My Bottle Cosmos

Chapter 103: The Last King in the Mist

A powerful sound shook both the Abyss World and the Elf World.

"What happened in the mist?"

Everyone looked over.

The thick mist shrouded everything, reducing visibility to mere shadows of vast, indistinct figures.

But everyone understood.

It must be Elis trying to open the coffin, causing some unforeseen change.

Perhaps the Abyss Tyrant, desecrating the ancient Demigod's remains, had awakened something extraordinary, implicating the entire Abyss World.

"This battle is practically a gamble with the fate of the nation."

Sylph watched the scene and sighed with mixed feelings.

Elis was daring, caring not for the fate of the Abyss... forcibly controlling the Abyssal Gods, burning life away.

If she died outside, the Abyss World would be entirely emptied out.

In fairness, this new Abyss Tyrant's massacre of surface races, even killing the three main Abyss Dominators—former Monarchs—wasn't too significant.

Just a few people, it didn't harm the Abyss fundamentally.

Even from the rational perspective of the Celestial Gods.

Even if the world perished, slaughtering all living beings on the surface, it didn't matter; as long as the Creation Gods existed, the world would always welcome new life.

But now?

She controlled the Abyssal Gods, burning them to ash!

She killed all the Fathers!

In the future, with no vast number of Creation Gods in the Abyss, it would be like a rootless water; with few Creation Gods left, the races would go extinct and could not recreate.

"Oh dear, the Abyss got one Elis, and now it gets one Tukashi."

Sylph felt utterly unlucky!

Why did the Abyss suddenly get these two reckless maniacs, both intending to end worlds??

Heaven truly does not favor the people on the ground.

But she was right about some things.

This pair of the hidden dragon and young phoenix was orchestrated by Li Qing.

"Oh! The Abyss encounters such hegemonic madmen...." Although Sylph stood on the side of the native Elf World, she still had feelings for the Abyss as a spy. Seeing it tormented like this, she felt some regret.

"I think she did the right thing; she truly represents our Elf World, usurping, ruining their nation."

Minis watched all this and felt pleased, completely forgetting how their side's Gods had once ambushed theirs.

Minis knew.

On their side, the Elf Gods had all died through the Gate of Truth, leaving only her solitary self...

Yet the Abyss still retained a bunch of Creation Gods, too dangerous.

Now, the Abyssal Gods were also dead, everyone on an equal field.

"I suspect the loud noise might be a sword!"

The Elf Divine King Minis spoke:

"After all, Tukashi's coffin revealed a crack, gripping a Crystal Holy Sword, creating havoc all around... the ancient Crystal Coffin would surely be the same!"

"In my opinion, she's about to die; how could an ancient Demigod be easily desecrated? Even if just ancient remains, one percent of power remains, they were once closest to the Chaos Ancient Gods, at the peak of their civilization, weren't they all heroes?"

All were shocked upon hearing this.

Indeed, Tukashi's Crystal Holy Sword ravaged the entire Abyss, how powerful would be the Holy Sword of the same body's coffin?

...

...

In the mist.

Bang!!

The Black Iron Heavy Sword was blunt, the rounded tip emitting smoke.

Yet the Thunder Hand pressed on the tip for just a second, the delicate, artistically white hand blasted apart by a bullet instantaneously.

Bang!

The hand exploded into flesh.

And the heavy sword's terrifying impact had not ended.

Crashing through the hand, with a bang, it shattered the foreheads of most Abyssal Gods, dropping them from the "Gate of Truth" state.

"This is...."

Elis was engulfed by a wave of deathly fear.

If she hadn't reacted just in time to tilt her head, the one dead would have been the Abyssal Gods, or Aurora's forehead Crystal Core, and herself standing on it.

The terrifying explosive force could blow away her entire giant-controlled body!

In just an instant.

Elis immediately distanced herself, warily watching that black heavy sword, "Such damage, such speed...."

Terrifying exit speed, more than twice the speed of sound, shocked her.

After all, she was not armored, but a fragile Mage.

If she were a Skeleton, or a Crystal Wall Coffin imitating form, this ordinary caliber weapon would pose no threat.

But under a sudden ambush, her entire hand was blasted apart, her head holed, and most Abyssal Gods were already gravely injured.

"It's you... desecrating...."

The Demigod wavered, crawling upright from the coffin.

"The Demigod has vanished, the coffin buried in the past, death becomes my sword once more."

He emitted an ancient and vast voice, full of oppressive force, the black heavy sword, aiming straight at her with a mighty and valiant stance, "Twilight Dynasty, last king... Hekris."

Within the Crystal Wall, both worlds were amazed, listening to the outer chaos, the vague unseen scenes within the dense mist.

Last king??

The ancient civilization's Demigod, asleep in the Chaos, had awoken??

Outside of Chaos, battle had erupted.

Unfortunately.

They could see nothing.

They couldn't help but feel both anxious and tense.

"Abyss Dynasty, Elis..." At this moment, Elis was pointed at by the blunt heavy sword, once more enveloped in death, she suddenly sprayed spider silk.

Hiss...

Strands of spider silk adhered directly to the opponent's flesh.

In an instant, terrifying electric current transmitted through, yet the Demigod cadaver only swayed, largely unaffected by the electricity.

After all.

Zero could similarly say that she emitted electricity, so it was unlikely the current could defeat her.

Simply put, her skills, Thunder Hand, Thunder Electric Grid... were deterred by this Demigod wielding a heavy sword eightfold.

"Indeed, facing such a monster, I can only use my weakest sword." She quickly regained clarity, squinting her eyes slightly.

The exploded hand gradually recovered.

The petite Fairy girl, one hand wielding a Crystal Holy Sword, another sword protecting the Crystal Core at her forehead, one sword lying across her chest, forming a cross-guard stance.

"What a pity, I should have used that coffin board as a shield, dual swords as a shield before me offer too little defensive span."

She squinted her eyes, her brain racing, focusing on that heavy sword's tip.

Dodging the bullet was clearly unrealistic.

No flesh and blood life could achieve that.

At least for now, she couldn't do it as spectacularly as the Superman in movies.

But the bullet's exit speed couldn't be evaded, as long as the gun's linear direction was pinpointed, the swords could be pre-placed at the right angle and trajectory deviation.

And her judgment was accurate.

This was merely an ordinary assault rifle.

The damage was slightly stronger than an ordinary handgun, with minimal recoil, blocking its trajectory with a superhuman physique dozens of times stronger than an Earth human was the best choice.

Had she not been fragile, or carried a heavy shield, there would be no threat of death.
