Niu Dawei followed Chen Hao to Class 10, senior year three.

"Niu Dawei, why are you following Chen Hao?" Xie Xiaofeng, who was waiting for Chen Hao to arrive at Class 10, senior year three, came over and asked.

"Hey!" Chen Hao gently bumped Xie Xiaofeng's shoulder, "Aren't you and Niu Dawei brothers who have been through life and death together? Since he's calling me boss now, shouldn't you call me boss too? And the other two guys from the Four Young Overlords."

The three of them listened, finding it all to be unbelievable and full of doubts.

"You told me yesterday that the enchantment on your left eye was given to you by a fortune teller shortly after you were born," Xie Xiaofeng said.

Chen Hao nodded and uttered a sound of agreement.

"Your grandfather had not run out of his allotted lifespan, so theoretically he should not have been taken to the Netherworld. Yet, he was taken by Niutou and Ma Mian. Where could he be kept?" Tang Jing asked.

Chen Hao scratched his head, realizing that Tang Jing was quite clever. After a pause, he shared that Niutou and Ma Mian had given him half a year to clear out all the false gods in Y City and its vicinity, as a condition to exchange for his grandfather's Yin Soul.

"So you are fighting against those ghosts pretending to be gods in order to save your grandfather!" Xie Xiaofeng suddenly realized.

Chen Hao said nothing. He was doing this not only to exchange for his grandfather's Yin Soul from Niutou and Ma Mian but also to help Ye Yuqiao defeat the Ghost King and restore order to the Netherworld. However, to protect Ye Yuqiao, he needed to keep the secret about Ye Yuqiao being the Nether King.

"I knew there was no way someone as unreliable as you could have a sense of justice," Tang Jing said scornfully and mockingly, "Turns out it's all for your own sake."

Light flickered in Xie Xiaofeng's eyes as he found deep meaning in Tang Jing's use of the word "still." He guessed that the Chen Hao portrayed by Lin Xiaofan to Tang Jing must indeed be a selfish person.

"Wow, such philosophical words!" Xie Xiaofeng gazed at Chen Hao in amazement. "Chen Hao, I've noticed that ever since you were hit by the car, your whole perspective has elevated!"

"Is that a proper way to talk?" said Chen Hao, looking slightly displeased, "If you're really that envious, why don't you try getting hit by a car yourself?"

Xie Xiaofeng's expression darkened, falling silent.

The atmosphere that was somewhat lively before suddenly became awkward and quiet.

"Hehe," Tang Chao chuckled naively, "let's talk about what we should do next, shall we?"

Xie Xiaofeng pointed at Chen Hao, "Ask him! He's immortal and basically invincible. Whatever he says goes, we'll just follow his lead."

The sound of these drums scared the ghosts wandering the streets into fleeing in all directions.

The purple clouds stopped over the center of Y City. The heavenly soldiers then split into several groups, riding heavenly horses in all directions, while Erlang Shen with his hunting dog rode the clouds toward Chen Hao's home.

"Not good!" Chen Hao exclaimed. He suspected that Erlang Shen was looking for him, and Ye Yuqiao was home alone right now.
