Mysterious Assistant of the Washed-Up Queen

Chapter 222: Packed Concert_3

Several sound controllers were there, nodding and shaking their heads as they danced, each one having a blast.

Outside the stadium, it was already a sea of people, with fans from all walks of life gathered into small teams based on different regions. Some were distributing homemade banners, others held up homemade posters, some carried flags, and there were even groups wearing coordinated outfits; you name it, they had it. Besides these, there were vendors selling all kinds of decorative items: flashing ear headbands, glow sticks, glow finger lights, and Xu Qingqiu's light signs, among others.

Who in this world has the most up-to-date information? Of course, it's those well-connected individuals spread across the globe. If you ask a staff member of a particular team when their concert is, they might not even know. But if you ask these individuals who has a concert at a specific stadium on a particular date, they definitely know everything. The moment an event's approval goes through, they're already preparing the star's light signs. They even know the fans' support colors and which fan groups have conflicts with each other. Truth be told, they might be even more professional than some fans, providing absolutely five-star service.

"Hey, Chu... brother-in-law, we've arrived."

"Alright, which gate are you at? I'll come pick you up."

"We are at Entrance 3, there are so many people here!"

Xu Ruyan struggled with her phone as she gazed at the surging crowd around her, feeling nearly overwhelmed.

"You guys go out and circle around to Gate Six."

"Gate Six..."

"Just ask the staff on site. Tell them someone inside sent you, and they'll direct you."

"Okay, I got it, hanging up..."

Chu Tian told Sister Hua he was stepping out to pick up Xu Ruyan. As he headed out, he saw that people were already having their tickets checked and entering the venue.

By the time he brought Xu Ruyan and her dorm mates inside, the VIP area in front of the stadium stage was nearly full, and the seats in the outer, upper sections were also more than half-filled.

"Wow, so many people!"

"This is my first time attending a live concert."

"It's all Yan's fault. Her sister is a huge star, but she didn't share any news! If I had known I had this connection, I would have come to watch much earlier."

Xu Ruyan listened to her roommate's complaints and rolled her eyes in silence.

"The last time my sister had a concert, I was still in high school. Even if I had told you, are you sure you would have been able to attend?"

"That definitely wouldn't have worked..."

Yan Mingyu, flustered by the misunderstanding, casually tried to change the topic, but her other roommate immediately called her out.

"You fake fan! You don't even know President Xu's experiences. Now you're exposed, aren't you?"

"So... so what? I only recently started listening to her music and became a fan."

As Xu Ruyan watched Yan Mingyu struggle to explain, her face was a picture of disbelief.

Initially, she thought her roommates were just tagging along for the fun and didn't expect they were actually her sister's fans. But what was this situation now? Yan Mingyu, usually so eloquent, was now blushing while earnestly laying out facts to prove she was a true fan? That was indeed... quite unexpected...

Chu Tian didn't have time to concern himself with their small dramatic exchanges.

"You guys just sit here. Remember to go to the bathroom before it starts, and don't wander off or go backstage after it ends; I will come find you."

He didn't want them going backstage because, typically, die-hard fans would flock there after the show, trying to block the exit. Chu Tian knew this from experience and, worried they might get injured, forbade them from going.

After settling Xu Ruyan and her friends, Chu Tian headed back toward the backstage area. He glanced over his shoulder and saw that the venue was already a sea of people, with not an empty seat in sight.

In that moment, he felt a bit dazed, as if he had returned to his past life. The same location, the same scene, but unfortunately, this wasn't his show. Looking at it this way, it really was... somewhat regrettable...
