Sophia invited Kelrax, the dragon living in the large lake of the desert oasis, to her domain, and the two got to know each other in an interesting way. Kel was naturally quite confident about his powers as he had enchanted his very body with magic, and he was so massive that even a single tooth of his dwarfed the tiger. Sophia, knowing she was untouchable in her domain, matched his confidence on top of being smug about it.
"Oh." There was a hint of awkwardness in Kel's voice as he looked at the tiny bits of the island, where the tiger he had just met had been sitting on with her chair moments ago, floating in the water in front of him. "I did warn her, but she got too cocky for her own good. She did seem affiliated with Canir and Mira, though, that could have some consequences for me… If they notice, that is."
"What are you talking about?" Sophia suddenly joined the conversation.
"H-Huh?!" Kel hastily turned his massive head as her voice was coming from behind him. There, the blonde was lazily sitting on her white plastic chair while floating right above the water on a tiny platform.
"Hey~." With a smirk on her lips, the tiger simply waved at him.
"HOW?" He couldn't understand how she was still existing. "It's impossible for you to have dodged this."
"Why would it be impossible for me to dodge such a slow attack?" She cutely tilted her head in response. "I could've had a snack while doing so, you know?"
"You little…" Being offended by that, Kel glared at her before he swung his tail at the tiger at seemingly impossible speed. The very tip basically reached supersonic speed when it reached the tiger.
"Want some nuts?" Sophia appeared on another small foothold around 50 meters away from her previous position and held up a small bag while using her other hand to munch on some nuts. "Well, if you want them, you'll have to take them." Showing him a small smirk, as she finally had enough of the bit, she got up from her chair, which then promptly disappeared in a puff of pink and purple particles. "Nah, I'm just kidding~." She had to chuckle at herself. "Though, you probably wouldn't notice them because you're so big, huh? Wait, what do you even eat to sustain this size?"
"Are you MOCKING me?"
"Not a fan of nuts, huh?" She glanced at the small bag in her hand. "Well, I also only like the plant type of nuts, so I guess that's fair. Melons, on the other hand…" She let out a small chuckle before stopping herself. "How am I mocking you, though?" Sophia then returned the question. "You were the one boasting about how I'd be unable to even touch you. All while being a little too overconfident because you haven't been able to touch me, either."
"GRRRR!" Letting out another ear-shattering roar that caused ripples over the entire water surface around them, Kel then raised his body partially out of the water and towered with his head far above the tiger as he opened his mouth in an attempt to intimidate her.
"Okay, to be fair, that roar of yours does do some damage." Sophia rubbed one of her ears with her hand to try and get rid of the ringing.
"GRR!" Letting out another roar, the entire water around them began to move and started to form massive waves that kept getting bigger and bigger with each passing moment. At the same time, the water around Sophia became even more violent. It then shot up and swallowed the tiger in something like an inverted whirlpool or water tornado.
"You know, I don't like getting wet against my will. I have to be in the right mood for that." Seemingly having a thing for bad puns today, the tiger's calm voice could be heard from inside the watery tornado before it simply disappeared and revealed the completely dry and unfazed girl. "Only a select few can make me wet, either, and gigantic male dragons are not part of that demography."
"HOW are you not only able to WITHSTAND but also completely NEGATE my attacks?" Kel had difficulties understanding this situation. "I've ERASED entire tracts of lands as well as islands using what I just did." His voice was still piercing Sophia's ears every now and then.

"Well, not too long ago, I almost accidentally erased an entire continent, so an attack that could destroy an island is not thaaaat hard to deal with." She awkwardly scratched her cheek in return.
"WHAT?"
"Anyway," Sophia didn't want to talk about that right now. "Is there anything else you want to try to get me, or can I give it a go? I wanna see how hard it really is to put a scratch on you~." Once more, her expression changed into a smirk.
"I have to give you credit for having been able to dodge my attacks, although I've been holding myself back considerably. Even so, it's simply impossible for someone as tiny as you to hurt me." He then squinted his eyes to stare at the girl who could easily climb into one of his nostrils.
"Sure~." She didn't buy that he had held back, not considerably, at the very least. "So? Can I, or do you want to try some more?" The tiger cracked her knuckles while smiling at him in anticipation.
"Sure, go ahead and do your wor—GUH-!" The moment he signaled his consent, things happened so fast that Kel didn't even have time to finish his sentence or react at all.
Sophia instantly closed the distance between them, and her hand connected with the underbelly of the serpent with such force that it sounded like a cannon shot. It was only visible to her, but the tiger's hand was also covered in a dense pink and purple layer of raw magic for some reason. Roughly three milliseconds after her hand dug into Kel's body, she sent him and his massive body, which was big enough to coil around the royal castle in the capital, flying. In fact, he disappeared so fast that only his afterimage was left for a fraction of a moment. The water around them had also exploded away from them, and Sophia ended up draining the lake she had created with that attack.
"I hope putting half of my entire internal magic into that one punch wasn't too much." She then stared at her hand and noticed a broken scale of Kel's body had wrapped around it. "Ah, I guess that counts as a scratch, huh? Also, OUCH!" Sophia removed the remains of the scale and then rapidly shook her slightly bruised hand. "I guess he did end up scratching me." She let out a small chuckle. "And all it took was me punching him." The tiger paused for a moment and then looked in the direction she had sent the dragon flying. "Well, I can still sense him, so I held back enough~."
Afterward, once she nursed her hand, the tiger started walking in Kel's direction in the hope of now finally being able to have a face-to-face talk with him. Metaphorically speaking, that is.

"Ah, I forgot about the little forest I created here to test some things…" Getting close to the area where Kel had landed, Sophia noticed her little mistake. The dragon had crashed into a small forest, and it got utterly decimated in the process. His massive body created an enormous crater on impact, and as the serpent kept sliding on the ground from the kinetic energy, every tree in his path snapped like a twig, leaving behind a swath of destruction.
"WHAT are you?" Shortly after the blonde's arrival, Kel slowly regained his posture and lifted his head and the frontal part of his body.
"Like I said before, I'm just your friendly neighborhood tiger~." She simply gave him a nonchalant thumbs-up.
"What kind of TIGER packs such a punch?!" Naturally, it wasn't a sufficient explanation for him.
"I've been training my punches for the next time Canir annoys me~."
"What?"
"Don't worry about it~." Her smile only got more playful. "Are you alright? I didn't want to inflict any lasting damage, so I held back, but it's difficult to properly gauge it with someone as big as you are.
"…" Kel stared at the tiger for a moment. "The only lasting damage you inflicted is to my ego."
"Not the first time I heard that."
"I CAN IMAGINE!" His voice turned powerful again.
"I'd say that's my win, isn't it?" The tiger then held up the broken scale while gesturing at the dragon's underbelly, where it was missing and replaced by a few droplets of blood.
"…"
"By the way, are you okay being out of the water?" Sophia scratched her cheek while looking at the aquatic dragon in the midst of a completely destroyed forest.
"I prefer the water, but I am not dependent on it."
"Phew, that's good!" She smiled at him. "Do you think we can have a normal conversation without any sort of power play now?"
"Yes…" He reluctantly agreed. "As long as you'll tell me who and what you really are. We both know that you are not just a friendly neighborhood tiger. Whatever that even means in the first place."
"Let's first see how the talk goes, but I think I can tell you a little more~." The tiger reacted with a slight nod. "That being said, even though you mention being okay out of the water, this whole situation looks so out of place that I can't concentrate." She wasn't a fan of the view, as a massive serpent dragon in the midst of a destroyed forest felt odd to her. Sophia then snapped her fingers, and the two suddenly relocated to a part of her cherry blossom forest that had a lake big enough to accommodate Kel. "That's better!"
"Hah." He was unable to react in any way other than being flabbergasted.
Once they relocated to a more aesthetically pleasing backdrop, the two took a quick break because Kel needed a moment to reorient himself.
