Wanted to give you all a quick update, Emberscale Alchemist is participating in the April Writathon. At present the plan is that the regular update schedule will stay as is and additional chapters will be released on an as available basis, likely end of week but it may vary. This should mean at least one additional release per week.

I'm going to be honest, I'm not sure if I'll be up to the challenge. But I'm definitely going to try.

I'll also take this opportunity to update you all on the chapter word counts. I originally promised that chapters would target 1750 words or more, I think that's too short. You've hopefully already noticed that most chapters are sitting around 2500 words and some have nearly doubled the original target, the target going forward will be an average of 2250-2500. Some may fall short, but many will exceed that range.
