The temples of the Buddha Country primarily enshrine the dharma manifestations of various Bodhisattvas and Arhats, and Jiuhua Temple is no exception.
In the main hall of the temple, what is enshrined is a Bodhisattva whose face resembles that of King Zhuanlun.
However, as everyone knows, King Zhuanlun is not a Bodhisattva but Yama, so this Bodhisattva statue seems more like an expression of King Zhuanlun's unwillingness, effectively serving no real purpose.
King Zhuanlun usually prohibits others from entering the main hall for worship, as if he is also ashamed to let others see this shameful expression of his unwillingness. Thus, the main hall of Jiuhua Temple is the least disturbed place by outsiders.
Jiang Li is currently in the main hall. He sits cross-legged before the Buddha statue, and half of the Heavenly Mirror gradually descends, with the transparent, non-mirror-like side facing Jiang Li.
Jiang Li points to his brow, and a tiny fragment is slowly drawn out by him. With a point forward, it merges with this half of the mirror.
On the surface, this fragment itself does not necessarily connect with half of the mirror, yet it can easily fuse, and the crack is slowly disappearing, which prompted Jiang Li to marvel silently.
As the fragments of the Heavenly Mirror merge, Jiang Li's innate Qi also slowly merges into it, step by step refining the precious mirror.
The process is quite smooth, after all, this mirror itself shattered during the End of Dharma era, experienced long-term erosion by evil qi, and eventually fell into the hands of the Awakened for countless years.
If there were any issues, the Awakened would have discovered them long ago.
A strand of innate Qi seeps in slowly, and Jiang Li gradually feels the integration of the Heavenly Mirror with himself, reflecting the heart of the Supreme into the precious mirror, mirroring the heart with the mirror, with the Heavenly Eye uniting with the mirror to observe.
The already clear world further refines, the space gaining layers and structure, becoming visible to the naked eye, even able to see through space to another layer, seeing the Yang World beyond the Yin World.
The Heavenly Mirror is in a broken state, with only a tenth of its power, and it is difficult to exert itself in the Five Turbid Evil World, yet it still provided Jiang Li with significant assistance.
With this mirror, Jiang Li observes space, the mirror displays the surrounding scenery, then shifts outward, penetrating the divide between Yin and Yang, seeing the vast Mountain of Mind and Heart.
Subsequently, the viewpoint begins to rise, lifting towards the sky dome, and Jiang Li's spiritual sense also meanders with the scene in the mirror, as though traveling in the sky personally.
The earth recedes into the distance, the air gradually becomes thin, replaced by sharp gang winds and layers of clouds and mist.
The half-side view of the Heavenly Mirror continues to ascend, the heavy clouds parting, with the layers of space experiencing some change.
Suddenly, the scene shifts, with the heavy clouds falling beneath the feet, stacking without congestion, rather reflecting a sort of flatness. Though wind surrounds, it no longer carries the sharpness of gang wind, but gently glides with a grayish-white hue.
The Heavenly Mirror clearly reflects the turbidity carried by the wind, the Five Vile Qi so dense that it directly manifests as a color.
Although this place is at the extreme of the sky dome, the vile turbid air is more concentrated than on the ground.
Jiang Li maneuvers the mirror, moving the view, seeing all around is turbid, the turbid color flowing with the wind, forming distinct tracks, occasionally winding around a few remnant pillars, carrying the sound of wind.
'Structures?'
The Heavenly Mirror moves in the direction of the remnant pillars, presenting more and more scenes on the mirror surface.
A portal as tall as a mountain is mostly in ruins, behind it layers upon layers of clouds are arranged sequentially, with palaces and pavilions, some intact and some fragmentary, looming in the turbid wind.
"Is this...Heaven?" Jiang Li mutters softly.
In the cloud-world stretching endlessly into the horizon, palaces are arranged like stars, one layer after another.
And centered behind the portal, a broad road extends, at its end sits a majestic palace.
"Imprinted at the extreme of the sky dome, could this sky dome's extreme really be the legendary Heaven..."
For the first time, Jiang Li feels a sense of awe, both for the breadth and marvel of this boundless world and for its ruin.
All glory has faded, buried in the calamity of the End of Dharma.
By comparison, even the first city of the Great Zhou — the Divine Capital — seems plain and unremarkable, yet such splendor is ultimately a thing of the past, everything before his eyes is just a heap of ruins.
The restraints, rosy lights, riddles, and mysteries are all no more, leaving only the Five Vile Qi flowing with the wind.
Nevertheless, Jiang Li is somewhat unable to calm his thoughts, maneuvering the Heavenly Mirror to move forward.
The surrounding scenes swiftly skim by, the previously seemingly compact palaces and clouds now appear far apart, the road an expanse of void. Clearly, the vision witnessed does not completely align with the actual scene, much like observing the sun from the ground, which is but a luminous sphere.
Fortunately, the Heavenly Mirror is powerful enough, space holds no meaning for it, mirror scenes switch, and in the blink of an eye, it arrives within a palace seemingly inhabited by giants.
The half-mirror surface reflects the vast space, Jiang Li sees the vile qi here thinning, gradually becoming colorless, replaced by a faintly present transparent qi, intertwining and overlapping.
The mirror image slowly moves, and Jiang Li sees the structure of space flowing like waves, the transparent qi mechanism starting to present a pale cyan color.
Then, azure clouds appear, and within the cover of heavy clouds, a vertical eye the size of a small boat slowly opens.
The outside and inside the mirror make eye contact at this moment.
Jiang Li locks gazes with that vertical eye, feeling both waves of surprise and an expected sense of release, "Heaven..."
He slowly utters two words, and between the exchange of glances, he has sensed an increasingly strong connection.
Jiang Li had previously served as Heaven's earthly vessel, wielding the power of the heavens in a battle against a Heavenly Monarch. Since then, Jiang Li has established a connection with Heaven, allowing him to summon the power of the heavens when encountering a Heavenly Monarch, delivering a fierce counter-blow.
It's just that Jiang Li didn't expect that one day he would communicate with Heaven in such a manner.
At the same time, the Karma Collection flipped rapidly, endless information appearing on its pages, this brief meeting stirred countless causes and effects.
As Karma Collection gathered the causes and effects, along with the causality line converged by the Regent of Great Zhou, the causes and effects Jiang Li collected at this moment had reached a certain limit.
The pages turned, and a vertical pupil the size of a small boat was depicted on it, blurred characters appeared on the Karma Collection.
[First Grade Dao Fruit: ????]
[Category······]
The characters appeared and disappeared, the pages turned, seemingly unable to bear this portion of the information.
Head of the Three Emperors, predecessor of the Hundred Kings, Primordial Human, Tai Hao of Heaven······ all these identities, divine skills, and causes and effects, converged into the source of Heaven — Fuxi Dao Fruit.
Cause and effect are Dao Fruit, and the "weight" represented by the First Grade Dao Fruit should be unprecedented.
Even the Karma Collection was showing signs of difficulty in recording at this moment.
It seemed that the limit of the Karma Collection had appeared.
Watching the words appear and disappear on the Karma Collection, Jiang Li finally saw the stubborn side of the Karma Collection.
After all, it's a lifeless object.
If it were a living entity, the cautious Jiang would have taken precautions long ago.
"Since this path is blocked, why not take another?"
Jiang Li said as he slowly extended his hand.
For the first time, he used his hand to touch the Karma Collection and made contact with it.
As if plucking a thread, the pages of the Karma Collection were extraordinarily light, and Jiang Li gently flipped the pages, covering the recorded pages, and summoned the page that once recorded the Emperor Dao Fruit information.
The Karma Collection responded to his will, shooting out causality lines, which drilled into the Jade Seal that had somehow appeared on Jiang Li's knee.

In the time Jiang Li was preparing for advancement, the news of the Awakened convening a Dharma Assembly was also conveyed from the No Buddha Temple.
——A month later, the Eight Veins of the Buddha Country will gather at the Mountain of Mind and Heart to hold a Dharma Assembly, where the Awakened will examine the matter of Manjusri's death and issue the first command since leaving seclusion.
Once this news was relayed, the Buddha Country was filled with a sense of impending storm, the original undercurrents seemingly suppressed because of this.
Subsequently, on the third day, the Great Master Guanyin and Lifeless Mother of the Buddha Country dispatched messengers to ensure their attendance at this Dharma Assembly.
At the same time, the news about the Awakened planning to ban the Summoning Technique spread rapidly throughout the Buddha Country, causing a sensation.
Three days later, Hui Neng, the leader of the walkers in the Buddha Country, paid a nighttime visit to the Awakened.
He came to the rear of the No Buddha Temple, bowed to the Awakened who had been sitting under the Bodhi Tree all along, and reported: "The walkers report that in the land of White Mountain, the Black Water has changed course. A formidable individual has used Great Divine Power to block the water veins, reopening the river path, directing the Black Water towards the heartland of the Buddha Country."
White Mountain and Black Water are a grand spectacle on the border of the Buddha Country, the Black Water River stretching tens of thousands of miles, its water system connected to the marsh outside Kunxu Mountain, with some rivers communicating with the water veins north of Liangzhou Province, abundant in water and flowing long, the broadest part of the river being as vast as the sea.
Now the Black Water River has changed course, surging into the heartland of the Buddha Country, not even mentioning its abnormalities, the impact alone is enough to alarm the Buddha Country.
If a flood were to occur during the reroute, a significant part of the Buddha Country might be swept away.
Yet upon hearing this news, the Awakened showed no sign of shock, merely saying calmly: "It has arrived."
Proficient in the Way of Cause and Effect, he may have long sensed the anomaly, or perhaps upon Hui Neng's message, the Awakened instantly knew the situation at hand.
"What has arrived?"
A monkey dropped an arm lazily from the Bodhi Tree, asking.
Meanwhile, a large red dog quietly appeared in the shadows not far away.
This was the messenger arranged by Jiang Li outside. If anything needed attention, it would notify Xiao Tian, who would directly pass the message to Jiang Li.
"The storm has arrived."
The Awakened said: "The Mystic Sect has three Great Formations, all passed down from before the End of Dharma, among which there is a formation, most perilous and dangerous, requiring the water system veins for its setup. If the Mazer's estimation is not incorrect, the change in the Black Water course is to enable this formation to be executed."
"A formation utilizing the water system, seems familiar, could it be the Dragon Palace's Four Seas Chao Yuan Formation?" Sun Wukong sat up, scratching his cheek, and said.
"Although the Four Seas Chao Yuan Formation of the Dragon Palace harnesses the power of the vast ocean, concerning perilousness, it does not come close to this formation."
The Awakened shook his head and said: "The formation is named 'Nine Curves Yellow River', the secret Great Formation passed down by the Upper Pure Sect of Great Zhou."
