possess extraordinary power and their speed is far greater. Any one of them could come to the human world and assassinate us. They may seem vulnerable to firearms, but their bizarre methods are too many."

The three elders present continued to analyze.

They considered themselves among the top tier of humanity.

But now the world seemed to be somewhat unfamiliar, mysterious, ancient, magical, with plots more fantastical than films.

If it weren't for the requirement of secrecy, they would have liked to establish a laboratory, build a super team, to help analyze their next actions: How could these old men enroll as special admissions students in the academy, and maintain good relations with other students.

Over the years, they'd long abandoned the skills of personal interactions, as others always sought to flatter them.

Now in their old age, they must go back to school, learn about worldly matters and various social skills.

It was indeed a difficult task for them.

But this could be the greatest opportunity for their family, to achieve the extraordinary, and possibly attain longevity.

"That street should be the entrance to the academy. Let's buy up the entire surrounding area! Premium acquisition."

"Indeed, even if the area is on the outskirts of the suburbs, buying up the surrounding area is simple. Just tell them it's a joint real estate project by our three families for our new company headquarters, and the politicians will be overjoyed."

"Next week, let's consult with the Sylph Academy Director. If possible, follow through with your plan!"

They even considered building bigger.

At that location, constructing a branch of the Sylph Elf Academy, outwardly a grand estate, secretly a university, spanning hundreds of acres, designed in the style of the Abyss World.

A one-to-one replication.

Laboratories, magic halls, various tiered classrooms.

This would be their gift, publicly declared as a magical décor style, which should be no issue, considering that wealthy people in this country engage in all sorts of extravagant activities. This design style is trivial.

Hopefully, they could curry favor with some academy members, and if possible, invite them to the human world, treating it as a resting place, possibly gaining personal influence.

Even if the entire academy had only a few visitors, they disregarded the waste.

They lacked nothing, except money.

Now they were nearing death; no amount of astronomical sums could be carried to the grave.

The more they thought, the more comprehensive the plan became, increasingly detailed.

"By the way, the Sylph Tutor mentioned that we should establish a Sylph Dark Night Elf Academy affiliate in the human world, as a cover, and the Umbrella Medical Corporation could receive 150 contribution points from the academy."

Everyone was straightforward.

If there weren't requirements from them, recruiting them as special admissions without qualifications would make them quite uneasy.

They immediately felt a lot more secure.

This was a mutual need.

They had money, but the chance for longevity was hard to come by.

"This matter must be done well! And quickly! Done beautifully! Perfectly! To earn the tutor's approval."

"We don't often have opportunities to earn contribution points from the academy; this clearly is a benefit."

"Speaking of which, I've looked at the academy's contribution point exchange catalog. The Active Potion, which can extend life for a certain time, repairs damaged aging organs. Three vials just equal 150 contribution points."

"We're too old, so the cost-effectiveness of this exchange is indeed high!"

"Yes, it's our primary exchange!"

"We must exchange; you know, the younger generation under us all think I'm not going to last, starting to plot dividing the estate!"

"Hahaha, my family is the same, just waiting for me to die, and all they know is to chase women."

The three exchanged glances, the aged, wrinkled faces filled with hope.

"Then after this, how will we earn contribution points?" Suddenly, Wadon asked.

Immediately, the three looked at each other blankly.

"Our witchcraft aptitude is obviously inadequate. We're ordinary people, not an extraordinary race; our physical speed is much slower than theirs. Making contribution points certainly won't suffice. Taking some modern military technology over there, creating advanced material structure weapons, being merchants within the academy seems good."

"In their academy, they're still using primitive spears, bows and crossbows, longswords... man-powered ships, but all are made from bone, which should be their Skeleton Series Summoning."

"We can completely use these shapeable bone materials to create gears, various precision structures, turning them into machinery, and go in to profit."

"Yes, your family is in military industry, and many materials are incredibly advanced. Converting them to bone materials also works; doesn't your family handle optical lithography machine technology? It may have applications there as well."

"Your family deals in oil, garnering so much money from various global top-secret extraction and refining technology patents?? Bringing this in and experimenting as a wizard definitely works too."

They kept discussing, spending three hours to finish the conversation.

Finally, Wadon suddenly spoke up, hesitated for a moment, "Wait, would doing this count as treason…"

"These technologies were developed by our own companies; we worship freedom and cherish peace, just exchanging technology. Haven't we gained benefits from it? Moreover, the Magic Academy clearly is a part of our Western Mythology, our own people."

Two elders who lived through most of a war era pondered for a moment, nodded deeply in agreement:

"Indeed."
