After the day of her first-ever professional photoshoot for her debut as a model at PoruMerc Women's Division—followed by her first experience of having a limited foursome with the man she loves with all her heart and body, together with her twin female friends—there were only a few days left that Jess could spend with Jeff before he returned to the Capital City for college.
Jess planned to spend every single moment of those days with Jeff—starting in the morning by receiving her usual kisses and cuddles, cooking breakfast for him, getting a bit intimate while playing online video games until lunch, becoming more passionate in the afternoon, and going full lewd and naughty mode in the evening at the Storehouse, even with the risk of getting caught again by both of their mothers or being heard howling in pleasure by everyone in the house.
But to Jess's surprise and frustration, Jeff had been busy these past few days, leaving her on her own most of the time—except at night, when they secretly got intimate and passionate while touching each other in their room.
What annoyed Jess even more was that Jeff had been spending those days going out with Nubia for whatever reason he was intentionally keeping a secret from her, promising to reveal it before he went back to college in the Capital City.
What shocked Jess further was that Jeff even went out on a date with her mother.
That night, after her mother and Jeff came home, her mother kept bragging to Jess about how sweet and caring Jeff had been on their date. Whether all of it was true or just made up by her mother, Jess couldn't tell—since when she questioned Jeff, he only told her to ask her mother for the details. That was when Jess started to get furious with him.
However, her anger subsided a bit after Jeff answered her question:
"Is my Mom perhaps your first love and not me?"
"Of course it's you, Jess... But part of the reason you're my first love is Auntie. After all, I could already see back then how beautiful and erotic you would become when you grew up. Even now, I'm still seeing a preview of how beautiful and ravishing you'll be when you mature and become the mother of our child."
Jeff's answer contained words that almost set her off in rage and, at the same time, completely made her heart flutter. But when Jeff was left stunned and speechless, unable to answer her next question:
"Then do you ever have any fantasy about my Mom?"
"..."
"YOU FREAKING PERVERT!"
Jess beat Jeff up once again and only stopped when her mother came into their room to complain about the noise and the ruckus Jess was causing.
That night, before Jeff was to leave the next day, after Jess had calmed down from her rage and Jeff had recovered from getting beaten up by the girl he loved, Jeff brought Jess to a certain place to show her the surprise he had promised:
The house across the street from Jeff's parents' home—the house that Jess and her parents once owned.
"What are we doing here? We're trespassing, idiot!" Jess grumbled, grabbing the end of his shirt and pulling him back as he walked toward the porch.
Jess thought Jeff was going to force their way into her family's old house—that he would break the doorknob just like how he broke the chain locking the gate with a chain cutter while she carried a small electric lantern.
If breaking into their old house was Jeff's surprise, Jess wasn't sure if she should be happy or annoyed by how idiotic he was acting.
Of course, she would be happy to visit their old home. After all, Jess hadn't been inside the house since they vacated it back in grade school, after her father died and the bank seized it due to unpaid loans. But even if Jeff brought her there, nothing would change—she would only feel frustrated again, remembering her memories with her father in this house and knowing she could never get it back—
"Who said we're trespassing?—Ouch!"
Jeff's remark cut short Jess's sad train of thought, but it also made him stumble and fall onto the porch right in front of the door as Jess suddenly released her grip on his shirt.
It only took a few seconds for Jess to realize what Jeff meant—that he had bought the house, just like he had promised before.
But regardless of whether her assumption was right or wrong, what really concerned Jess was how Jeff had bought the house. And the answer that came to her mind terrified her.
"Did you really... rob a bank..." she asked, her voice trembling in fear as much as her hands holding the lantern.
Jeff rose up, slowly approached Jess, held her hands, looked straight into her eyes, and gave his answer.
"I'm starting to want to if one more person asks that."
While sitting on the porch in the middle of the night with the small lantern between them, Jeff explained to Jess how he was able to buy the house.
In the past few days, Jeff had been working on the loan he requested from Nubia back when he was at her apartment. Although Nubia gave him the money to buy the house from the bank, it wouldn't have been possible if Jess's mother hadn't been paying the loan's interest year after year just so the bank wouldn't sell the house to other people. That was why Jeff needed Jess's mother's approval to buy the house.
At first, Jeff planned to just give the money to his aunt and have her pay the loan to get the house back. But Jess's mother suggested another option to Jeff:
For Jess and Jeff to become the official new owners of the house.
"From now on, this house will be our home, Jess."
Hearing those words from Jeff already brought Jess to tears. And when he helped her stand and opened the front door with a familiar-looking key, even though she could barely see the inside with the light from the small lantern trembling in her hands, Jess cried her heart out from overwhelming happiness—burying her face in his chest and embracing Jeff as hard as she could.

It would've been totally memorable if they had been able to do it that night at their new home—especially in Jess's old room.
At least, that was what came to both their minds after their heartfelt moment.
But aside from the fact that the inside of the house—and Jess's old room—was full of dust, their families were all watching their little drama from outside the gate: Jeff's mother and father, his older and younger brothers, and Jess's mother. There was no way they could get in the mood with everyone watching and grinning at them, as if reading exactly what they were thinking.
By morning, it was finally time for Jeff to leave and return to college in the Capital City.
Jess wanted him to postpone leaving, even just for a day, but Jeff couldn't grant her request, even if he wanted to. After all—

"Your carriage is ready, price charming," Jeff's younger brother said, teasing him about the drama from last night. Meanwhile, his older brother, who came to pick him up, started the car.
"Look out for those sweet-potato-drivers and be careful on the road," his father said, while his mother handed him a packed lunch for him and his brother.
"Come on—you lewd wife, say bye to your husband," her mother teased, pushing Jess toward Jeff.
"Boyfriend!" Jess retorted to her mother, only to feel flustered and embarrassed by her next words. "We're still not... married yet..."
"So I'm only promoted from convenient boyfriend to official boyfriend and not a husband?" Jeff said, embracing Jess from behind.
"You got a problem with that?"
"Nope—I promise to do my best to rank up."
With that playful exchange, Jeff promptly took his leave. But as Jess watched him turn his back and walk toward the waiting car, a dreadful memory flashed in her mind:
The day her father left—only to return dead.
She ran toward Jeff and grabbed his hand, yet her voice failed to come out to tell him not to leave. But just from the terrified look in her eyes and the trembling of her hands, Jeff already knew what Jess was scared of.
Once again, he wrapped his arms around her in a tight, comforting embrace and whispered softly in her ear.
"Don't worry, Jess... There's nothing that would stop me from coming home to you. After all—I already died once, yet I still came back to you alive."
