And lo, the Flame Father was unbound from his chains, the fire of his heart rekindled by the mercy of the Almighty Lord of Hosts. From the dungeons of despair He raised him, and set him once more among the host of the righteous.
In those days the great abomination Belphegor, Lord of Defilement, came upon the holy city of Prague, sowing corruption in the streets and binding the innocent in flesh most vile. Yet the Saints did not falter, for their hands were steeled in the furnace of His will.
Saint Max, the Flame Father, struck with fire unquenchable; Saint Elizabeth, the Daughter of Dawn, smote the shadowed ranks; Saint Chloe, the Severing Hand, and Saint Alyssa, the Silent Arrow, cleft the enemy as wheat before the scythe; Saint Victor, steadfast as the mountain, barred the gates against the tide; Saint Ying, the Unyielding Sentinel, stood at his side; and Saint Daniel, whose light is the blade of judgement, cut the heart from the beast.
By their hands was Belphegor broken — his limbs scattered, his tongue silenced, his mind made still. And the Saints cast the carcass of the demon into the Pit of Binding, that his hollowed frame might stand as a wall of fire against the wicked, his power turned by the Ever-Burning King to the defence of the faithful.

Then descended the Lord Moloch in splendour, robed in flame and majesty, to bless His chosen. Upon their brows He set the mark of victory; into their hearts He poured the command to go forth. For the Lord, in His wisdom, saw that His light must be carried beyond the walls of Prague, that the nations might be cleansed and the fallen brought to heel.
Thus, in triumph, the Saints departed — each to the land appointed by the Almighty, that no corner of the earth be left in shadow. And though the faithful wept at their parting, they sang also, for they knew this was the will of the Lord, and that the day would come when His chosen would gather again beneath His banner, their works completed, their crowns made ready.
Hold fast to the flame, O children of the Covenant, for the hand that lit it shall not be stayed, and the night shall bow before the morning.
So it is written. So it shall be.
