Urban Ace Bodyguard

Chapter 268: Supreme Strong—Prince Shajia

Judge staged a drama that shocked the world.

Not only did he successfully take down a minor base of the RX organization on a small road in South Africa, but he also blew up half the road, killing and injuring tens of thousands of stateless individuals, drawing the sideways glances of the international community.

At the same time, an even more astonishing message spread within the underworld: following the slaying of Shiva, one of the three Supreme Strong of India by King Yan, Mahabrahma's residence was also blown to ruins by high-explosives.

Infuriated, Mahabrahma went on a rampage, encountering a mysterious individual in a black trench coat and an ancient bronze mask. After his house was destroyed and a young son buried under the rubble, Mahabrahma, with blood-shot eyes, engaged the masked figure only to be shocked to find out that the individual was also a Supreme Strong, and his techniques were quite peculiar… or rather, exceedingly sleazy.

Using the cover of night, the mysterious person gravely wounded Mahabrahma. Had Vishnu not arrived in the nick of time, India might have lost another Supreme Strong.

Eventually, combining various intelligence clues, Mahabrahma and Vishnu unanimously identified the mysterious individual as King Yan.

This sent shockwaves throughout the global underworld as King Yan had displayed the strength of a Supreme Strong, and the ability to grievously injure India's number one Supreme Strong, Mahabrahma, in single combat, showing how terrifying his power was.

Those underworld forces who resented King Yan began to pull their people together, lying low in fear of provoking his displeasure.

Initially, they harbored a deep hatred for King Yan, whose interference with their drug, arms, and human trafficking businesses made them wish to swiftly rid themselves of him.

But now, with King Yan displaying the strength of a Supreme Strong, these forces became extremely cautious, temporarily setting aside their intent to assassinate him.

Underworld forces without a Supreme Strong were in even greater fear; they felt as if an invisible blade hung over their heads, terrified that King Yan could appear at any moment, wiping out their bases in minutes.

King Yan's reemergence, along with his high-profile actions and the power of a Supreme Strong, stirred up the global underworld, causing turmoil. Some even speculated whether King Yan was hinting at something by severely injuring Mahabrahma, possibly indicating another upheaval about to disrupt the status quo of global underworld forces.

In short, all the major powers had their own schemes, hoping to reap ample benefits from this situation.

Over in Huaxia, Long Si was stealthily monitoring Lin Hai when he learned of King Yan's new move, and was also surprised to find that Lin Hai was involved with Old Commander Tao's granddaughter.

After receiving news of King Yan seriously harming Mahabrahma, Long Si, disappointed, stopped watching Lin Hai and discreetly left. His mission had been accomplished, eliminating the possibility that Lin Hai was King Yan.

Long Si was now in a hurry to return to headquarters to report to his superiors.

Having lost the will to investigate King Yan, Long Si knew he stood no chance as a mere Super First-class Expert against King Yan's dreadful power. There would be no spying, as he would likely be discovered well before he got within 300 meters.

"Big Brother, most of the major forces that once suspected you have abandoned their inquiries into your true identity." Judge reported these matters to Lin Hai via phone using a cryptic code.

Just now, Lin Hai had sensed Long Si withdrawing from the vicinity and couldn't help but smile. His grandiose actions would have made many no longer believe Lin Hai was King Yan, and they were probably feeling embarrassed and annoyed.

"Good. I'm curious, where did you hire a Supreme Strong from? And one who plays with sleazy techniques at that?"

Lin Hai asked, laughing, through equally cryptic language.

Judge was about to speak when suddenly a commotion erupted on the line, as if someone was trying to snatch his phone.

"What are you doing! I'm reporting to Big Brother!"

"Cut it out, can't I have a word with King Yan?"

"No, I must report first." On the phone, Judge seemed increasingly frustrated, his tone laced with a sense of helplessness.

"Hey, L, are you alright? I quite liked calling you L," a somewhat frivolous voice sounded from the phone.

Lin Hai recognized the identity of the caller upon hearing that voice.

"Prince Shajia?"

"Correct, L, you certainly haven't forgotten your good bro, hehe. This time impersonating you, I almost finished Mahabrahma, how are you going to thank me? You know, I only deeply adore Female Battle Lord, will you let her be mine?"

Lin Hai chuckled coldly, "From what I know, with your strength, you're barely a Supreme Strong. Thinking of harming Mahabrahma is a far reach."

The voice on the phone, disdainful of Lin Hai's tone, became agitated, rebutting loudly, "L, you underestimate me. Just last time, I destroyed a minor base of the RX organization and found a bottle of what they call the Angel Potion. After drinking it, my strength surged, now taking down Mahabrahma is a breeze."

"Oh? Angel Potion?"

This was the first time Lin Hai heard of this potion. The RX organization had long been researching various Genetic Potions, with many successes that significantly boosted a person's strength, but he'd never heard of one that could enhance a Supreme Strong's power.

"But there is a price to pay; the potion isn't perfect. My strength increased after I took it, but I'm probably stuck at this level for life now, boo hoo, poor me," Prince Shajia lamented pitifully.

"It seems the RX organization's genetic project is reaching maturity. This is bad news for us," Lin Hai thought more maturely than Prince Shajia.

"But with my current strength, you can't beat me anymore," Prince Shajia boasted, laughing.

Lin Hai huffed dismissively, "My best record in a one-on-one fight is killing a Supreme Strong."

"You! Dammit L, that doesn't count. Last time you ambushed me, it was underhanded, using a dirty and despicable technique!" Prince Shajia immediately flared into anger, and if it weren't for Judge's intervention, he might have crushed the phone in his rage.

"Shajia, how much did Judge pay you this time?" Lin Hai inquired.

Prince Shajia, a member of the Royal Family from a very small country, was usually frivolous but unexpectedly became a Supreme Strong – albeit the weakest among them. When Lin Hai first met him, Shajia had been chased out by a woman for not paying. Subsequently, Shajia undertook many mercenary tasks with Lin Hai and battled alongside him through life and death, thus considered a friend.

However, the man was extremely greedy. Despite his claims to royalty, his country was nearly always relying on United Nations relief funds, with a land area smaller than a province in Huaxia, making Prince Shajia essentially penniless.
