Chapter 1477: Beidou Realm

After hearing these words, Chu Tianji and Ji Qingyu both looked bewildered, furrowing their brows as they struggled to comprehend what the Chaos Blood Moon meant by "Godhood opportunity."

At that moment, the room was suddenly shrouded in a chaotic aura. Chu Tianji and Ji Qingyu both became alert, ready to react. A voice echoed in the room: "In Yanhuang and Beidou, great opportunities reside."

"Who are you?" Ji Qingyu raised an eyebrow and asked inquisitively.

"I am Chaos." The voice did not sound old, yet it carried an overwhelming sense of antiquity, as though it had endured the passing of ten thousand ages.

"Can you elaborate?" Ji Qingyu asked.

"I should not. I cannot. It must not be spoken," Chaos replied calmly.

"Then, can the other three Blood Moons be found?" Ji Qingyu asked, eager to help her son resurrect those departed, as they were of great significance to Chu Mo.

"They can." Chaos Blood Moon responded.

Then the room fell silent again.

Evidently, Chaos Blood Moon's appearance and its words were directly related to Ji Qingyu's deep knowledge. Some secrets seemingly no longer required safeguarding from her gaze.

It was also a way to tell Chu Mo the three Blood Moons could indeed be found.

"If I can find those three Blood Moons, I can bring them back to life." Chu Mo's gaze was resolute. This matter was the most pressing issue for him right now.

"Beidou Realm—I heard that over the years, this region has fallen behind even Yanhuang Realm. While it has never been sealed, its spirit energy has been depleting day by day. There are now few powerful cultivators there," Ji Qingyu said. "Yet in the past, Beidou was home to many remarkably talented cultivators. Some even claim the region's qi movement waned because those cultivators consumed it all."

Chu Tianji nodded slightly. "I've heard that theory before, but my version differs slightly."

Ji Qingyu looked toward Chu Tianji. "Hmm?"

Chu Tianji glanced at the Celestial Compass in Chu Mo's hand and said, "The theory I heard is that Beidou Realm contains a treasure of immense value that suppresses its qi movement. That is supposedly the cause of its dwindling spirit energy."

Ji Qingyu furrowed her brows, mentally deducing how this theory might relate to what Chaos Blood Moon said about the Godhood opportunity.

Ji Qingyu had actually heard about "Godhood" as well—it related to the Investiture of the Gods!

Anyone listed on the Investiture would attain complete transcendence, stepping beyond the Three Realms and outside of the Five Elements.

But what kind of Godhood opportunity could possibly exist in Yanhuang or Beidou?

Still, they did not believe Chaos Blood Moon would lie.

Chu Mo remarked, "Since we know the three Blood Moons are in Beidou Realm, that's enough. The matter of Godhood feels far too distant right now."

Ji Qingyu and Chu Tianji nodded. Chu Tianji smiled and said, "True. Even if there's an opportunity to attain Godhood, it has little to do with us. That said, you should make a trip to Beidou Realm."

Ji Qingyu added, "The fastest way to reach Beidou Realm is through the Trial Field. I'll give you the coordinates for the transmission array so you can head there directly to search for the three Blood Moons."

"If there's a transmission array, that would be ideal," Chu Mo nodded.

With that, their family conversation ended, and Chu Mo departed.

Although Ji Qingyu and Chu Tianji wished to accompany their son to Beidou Realm, it was entirely impossible at the moment. The Luotian Imperial Clan had already plunged into war with various forces. While the two weren't needed on the battlefield for now, they had no choice but to remain on standby.

Several days later, Chu Mo bid farewell to Jiang Caiyue, Zi Dao, Liu Yunfeng, and others.

Jiang Caiyue looked at Zi Dao and said, "Though I don't know what you're going to Beidou Realm for, take care. Don't worry—I'll take good care of Ye Qing and Zhenzhen."

Chu Mo smiled without explaining further. "Thank you. Until we meet again."

Jiang Caiyue shook her head. "Don't be in such a rush—I have something else to tell you."

"Oh?" Chu Mo looked at Jiang Caiyue.

"Beidou Realm seems weaker than Yanhuang Realm these days. For many years, it hasn't produced any remarkably talented Heavenly Geniuses. However, I must warn you: Be careful there. That place might very well harbor a Supreme existence."

"How could that be possible?" Chu Mo widened his eyes in disbelief, staring at Jiang Caiyue. "Are you trying to scare me?"

"Why would I scare you?" Jiang Caiyue shook her head. "Don't assume that all Supreme beings of the Luotian cosmos come from the Immortal Domain. You're mistaken. Ages ago, most of them hailed from the eight major realms. The ancestors of the Ji and Jiang Families were from Yanhuang Realm. Has no one ever told you this?"

Chu Mo looked shocked. "No, I've never been told."

"Perhaps they think it has no value to mention," Jiang Caiyue said. "Beidou Realm produced many remarkable cultivators who shook the world. According to our family patriarch's speculations, there might indeed be a Supreme being hidden in Beidou Realm. But it's not a certainty. However, it is common knowledge that Beidou Realm currently has Great Saint Realm experts. When you head there, take extra care."

Chu Mo sincerely apologized to Jiang Caiyue, as this seemed to be a genuine secret—one even his mother Ji Qingyu was unaware of. If she had known, she would surely have warned him.

"No need to apologize," Jiang Caiyue replied. "The patriarch considers you extraordinary, and Grandpa Teng has the same opinion. Hmm… I also think you're different from ordinary cultivators. There's an aura about you… one that feels capable of changing everything. Haha, maybe the prophecy about you is true. I'll await the day you overturn the cosmos. Just don't forget to count me as a friend then."

"You overestimate me," Chu Mo chuckled before Jiang Caiyue left.

Zi Dao and Liu Yunfeng wanted to accompany Chu Mo on his journey.

Chu Mo shook his head. "Big Brother, Second Brother, Second Sister-in-law, and Brother Tuozi, you had better return to the Trial Field. The Imperial Clan's war won't end anytime soon—it's likely to be a lengthy conflict. What we need to do is focus on growing stronger. At the very least, we must first reach the Saint Realm before considering joining the battle. Otherwise, going into battle won't yield the best outcomes."

Chu Mo's words were honest and grounded, and they all knew he was right. Zi Dao deliberated briefly and ultimately agreed. With Chu Mo around, they could support the Luotian Imperial Clan at any moment, so there was no urgency.

Zi Dao looked at Chu Mo. "Third Brother, is this journey to Beidou truly important to you?"

Chu Mo nodded firmly. "Very important. It concerns the life and death of many dear friends and loved ones."

"Understood." Zi Dao nodded, fully aware of who Chu Mo's words referred to.

Liu Yunfeng remarked, "Heading to Beidou sounds good—not much danger there. With Third Brother's abilities, he should be able to act unrestrained."

Zi Dao shook his head. "Not necessarily."

Liu Yunfeng froze momentarily.

Zi Dao explained, "Never underestimate any major realm. Even within Yanhuang Realm, it doesn't mean we can act without caution."

Liu Yunfeng seemed slightly unconvinced but refrained from protesting aloud.

Chu Mo chuckled. "Don't worry, brothers. I'll be fine."

"True. You've got astonishing qi movement—even if danger arises, you're bound to escape unscathed," Liu Yunfeng replied with a laugh.

Finally, Chu Mo said farewell to Ji Qi.

By this point, many members of the Imperial Clan were retreating to the royal city in preparation for the upcoming war. Only a few Imperial descendants remained.

Ji Qi understood Chu Mo's choice and cautioned him: "Though the peripheral branches of the Imperial Clan have retreated for now, they won't let it rest. Many influential figures among the branches have deep connections with Supreme beings. Be extraordinarily careful."

Chu Mo assured him, "Don't worry. I'll remain vigilant."

Ji Qi added, "Strike decisively when the moment comes."

Chu Mo nodded.

Eventually, after saying goodbye to his parents, Chu Mo traveled with Zi Dao and Liu Yunfeng back to the Trial Field.

Zi Dao prepared to undergo his Saint Realm Heavenly Tribulation at the Trial Field, while Liu Yunfeng intended to break through to the Saint Realm there. Lin Xiu and Brother Tuozi were determined to catch up to them.

Once at the Trial Field, Chu Mo wasted no time, heading straight to the transmission array that his mother had informed him about. Several days later, Chu Mo's figure appeared at the entrance to Beidou Realm.

At this moment, Chu Mo had completely transformed his appearance. Dressed in a gray martial outfit, with his hair tied in a topknot, he looked to be in his thirties. His bronze complexion radiated strength.

At Beidou Realm's entrance, the place was desolate. Chu Mo encountered no other cultivators. As he stepped into the tunnel, an immense spatial force enveloped him, and in an instant, it felt as though he had traversed endless time and space.

When Chu Mo reappeared, he had already entered Beidou Realm.

This was an unfamiliar world.

Before him stretched the boundless void, filled with countless gleaming stars, shining brilliantly.

After entering, two guards stationed at the Trial Field entrance noticed him and stared in disbelief for a while. Only when Chu Mo began walking away did one of them muster the courage to approach him, saying, "Honored Daoist, may I ask your purpose here in Beidou Realm?"

"Traveling." Chu Mo cast a glance at the speaker, sighing inwardly: Judging by appearances alone, Beidou Realm truly seemed in decline. Guards stationed at the entrance to the Trial Field were merely top-tier Emperor Lords.

In Chu Mo's view, it would take Supreme-level cultivators guarding the area to seem fitting.

The two guards couldn't discern Chu Mo's cultivation level at all, and seeing his reluctance to speak further, their attitudes became noticeably more reverent.

"Daoist, would you kindly register here? Otherwise, if someone in authority questions us later, we won't know how to answer..."

Chu Mo frowned slightly. "Register? Whose rule is this?"

At that moment, a faint ripple came from the distant void, followed by a silhouette moving rapidly closer. A calm voice accompanied it: "Mine!"
