This was the perfect accessory to have for Luke. to be able to teleport short distances instantly was a tremendous advantage to have in a duel or fight. One explosive attack after appearing suddenly in front of an enemy would take him by surprise and end it right there.

Stormbreaker smiled and nodded in satisfaction on Luke's decision. He waved his arm and the ring came out from the protection layer and also two vials with a murky golden liquid appeared in his arms out of thin air.

He then passed all three of the items towards Luke. he graciously accepted them. putting the two glass vials in his dimensional ring, he wore the ring in his left middle finger.

"Time for your final reward then." Stormbreaker said.

"There's more?" Luke yelled in surprise.

Stormbreaker chuckled seeing Luke's expression. He then waved his hand and another door appeared in front of them. the doors opened with the same bright light coming out from the other side.

Both of them walked through the door. Which then closed and vanished after they moved in. On the other end, Luke was greeted with another circular room with a raised circular pool with a murky and viscous red liquid inside.

"Senior this is…" Luke was a bit confused seeing the pool. For a moment he thought this was similar to the sanctuary of elders in the Ranatosh mansion. But being unsure, he wanted to clarify and asked Stormbreaker. But before he could complete his question, the answer came already.

"This is the pool of awakening. The dragon warriors submerge inside it and awaken their dormant bloodlines."

"D-Do you mean to say I can awaken my bloodline here too?" Luke asked with surprise.

"Why would I bring you here then. This tower was made with the purpose of awakening the talented young generation of the dragons, who are able to pass all the trials. Only ten out of a thousand used to qualify in ancient times."

"You can guess how important the awakening process is, and how much it will elevate one's prowess after awakening, and what the level of competition used to be."

"What is this liquid senior?" Luke asked.

"It's the core blood of the ancestors who have died and left their core essence blood in this pool for the future generations and in goodwill of the race."

Luke was shocked. He never imagined the pool to be the essence blood of dragons. If this blood is sold in the continent markets, he'd become the richest person. even richer than the whole empire.

He immediately shook his head, removing those sinful thoughts. But just then a sense of curiosity arose in him and he turned towards Stormbreaker.

"What happened to the dragons then senior? Why are they not present in the continent now then, and why no one even know about them except just being a destruction class beast?" Luke asked. This question was troubling him constantly and the doubts intensified after taking this trial and meeting Stormbreaker.

The smile vanished from his face immediately and his expression turned grave. He opened his mouth many a times to speak but then gulped the words down again. A deep sigh escaped him as he finally started speaking.

"There are some things that can't be said, or they will pull you in the wheel of karma. you're still not strong enough to handle the consequences."

"If you grow strong enough to be a player rather than a pawn, then I'll tell you everything." He said solemnly.

Luke was shocked with the seriousness of the situation. He curiosity rose even more. But seeing the grave tone of Stormbreaker, he understood his trouble of not revealing anything and graciously accepted the situation.

"I understand senior."

"Go on now. get in the pool and start the awakening process. The process will take a lot of time. Since, the stronger the bloodline, the more time it takes."

Luke was taken aback from the information. He got excited and curious about how strong his bloodline will be. He nodded and immediately moved towards the pool.

"Wait a minute." Stormbreaker called out.

Luke stopped and turned around, confused.

"Remove your clothes. You have to go inside naked."

Luke's face went blank. He didn't know how to react. He started at Stormbreaker, his brows twitching, hoping he heard him wrong.

"What's there to be ashamed of? We're both men here. Also, your clothes will burn the moment they touch the pool anyway."

Luke was acting hesitant at first, but after hearing that he nodded and removed his clothes. Folded and placed them below the platform and moved up the stairs. He dipped his feet first then while supporting himself with his hands, he dipped himself completely inside the dragon blood pool.

He went down and got completely submerged in the blood. The pool was far deeper than it seemed from the outside. His body started going deeper in until he touched the bottom of the pool after moving almost thirty meters.

"Sit in lotus position and activate your cultivation technique." Luke got surprised hearing Stormbreaker's voice inside his mind.

"I'm speaking telepathically directly inside your mind. You can speak with me too. Just say what you want to in your mind."

"Can you really hear me senior?"

"Yes. Clearly."

"Do you mean to say I just start cultivating senior? I don't need any specific technique of the dragons?" Luke asked.

"There's no need for that. You're just activating the bloodline that is lying dormant inside. what matters is that you reach the state of nothingness. Which is best achieved through meditating with the cultivation technique that you are most familiar with."

"I understand senior."

Luke immediately sat in a lotus position. He closed his eyes and started cultivating. His red and amber chakras appeared behind his back and started spinning slowly. After a few seconds, Luke went deep into meditative state. and the dragon blood in the surrounding started glowing with motes of golden light and moved towards the chakras forming a whirlpool above him.

Stormbreaker's eyes opened wide in shock. "He has the chakras?" He was taken aback when he saw the two chakras appear behind Luke.

"Oh Dragon God! Is this a sign from you? Maybe he'll be able to complete what we all couldn't. He definitely will become the player. The balance is about to break soon." A wide smile spread on his face.
