[Objective – Pick up Veena at the airport]

[Countdown – 1 hour]

---

It had been more than a month since Jeff first saw the holographic screen flashing in the corner of his vision—the same day he took his last breath and death claimed him—only to wake up twelve years in the past. Back to the moment when he still had the chance to change everything he thought had gone wrong.

And so, he started changing things.

He was able to confess his love to Jess—his fake twin, the girl he had always loved since the beginning. The girl who stayed by his side even when he had nothing, as he was slowly dying from an incurable disease. Despite the foolishness that tore them apart, he became true to his lustful desire for her, saved her from the bastard who would have ruined her body and life, earned her love, shared their first intimacy, gave her the things he had always wanted to give her, and protected her.

He was able to confess his love to Nubia—his beloved senior, whom he had always admired and respected. The girl who never gave up on him, believing he would recover from his sickness, helping with the expenses of his treatment even after losing her family's wealth. He made her admit her love and lust for him, and kept her by his side.

He made those who threatened to hurt the people he loved suffer and pay for their crimes—and in the process, he saved Jess's closest friends, Mira and Mina.

But most of all, he convinced Jess and Nubia to agree to his Harem x Yuri Plan: for Jess to accept being in a relationship where she could also learn to love the other girls he loved.

And now, Jeff was at the airport waiting for the third girl who would complete his harem and Jess's yuri—the girl named Veena, or as he liked to call her, Vee.

She was the girl he had always seen as an ideal younger sister, yet he wouldn't deny that he secretly lusted after her, just as he once secretly lusted after Jess and Nubia.

They had been close enough for Jeff to consider confessing his feelings for her. Maybe part of it had been to help him ignore his feelings for Jess—but he truly did love Veena.

In his original timeline, Jeff had been about to confess by the time Veena returned from overseas and enrolled at his university. But when Jess suddenly got together with Trud, Jeff hesitated—torn between fighting for Jess or being happy with Veena. And as foolish as he was when it came to the girls he loved, he lost Veena in the process, in a way he wished had never happened.

As far as Jeff remembered, Veena had an overly dependent personality born from her family's circumstances. Her father, a foreigner living abroad, never married her mother—and both of them had other families. She lived with her father until middle school but received little attention from him, and when she decided to live with her mother in high school, she was ignored even more.

She was always looking for someone to rely on—someone to cling to. For her, that person was Jeff.

Jeff didn't need Veena's confession in that timeline to know what happened. When he stopped giving her attention because he was too focused on Jess's sudden relationship with Trud, Veena started relying on someone else—on the wrong men who took advantage of her. In the end, Veena returned abroad, unable to finish college and completely broken, both in body and mind.

Yet despite everything she suffered, the day Jeff was hospitalized from his sickness, Veena started contacting him again—calling every day, even from the other side of the world—until the day he could no longer answer her calls.

This time, it would be them who would suffer—those who took advantage of her. Jeff promised himself that he would be able to answer Veena's call.

But first—"Why isn't she answering my call?"

---

She stood alone just outside the airport, her right hand gripping the handle of her suitcase while her left clutched her chest, trying to ease the pain in her heart.

Her attractive, eye-catching beauty—long, flowing blonde hair paired with a blue coat and a slender hourglass figure accentuated by a slim-fitting gray dress—caught everyone's attention.

Yet despite all the attention she was getting, the one she wanted most wasn't among them.

Or so she thought.

"They really aren't here…" Veena sighed, her eyes welling up as she realized no one was waiting for her the moment she stepped out of the airport lobby.

Although she had already expected this to happen—and in truth, she was the reason no one came to welcome her—she still couldn't help but feel deeply sad and mortified. Her friends wasn't here. Her beloved senpai wasn't here to pick her up like he always did.

But that wasn't the only reason for her sadness.

She had kept her return date a secret from her friends. She had even delayed her flight several times, having second thoughts about whether she wanted to come back at all. All because she didn't know how to face the man she loved—knowing Jeff already had a girlfriend after seeing the photo he uploaded on his 20th birthday.

She thought things were going steady between them. She had even resolved to confess her feelings once she came back from her vacation—only for her heart to be broken.

Was it because she didn't have the courage to confess before leaving?

Was it because she missed his 20th birthday?

She started ignoring his messages after that.

What would he do now with all the souvenirs she bought for him?

How would she spend her days without him?

How would she face him when she saw him again?

As those thoughts clouded her mind and filled her eyes with tears—

"Ekk~!"

A surprised squeal escaped her lips as someone embraced her from behind. The large, warm presence and the strong, muscular arms wrapped around her body should have startled her—but instead, she felt only relief. That familiar tight, gentle, and comforting embrace she had been craving for over a month, along with the usual poking sensation against her soft rear, made her burst into tears of relief.

"That was mean of you to keep ignoring me, Vee," Jeff said, playfully resting his chin on her head, just like he always did when embracing her from behind.

Hearing that soft, deep voice she had longed for made her cry even harder. She turned around while still in his arms, burying her face against his chest, her teary eyes brushing against his brown coat as she hugged him tightly—as if to say he was hers, and she would never let him go, even if he already had a girlfriend.

"Did you miss me so much that you had to cry?" Jeff teased, patting her head the way that always calmed her down.

"Sob… Why are you here… Jeff-senpai? Sob…" Veena murmured, her voice muffled against his dark gray shirt, staining it with her tears.

"To pick up my adorable junior, obviously."

"How… Sob… I didn't tell anyone when I'd be coming back… Sob…"

"That wasn't important," he replied, hiding not only the Returner Fantasy System but also the fact that he had been waiting since noon—ever since his older brother dropped him off at the airport—until dusk when he finally spotted her.

"Welcome back, Vee."

"I'm back, Jeff-senpai," she said, lifting her blushing face to look up at him with teary eyes.

Until suddenly—

Ehh?

Huh?

Their lips locked in a kiss—neither of them knowing how it happened or how long it lasted.

The moment Jeff saw the longing in Veena's expression, he couldn't hold himself back anymore.

He wanted her to know how he felt—to not make the same mistake again, especially now that Jess and even Nubia were already his girlfriends. He wouldn't let another opportunity pass where Veena would distance herself and rely on someone else.

That was as far as he remembered before awareness of their surroundings returned.

"Is she a foreign idol?… An actress?"

"Is that guy her boyfriend?… A secret lover?"

"Damn it… how lucky is that guy…"

"Just get a room and f*ck her already, dude!"

The chattering crowd made them awkwardly break their kiss. Veena looked down to hide her flustered face, both from the crowd and from Jeff.

Meanwhile, Jeff tried to restrain himself—both his lustful desire and his throbbing erection.

"It's getting dark, so we should get going, Vee," he said, breaking the awkward silence and ignoring the curious stares.

"Mhm…" Veena muttered, still unable to find her words, overwhelmed by her swirling emotions.

Jeff grabbed Veena's right hand with his left and, with his right, pulled her large suitcase before leading her away from the crowd toward the taxi stand.

Even though she was confused by how intimate and passionate her beloved senpai was acting—especially knowing he already had a girlfriend—there was no way Veena would let go of his hand.

"Your room at the college dorm should be ready, right?" Jeff asked as he loaded her suitcase into the taxi's trunk.

"About that…" Veena murmured, looking away and then back at him, clearly hesitant about what she was about to say—or rather, what she was about to ask.

"Instead of going to the dorms… can I stay at your apartment tonight?"
