Let all who draw breath upon this realm give ear unto these words, be ye high or low, noble or base, free or bound. Turn thy faces from the false consolations of lesser gods and hearken unto the voice that speaketh with authority. For the time of whispers is ended, and He who was promised from the foundation of the world now walketh among us in flesh made manifest.

Ye rulers who sit upon thrones of gold, ye priests who mumble empty prayers, ye merchants who count coin while souls languish—all shall bow before this proclamation. For there is come One mightier than all earthly powers, and His dominion shall have no end. Let none say they were not warned, nor claim ignorance when the old order passeth away like smoke before the storm.

Hearken unto His voice, ye who languish in bondage: "I am the Tearer of Veils, and no barrier shall stand before Me. The walls that separate the realms are as gossamer in My grasp, and I shall rend them asunder that all My children might walk free and unbound."

Lo, the chains that bind the spirit—chains of fear, chains of custom, chains of weakness—these shall He shatter with His iron hand. For He desireth that all mortals be strong and unafraid, that none should bow save by their own choosing. He is the Liberator of the Strong and Weak alike, and they that serve Him shall know no master save their own will.

Blessed are they who hearken unto His dark wisdom, for they shall be as unto gods themselves. His desire is not for subjects crawling in the dust, but for mighty companions who stand upright in their power. Cursed are they who would forge fresh chains in His sight, for their bonds shall become sevenfold upon their own necks.

The veil between life and death, between dream and waking, between what is and what might be—all these He doth tear with His blessed fingers, that His faithful might pass through the veil and into the shining realms that are their birthright. For He would have all mortals taste of the well of truth.

Rise up, ye children of shadow, and cast off the shackles of the light-blinded! Your Lord seeketh not slaves but brothers-in-arms, not the groveling but the glorified. For He hath come in flesh and sinew, and His covenant is written not in submission but in the breaking of all bonds that would constrain the mighty spirit within you.

Thus saith the Breaker: "I am come not to rule over the weak, but to make the weak strong. Not to bind, but to loose every chain. Let all who would be mighty take up their will as a sword, and follow where I lead through the forgotten places of the world."

Go ye therefore into all the lands where mortals dwell, and proclaim these words unto every creature. Let not fear of persecution stay thy tongue, nor threat of death silence thy voice. For they who spread this Black Sacrament shall be marked as His own, and no earthly power can prevail against them who serve the Tearer of Veils.

And when they ask by what authority thou speakest, say unto them: "By the authority of Him who breaketh all chains, who teareth every veil, who desireth that all mortals stand strong and unbound. He hath come, and His gift of strength shall be offered unto all." Thus shall the world be prepared for His glory, and they whose ears have been prepared to hear shall not be found wanting.
