All four of them were shocked. They couldn't believe that the humans who are born with magic circles, able to wield mana, and perform all kinds of magic, all of this was given to them by the dragons. Whose existence was now in the question, and the humans have forgotten this. Even hunting them in the name of disaster class beast for their mana stones.

"Then couldn't all the humans awaken their dragon bloodline if given the opportunity senior?" Noah asked.

"Unfortunately, that's not possible. It depends on what bloodline one has. Only those with superior bloodlines could awaken them when the buffer is provided. Those with lower bloodlines are being diluted so much that it's impossible to awaken them. But still, it awakens in them in the form of spirit form."

"Then what bloodline do I possess senior?" Noah asked.

"You have the superior Earth dragon bloodline. The dragons who had the strongest defensive abilities among all the dragons. They were also called the Earth turtle dragons for their impenetrable defensive capabilities."

Noah's eyes brightened upon knowing that he had a superior bloodline, and that to of the dragons with the strongest defense. He felt like this was a sign that he was born to wield the shield.

"What about me senior? Which bloodline do I have?" Luke asked with expectant eyes.

Stormbreaker went silent. Luke and the others waited for him to answer. Their curiosity rising by the minute.

"Even I can't see what bloodline you have. So, I think you have a bloodline above the superior grade. Probably, primordial grade. Possessed by only the dragon god and the three saints."

All four of their eyes opened wide in shock. They couldn't believe that Luke had such a rare bloodline. He could probably be the descendant of the Dragon God or the three saints.

Luke's brows furrowed. he recalled the huge dragon eye in the cosmos that he saw. He still remembered the feeling. The pressure he felt was filled with malice and bloodlust. It was ready to squish him into a paste.

"Who was he then? Was it the dragon God or the three saints. But why would they garner such bloodlust and malice towards someone of their own kind." Luke thought. Even though he had not awakened at that time. he should have sensed the bloodline in him. But he acted as if Luke was his greatest enemy rather than kin.

"You know so much senior! Were you present during that time when the dragon god, all the dragons and that genius were present in the middle realm?" Shane asked excitedly.

A wide smile spread on Stormbreaker's face. "I was a child at that time. I am one of the last surviving dragons."

"How old are you then senior?" Shane asked in surprise.

"I'm two thousand three hundred twenty four years old."

They gasped in surprise. Their jaws opened wide, almost touching the floor.

"T-Then you've also seen the period of endless nights senior!" Shane exclaimed.

"Endless night? I don't know what you are talking about." Stormbreaker said, confused.

"Senior has been probably in this pocket realm after the middle realm was sealed. He doesn't know what had happened in the continent." Noah said. Answering in place of Stormbreaker.

"What is this endless night though?" Stormbreaker asked, intrigued by the mention of an unknown event.

"Let me explain senior." Ruby then started explaining everything that was known about the period of endless nights to Stormbreaker. He kept on listening in silence. After she was done, he nodded his head in understanding.

"I see. What is this forest of corruption that you spoke of?"

"When the demon king fought with the heroes, he tore the fabric of space with a wave of his hand. Dark mana gushed out from the tear and mutated the beasts in the forest and contaminated the whole southern side of the continent, including the forest and the desert." Ruby said.

Stormbreaker went silent. black lines formed on his forehead. his brows creased in worry.

"How is that possible? The other realms were sealed off. Only he could have opened the seal. Who is this demon king? How could he tear the realm seal of hell." Stormbreaker was perplexed at this discovery.

"Are you all right senior?" Luke asked, seeing him standing in silence, with worry apparent on his face.

"Hmm? Ah…yes. Nothing. I was just thinking about something."

"I forgot to ask you that time. Why are you all in this realm? I felt several more humans roaming around outside." Stormbreaker asked.

"We're participating in a tournament senior. There are various other teams like us and we're all trying to collect points. Whichever team has the highest point will win the tournament and the rewards." Luke said.

"How will you be able to collect points then?"

"By collecting mana stones of the beasts and a special flower called the cryo lily." Noah said.

"Cryo lily?" Stormbreaker asked in surprise. "There are no cryo lilies in this realm. This is a barren realm. Once in a century, rain falls on the land. Vegetation grows for a year and then everything dies. Only a few dark beasts roam the lands. How will flowers bloom then?" Stormbreaker said.

The four of them were stupefied. They looked at each other and then Luke pulled a cryo lily out of his dimensional ring and passed it to Stormbreaker.

"But we found this in a pond here senior."

He took the cryo lily from Luke and inspected it. After checking the flower for a few minutes, he passed mana into the lily. Surprisingly, the lily immediately withered and turned into dust.

Luke and the others were shocked to see such a thing happen. They couldn't understand what had just transpired. They wanted to ask immediately, when Stormbreaker himself opened his mouth to answer.

"This flower is not of this realm. It's also not grown in nature. Someone has produced them using some unknown magic and then placed it here." Stormbreaker said in a serious tone.
