Delina's trembling form glowed faintly in the infernal light, her body shaking uncontrollably, her eyes rolled back in utter euphoria. The woman behind her clenched her jaw, trying to make sense of what she was seeing. "Impossible…" she whispered, a spark of both curiosity and irritation flashing in her dark pupils. "We devils aren't supposed to feel this easily… not pleasure, not satisfaction. So how… how can she be like this? She's letting that mortal harm her too? letting him rip her heart out ..and she doesn't even resist…!"
Her words trailed off, a visible shiver of realization crawling down her spine. "What kind of… scent does he have? What kind of existence can make her…" Her voice lowered to a hiss. "She climaxed… just from his presence? Just by breathing his air?"
The thought alone unsettled her. Devils were beings of sin and excess, yes, but even among them, true satisfaction was nearly impossible to achieve. Yet this… this was beyond sense or reason. "He's special," she admitted softly, licking her lips unconsciously as if tasting the tension in the air. "But this… this is just… fucking weird."
Still, her curiosity burned hotter. She took a hesitant step forward, her taloned feet echoing softly against the obsidian floor. She wanted to ask Delina.. What did you feel? to see for herself what kind of power this mortal held. But before she could take another breath..
Delina's body twitched violently.
Then her eyes snapped open.. wide, glowing, and unmistakably in the shape of hearts.
The other woman froze. The air thickened instantly, charged with a heavy, almost intoxicating energy.
And before Razeal could even react, Delina vanished from her spot and reappeared directly in front of him. The sheer speed of her movement was enough to distort the air, leaving faint ripples of crimson light behind. Razeal's pupils shrank in surprise. He hadn't even had time to blink.
Now she stood inches from him.. close enough that he could see the fine tremble of her lips, the wet gleam of saliva trailing down her chin, the dilated pupils burning with obsession.
Her entire aura radiated addiction an unholy cocktail of lust, reverence, and madness. Her skin shimmered faintly, smooth and perfect, already healed from the gaping wound where her heart had been. But the tear in her clothes remained, leaving more of her exposed than Razeal would have liked. Still, his eyes didn't wander. He wasn't looking at her body he was studying her soul, or whatever twisted state she was in now.
Her hands extended toward him, fingers trembling, as though reaching for a divine flame she dared not touch. She stopped just short of him.. the tips of her finger hovering inches from his chest and her voice broke the silence.
"Your touch… that was euphoria… that was pleasure itself…" she whispered, her tone breathless, shaking, and drenched in longing. "Be mine forever… I want to be yours… just promise me that pleasure again. I'll do anything ..anything you desire. Pleasure, wealth, immortality, women, power, gold name it, and I'll make it yours. Just let me stay with you… just let me feel you again…"
Her words tumbled from her lips, desperate and trembling. Her body was still quivering with aftershocks, her breath ragged, every inhale seeming to taste of lust and devotion. Her eyes locked on his with a mix of worship and insanity she didn't just want him; she was bound to him now, by something deeper than control.
Razeal stood silently before her, his expression unreadable. He didn't step back, nor did he move forward. His brow furrowed slightly, not from fear, but confusion.
He tilted his head faintly, studying the woman before him this proud devil reduced to a trembling addict.. and whispered under his breath, almost to himself, "...What the hell just happened to her?"
He wasn't joking. He genuinely didn't understand. Sure, he knew he was… different. Powerful. Handsome, even. But this? Making a woman.. a devil ..obsessed just by ripping her heart out? That made no sense.
'System,' he said inwardly, his tone dry but edged with frustration. 'Would you care to explain what the hell just happened here? Because I can't make sense out of it.'
There was a beat of silence. Then the familiar voice of the system echoed in his mind, almost as if it were sighing in disbelief.
[I thought you'd be able to guess that much, host.]
Razeal's eyebrow twitched. "Guess? You expect me to guess why a demoness moaned like that after I literally ripped her heart out?"
The system sounded amused, almost teasing. [A devil and demon are both creatures of the dark faction, host. Do you remember one of your five aspects? Let me remind you.]
A faint hum echoed in Razeal's mind, and the words appeared clearly.
[Second Aspect: Dark Resonance (Affinity)]
— Automatically absorbs and resonates with dark, cursed, forbidden, or evil energies.
— Can learn dark spells or skills no one else can.
— Monsters and corrupted beings may mistake the host for one of their own… or submit to him.
Razeal blinked, processing it.
[She's from the dark faction, so her reaction is… natural. You're not just compatible with darkness you're irresistible to it. The power you dismissed as useless? It's only useless among mortals. In hell? It makes you a walking beacon.. a living source of attraction. Every dark creature will be drawn to you, crave you, or kneel before you.]
The realization hit him like a wave.
"Ohh…" Razeal murmured, rubbing his chin, a dry chuckle escaping him. "So you're telling me I'm basically some kind of super celebrity here in the dark faction? Desirable to all these dark types?"
[That's one way to put it.]
Razeal sighed softly, looking at Delina, who was still trembling with obsession. "So… I'm basically hell's hottest commodity."
He shook his head, speechless. It wasn't exactly the kind of fame he wanted.
But after a moment, his brow furrowed again. "Okay, but seriously.. I get that they're supposed to be drawn to me or whatever. But this" he gestured vaguely at Delina, whose tongue now flicked across her lips as she stared at him like prey, "this is just absurd. She… finished from me touching her. What kind of broken logic is this? Don't tell me every dark being I meet is gonna react like this."
Razeal just stood there, lips twitching, expression frozen somewhere between disbelief and resignation. He exhaled slowly, muttering to himself.
"…This is seriously broken."
[Devils are beings of darkness and pleasure, host…] The system's voice echoed inside Razeal's head, its tone sharp but calm, as if reciting some fundamental rule of existence. […So for you to become favorable to them, you will obviously appear pleasurable to them. Remember, host, everyone has different standards for who they find attractive, for who they look up to, and for who they submit to. You can't just have that with everyone. But the aspect you carry makes you have it deep within their very being, whatever drives them fear, pleasure, respect, pain or sorrow the dark faction beings will always look at you favorably. They will submit or respect you depending on how powerful they are.]
The voice paused, then added in a darker tone: [But one thing is for sure: they'll be respectful toward you. It's not that they will do whatever you want yes, favorable impressions, but if you choose to be their enemy, if you push too far, if you gain a total bad impression, they will turn against you. And remember, it's not definite that they'll obey; they are not your slaves. They have individuality. They can choose. But be careful, host. These kinds of beings are dangerous to make enemies of… and even more dangerous to make friends of.]
Razeal exhaled slowly, nodding to himself, absorbing the system's words. "I see, I see…" he muttered under his breath. From his outward appearance, he looked calm a silent, unreadable man standing before a trembling greater demoness. But inside his mind, calculations were running. This useless ability of his… it's actually incredible. More than how useless he had thought it before.
His crimson eyes slid toward the woman in front of him. Delina was still there.. her tongue slipping out of her mouth, saliva glistening as it dripped from the corner of her lips. She was giving him a look no mortal woman ever had, a look that was equal parts hunger, lust and reverence. Her body language was a slow, hypnotic sway, almost feline, but the madness in her eyes betrayed something far deeper.
Razeal's face, however, remained cold, disgust flickering in his eyes for a moment before he suppressed it. He kept his expression under control, his breathing even. This is… disturbing. But if the system says my aspect works like this… maybe I should test it.
He shifted his weight slightly, clearing his throat. His deep voice broke the silence. "You must be powerful, right?" he asked directly, his tone blunt, cutting through her haze of desire. "Give me some powerful abilities. Or spells. You must know some dark magic, right? Give me some."
No shame. No flirting. No hesitation. Just straight to business. Razeal's eyes were calm.. well even little embarsement as this just sounds weird even to him..
Delina blinked slowly, her breathing hitching as his words reached her. "Eh… ehhh?" she stammered, her voice breaking for the first time. "Oh… ahh… well, yesss… of course…" She leaned closer as she spoke, taking in his scent with every breath, almost shivering with each inhale. "I… I can give you anything you want… whatever you desire…" Her lips parted, her tongue brushing against her fangs as she licked them unconsciously. "But… for that… you'll have to sign a contract with me…"
Her voice trembled between seduction and desperation.
Razeal's brows drew together. "A contract?" His tone grew sharp. "No. I don't need anything like that. Didn't you just say you'll give me anything? Prove it."
He frowned, eyes narrowing slightly. He didn't fully understand how devils worked, but the word "contract" was enough to make him suspicious. Nothing with that word was ever simple. He'd seen too many stories, too many traps disguised as deals. And besides he wasn't here to give in. He just wanted to see how far she would go.
Delina's mouth opened, her fangs glinting as she tried to find her words. "Ahh… well… no, no… I will…" she said quickly, almost tripping over her own tongue. "I want to… but I can't give you that without a contract. Not because I don't want to.. but because it's how we work. A devil can't lend, share, or give her powers, her knowledge, or even anything else to anyone without a contract. One must first sign a contract with a devil. Only then can the exchange happen."
As she spoke, her eyes glowed faintly, a flicker of dark runes appearing briefly on her skin before fading. She licked her lips again, her gaze flicking down to the still-throbbing heart in Razeal's palm, remembering how rough he had been. Her body shivered involuntarily.
"But…" she purred softly, her lips curling into a dangerous smile, "don't worry about it."
Her voice dropped lower, husky and full of promise. "I'm willing to sign a slave contract with you. I'll be your slave instead. All you have to do is keep satisfying me with pleasure. I won't even care what you do to me. You can be as rough as you want…" Her eyes half-lidded, the glow in them deepening as her voice trembled with both lust and anticipation. "Believe me, you won't regret it…"
Her gaze fell to his hand again, to the heart still pulsing there. She remembered that moment the pain, the euphoria, the overwhelming wave of sensation. "Let's sign a contract…" she whispered, her voice like velvet over steel. "I was about to tell you even before. You'll have adventures beyond your imagination. I'm a greater demon. You won't be disappointed. I am very useful…"
Delina took a step closer, her aura wrapping around him like smoke. "I'll fulfill your every dream. Your ambition. Even your pleasure or desire…" Her words were like a spell, each syllable crafted to tempt, to lure. Her eyes burned with deep obsession as she stared into his face, her breath quickening.
"Sign a contact human.. You will never regret it."
